Recently, digital health care technology is spreading and developing in various fields. Therefore, in this paper, we realized that the field to which digital healthcare technology is not applied is the field of optometry, and implemented a digital healthcare optometry system for precise lens manufacturing. A device called Phoroptor is used to manufacture the lens, and this device sets the lens by measuring the visual acuity of the person who requested the glasses. And when the person to be measured wears glasses, a device called a PD meter is used to align the pupil center and lens focus. However, there is a limit to the convenience of precise lens production and optometry due to the absence of a database and program that can accumulate and analyze the PD measurement error, inconvenience and error due to manual control of the Phoroptor, and optometric information. Therefore, in this paper, PD meter design for more accurate PD measurement, Phoroptor design and Phoroptor control application design for automatic Phoroptor control, and a database and analysis program that automatically set lenses using optometry information for each subject had been designed. Based on this, ultimately, a digital healthcare optometry system using an optometry database has been implemented.

In line with the advanced wireless communication technology, M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication has drawn attention in industry. M2M communication features are installed and operated in the fields where human accessibility is highly limited such as disaster, safety, construction, health and welfare, climate, environment, logistics, culture, defense, medical care, agriculture and stockbreeding. In M2M communication, machine replaces people for automatic communication and countermeasures as part of unmanned information management and machine operation. Wireless M2M inter-device communication is likely to be exposed to intruders' attacks, causing security issues, which warrants proper security measures including cross-authentication of whether devices are legitimate. Therefore, research on multiple security protocols has been conducted. The present study applied SessionKey, HashFunction and Nonce to address security issues in M2M communication and proposed a safe protocol with reinforced security properties. Notably, unlike most previous studies arguing for the security of certain protocols based on mathematical theorem proving, the present study used the formal verification with Casper/FDR to prove the safety of the proposed protocol. In short, the proposed protocol was found to be safe and secure.

This study attempts to analyze medical service factors associated with patients' satisfaction, and its difference between inpatients and outpatients in A medium-sized hospital located in rural area. Questionaries have been collected from 411 patients of 96 inpatients and 315 outpatients. The survey was carried out for 4 weeks, from August 20, 2011. The study found that hospital awareness was only factor related to patients' satisfaction in inpatients. In the case of outpatients, several factors were related to patients' satisfaction. They are included qualified health care providers, infirmary accommodations, staff kindness, hospital awareness, and convenient procedure of treatment and admission. Based on the findings, it is desirable to differentiate the strategy in improving patients' satisfaction between patient type; either inpatient or outpatient to being competitive.

In order to investigate the effect of CGT on atopic dermatitis, various anti-inflammatory factors were studied. In-vitro, inflammatory mediators, such as MTT and nitric oxide and ROS were detected after the addition of LPS with or without CGT in RAW 264.7 cells. In-vivo, in order to verify the effectiveness of CGT in atopic dermatitis animal model, its role in inflammation factors and histological changes were observed in NC/Nga mice. CGT showed cell viability of 100% or higher in all concentration in RAW 264.7 cells. CGT inhibited LPS-induced productions of inflammatory mediators nitric oxide and antioxidant activity reactive oxygen species production in RAW 264.7 cells. CGT treated group showed significant decrease in serum of the expression of IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ by 53%, 43% and 57% respectively. And CGT treated group showed decrease in serum of the expression of IgE by 56% respectively. Also, infiltration of adipocytes into skin was suppressed and the thickness of epidermis and dermis were relatively decreased in the CGT treated group. As a result, CGT has an anti-inflammatory effects in NC/Nga mouse. Thus, these results suggested a beneficial effect of CGT in treatment with Atopic dermatitis and inflammatory.

