Recently, The problems with which our country's company is confronted for business of manufacturing goods. This study set the hypothesis to develop the method that was analysis and application of A reliability evaluation method of environmental material for circuit components in Computer, Color TV, Monitor, Microwave oven, Electric Refrigerator, Automobile parts, other goods. Especially, this study emphasis on regulate export of the EU and North America that it's a environmental material's hazards problem. In this process, this study set the pattern of practical application. Therefore, this study emphasis on the application of A reliability evaluation method of environmental material and the use of other parameters by environmental reliability test data. The result of this study is as follows. 1) There is relationship between regulate material and technical protecting system. 2) Characteristics of hazard materials is operating a healthcare damage factor as well as regulate environmental factors.

Peterson and Mahajan(1978)은 Bass모형을 확장한 종속적 신상품 수요확산모형(contingent diffusion model)을 처음으로 제안하였다. Peterson and Mahajan(1978)이 명명한 상품간의 종속적(contingent) 관계란, 주 상품의 경우는 다른 상품에 독립적이지만 종속적 상품(contingent product)의 경우는 잠재시장이 주 상품의 누적 구매자 수에 의존하는 경우를 말한다. 그런데 Peterson and Mahajan이 제안한 기존 모형은 실질적 활용에 있어서 모형 추정이 불가능하다는 단점을 지니고 있을 뿐만 아니라, Bass(1969) 모형처럼 엄밀한 확률이론에 근간을 둔 모형이라기보다는 직관과 통찰력에 근간을 둔 Bass모형의 단순한 확장 모형이라는 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계를 극복하고 확률이론을 바탕으로 종속적 관계를 가지는 상품들에 대한 수요 확산모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. Bass의 신상품확산모형은 hazard 함수 모형의 일종으로 신상품의 확산을 혁신과 구전효과로 설명한 과학적 모형이다. 본 연구에서는 확률이론을 활용함으로써 이러한 Bass의 hazard 함수 모형의 확장이 가능함을 보이고, 이를 토대로 종속적 관계에 있는 신상품들에 대한 수요 확산모형을 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 모형을 한국의 이동전화와 무선인터넷 사례에 적용하여 실증 분석을 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse consumer injury and to find current status of industrial consumer injury in the field of consumer product. Also the subject under analysis is to develop a design guidance for the consumer product safety. we used consulting data of Korea Consumer Protection Board, Korea Product Liability Consulting Center and referred to statistic data of Korea National Statistical Office. Consumer injury data of Korea is insufficient comparing with leading industrialized nations. Therefore, we categorized hazard factors based on current injury data in Korea instead of analysing injury data statistically. And we analyse the hazard factors using the analytic hierarchy process in this study. Through the results, we defined the Consumer Injury Index(CII) to develop a design guidance for the consumer product safety.

Nonparametric tests for comparing two treatments when data are subject to unequal patterns of censorship are discussed. Best precedence test proposed by Slud can be viewed as a nice alternative test comparing with weighted log-rank tests, not to mention the advantage of short experimental period. This research revises some missing parts of Slud's test and examines the asymptotic power of it under the nonproportional hazard alternatives through the simulation. The simulation studies show best precedence test has reasonable power in the sense of robustness under nonproportional hazard alternatives and could be recommended at such situation.

Ubiquitous technology is proposed which is used wireless sensor network for deflection management at casting and after casting of FCM bridge. Proposed method are analyzed which are sensor experiment and existing FCM bridge using ubiquitous sensor network. Wireless sensor network enables low-cost sensing of environment. As a results, the field application shows that USN is useful method for structural health monitoring system which long distance away.

In this paper, various hazard factors are reviewed on the train fire accident in railway tunnel and subway. In case studies of systematic risk evaluation on the tunnel fire accident, we have learned the critical fire safety points for accident prevention and damage reduction such as fire-endurance of infrastructure, mortality of heat & toxic smoke, emergency situation control and management of escape requirements etc.. These hazard analysis study will contribute for improving the railway fire-safety and establishing the long-tenn safety management plan.

This paper presents a case study of PSD(Platform Screen Door) system assurance based on EN50126 life-cycle stage. By applying this system assurance, the accidents related to urban light transit railway especially that caused casualties could be reduced tremendously. This case study contributes significantly to the reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the PSD system. Request For Proposal (RFP) of a rail road operator in which required by RAMS is prepared in which to ensure all system assurance activity and safety assessment are compulsory. The step-by-step activities and related deliverables are used which include functional analysis, FMECA, hazard identification analysis, system hazard analysis, maintainability analysis, FRACAS, and finally verification and validation of the system.

Purpose: this study investigates the effect of private health insurance on healthcare utilization. Methodology: For the analysis, we employed the three level nested two part model. Findings: the private health insurance adoption was associated with higher health care utilization. In particular, indemnity and fixed insurances adoption was associated with higher probability of outpatient visit, the number of outpatient visit and outpatient cost. While indemnity insurance adoption was associated with higher inpatient admission probability and inpatient days, fixed insurance adoption was associated only with higher inpatient admission probability. Practical Implications: indemnity and fixed insurance adoption were related with the adverse selection as well as moral hazard.

Claim history data of rather long period were collected to assess reliability and warranty cost analyses. The data were appropriately organized to be used for further statistical analyses. For each critical component, nonparametric statistical method was applied to obtain reliability plot. Hazard plots of the components in a subsystem or system level were also obtained. Competing risk model was assumed to obtain the performance of the subsystem or system level.

In reality, we can observe anomalous diffusion patterns of cycle-recycle or rejuvenation. Abrupt changes in the market environment such as sudden currency devaluation or change in government policy or those in marketing strategies such as drastic repositioning can lead to such atypical diffusion patterns. The authors present extended Bass models that incorporate effects of such abrupt changes of external factors into the hazard rate and the market potential. Using a set of compact-car data affected by a drastic change in the government policy, they illustrate the strengths of the proposed models.
