Box-Behnken법을 이용한 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 회전자 구조 최적설계 (Optimal Design of the Rotor Structure by using Box-Behnken Method for IPMSM)

  • There are various ways of optimizing rotor design of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(IPMSM). In this paper, the best optimized design value was found by varying the Bridge thickness of PM in the rotor and changing Rib. The set design values were torque, 5 harmonics, 7 harmonics, and safety factor. Also, in order to make practical design value easily and quickly for optimization, Box-Behnken of Response Surface Method(RSM) method was used. Therefore, IPMSM resulted an optimized design model with high torque, low harmonics, and constant value of safety factor.

  • 신동맥 사이 또는 신동맥 상부에 위치하는 대부분의 복부대동맥 축착은 흉복부절개의 접근으로 수술한다. 우리는 경흉막 후복막 접근으로 개복을 하지 않고 단측단측 흉복부대동맥의우회술을 시행한 1례의 수술을 소개하고자 한다. 경흉막 후복막 접근은 흉복부대동맥의 시야가 매우 좋으며 개복을 할 때보다 더 쉽게 흉복부대동맥의 우회술을 할 수 있고 복강내 장기를 노출하지 않는 장점이 있다.

  • The luminance efficiency of the red organic light-emitting devices fabricated utilizing a double electron transport layer (ETL) consisting of an Al-doped and an undoped layer was investigated. The Al atoms existing in the ETL acted as hole blocking sites, resulting in an increase in the luminance efficiency.

  • We have demonstrated a transflective liquid crystal display (LCD) with a single cell gap in a patterned vertically aligned mode. In our configuration, the different electrode structure in a transmissive and a reflective part was suggested to compensate an optical path difference of each region. As the result, the similar electro-optic characteristic of each region was obtained which results in an enhanced performance of the device. Moreover, suggested technique can be highly effective to realize the practical transflective LCD due to the simple fabrication process.

  • This paper proposes an architecture for high-speed data processing of the DF-DPD. The DF-DPD have the architecture feedbacking the detected phase to reduce the noise of the previous symbol as phase reference. However, the feedback of the detected phase results in lower data processing speed than that of the conventional differential phase detection. In this paper, an architecture is proposed for high-speed data processing of the differential phase detectors with decision feedback in the DF-DPD.

Current-voltage Characteristics of Water-adsorbed Imogolite Film

  • Electric current flow was observed through imogolite film when imogolite ($(HO)_3Al_2O_3SiOH$) was exposed to water molecules and connected to external electrodes. Current flow was due to the bound water on the surface of imogolite. Current flow increased as the pH of the water decreased. The current-voltage (I-V) measurements from a field effective transistor (FET) using $H_2O$/imogolite film revealed that the current carrier in $H_2O$/ imogolite had p-type characteristics, i.e. the carrier was probably $H^+$. The possible mechanism for current transportation in imogolite/water was also suggested in this paper.