The rapid aging is increasing as the shortage of medical facilities and the resulting of decline in the quality of public health. In order to ease the burden of rising medical expenses, advanced medical institutions are expanding their remote medical care to lower the cost of services. U-healthcare detects the changes in physical and chemical phenomena occurring in the human body and converts them into electrical signals that can be processed and feeds back to the results through analytical and visualization processes to select only the desired information from the measured signals. The service is provided through a process of providing an alarm to a user. However, traditional biometric methods of attaching sensors directly to the body can be annoying and rejected in daily life. Therefore, there is a need for a method of continuously measuring biometric information without causing inconvenience to daily life. In this paper, we propose an IR-UWB-based non-contact and non-responsive respiratory measurement system that can continuously monitor biological information without any inconveniences to daily life.

This study was done to identify the levels of knowledge and attitude toward HIV/AIDS in professional graduate medical school students. A cross-sectional survey was used, and data were collected in 2014. Participants were 97 students in South Korea. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 19.0 program. The mean score for HIV/AIDS knowledge was 8.91 and attitude was 7.00 out of 15. The levels of HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitude were not statistically significantly different according to participants' general characteristics. There was a statistically significant correlation between the levels of HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitude. Medical students having a high HIV/AIDS knowledge level tended more towards a positive attitude. These findings can be used in developing effective education strategies for medical students and health care providers to increase knowledge and decrease negative attitude toward HIV/AIDS.

The effects of Flavonol contents from Ginkgo biloba leaf on anti-atopy activity have not rarely been verified. This study is to investigate the effects of flavonol on Th2 cytokine production in MC/9 mast cells. For this, flavonol was analyzed by ELISA and Real-time PCR. Analysis results showed that flavonol significantly suppressed production of Th2 cytokines(IL-13, MIP-1a) in a dose dependent manner. The mRNA expression of IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, TNF-a were effectively restrained by Flavonol at the concentration 25,50,$100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$. And decrease of expression of NFAT-1, c-jun protein was confirmed by western blot analysis. These results indicate that flavonol has effects of decreasing the Th2 cytokine production in the MC/9 mast cell causing inhibition of transcription factors such as NFAT-1, c-jun. Thus, we would like to brief that flavonol may have the applicability as therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis.

The study was carried out to provide basic data of improving the accessibility of medical service through identifying the factors that make hospital injury inpatient in non-residential area not in their residential area in Gyeongsangnam-do. This study analyzed not only 8,225 cases of discharged patients with damages from 2008, provided by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, but also using a census and a research data on the actual condition from health care system. This study conducted a frequency test, a chi-square test and a logistic regression In result, first, the centralization of medical utilization of patients with damages is apparent centrally the city area. Second, medical utilization of injury patients in non-residential areas were significantly higher local area compared to City area. To improve this, a policy that can not only provide medical centers and sickbed, but also improve the quality of local medical treatments for the localization of medical treatments, for the accessibility of medical services, government is demanded policy for patients with damages in local area.

According to the economic advancement, the position of service industry in GDP has increased. Development of service industry has solved the employment issue and derived the activation of the internal market. It has contributed to demand creation in health care, education, and culture, enhancing competition of the manufacturing industry and entire economic development. By the development of information communication technologies, improvement of the quality of life from those, and changes in the competitive environment, customers, from businesses and public agencies, or the customer's needs are increasing. In these circumstances, companies are operating non-face-to-face contact call center for the purpose to communicate with customers, handle customer complaints, attract and retain new customers. In this study, to improve the performance of the non-face-to-face contact call center, this study tried to derive the call center's 'Service Process Modeling' and future policy assignment by analyzing the problem from the research of the service and process summary, performance evaluation, call center evaluation and etc.

This study is to find construction factors of assessing the support needs of people with intellectual disabilities. For this purpose, 19 social welfare activists of the disabled having experiences in individual support services interviewed 196 persons with intellectual disabilities and based on the interview results, confirmatory factor analysis has been conducted. The study has found a construct of 6 areas and 20 items to assess the support needs. Compared to ICF and SIS-A, it shows the health care area has been emphasized while community life, social life and civic life have decreased. The study discusses the possibility of using the simple scale in the early stage of introduction of individual support services for people with intellectual disabilities in South Korea and the normative scores are needed to be produced by additional larger scale survey studies in the future.
