외식산업 음식물쓰레기의 효율적인 처리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Handling of Food Garbage in Foodservice Industry)

  • The handling of food garbage should be effectively accomplished to strengthen national competitive power, conserve the environment and improve the public health. But the study of this subject left much to be desired. So we studied about present situation, specific character and decreasing method of food garbage and practical application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) system to handling of food garbage. Actually eight trillion won per year which corresponds to the one fifth of the debt from international monetary found(IMF) as these day's exchange rate was wasted by the form of food garbage, so the government should have willing of support the revenue source of investment to develop and accomplish the effective handling of food garbage. National public relations(P.R.) into improvement of eating and drinking culture and enlightenment of environment movement will be needed. Under the organic cooperation of industrial, academic, government circles, active studies should be accomplished. we hope this study can be used as the basal material of filed of handling of food garbage.

  • In the article, an analysis of the factors was carried out, which injected into the efficiency of the function of navigation systems in the minds of unimportance. Carrying out analyzes allowing for the visibility of relevant direct adjustments to the effectiveness of the function Inertial navigation systems in the minds of non-value. The designation of the navigation system was assigned to a complex of navigation systems on ships processing of the vector of navigation parameters, so that they can be victorious in the control systems of the ship's collapse, and the safety of floating is safe.

  • Pyroprocessing technology has been regarded as a promising solution for recycling spent fuel in nuclear power plants. The Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute has been studying the current status of equipment and facilities for pyroprocessing and found that existing facilities are manually operated; therefore, their applications have been limited to laboratory scale because of low productivity and safety concerns. To extend the pyroprocessing technology to a commercial scale, the facility, including all the processing equipment and the material-handling devices, should be enhanced in view of automation. In an automated pyroprocessing facility, a supervised control system is needed to handle and manage material flow and associated operations. This article provides a preliminary design of the supervising system for pyroprocessing. In particular, a manufacturing execution system intended for an automated pyroprocessing facility, named Pyroprocessing Execution System, is proposed, by which the overall production process is automated via systematic collaboration with a planning system and a control system. Moreover, a simulation-based prototype system is presented to illustrate the operability of the proposed Pyroprocessing Execution System, and a simulation study to demonstrate the interoperability of the material-handling equipment with processing equipment is also provided.

  • Baggage Handling System(BHS) is an important element of ground operation services and the importance is further emphasized as air demand increases and passengers change. If there is a problem with departure baggage handling, the aircraft's gate occupancy time will be longer than the initial plan, resulting in congestion of the anchorage leading to final passenger terminal and mooring and road congestion and arrival or It is delayed until the processing of the baggage of the connecting flight and it can cause an economic loss such as confusion in the operation of the airport. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the perception of service quality of BHS users on public Institutions performance through user satisfaction, user performance, and user loyalty. Analysis results using Structural Equation Model was suggested and its implication was discussed in the conclusion.

  • 급증하는 항공 여객의 성장세에 맞춰 여객 터미널의 규모가 대형화됨에 따라 출발, 도착, 환승 여객들이 소지한 수하물을 최단 시간 내에 신속, 정확하게 처리할 수 있는 다양한 데이터 기술들이 접목된 첨단 수하물 처리시스템(Baggage Handling System; 이하 BHS)이 필수 요소가 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공항 수하물 처리시스템 운영의 고도화를 위해, 프로세스 관점의 데이터 분석 방법론을 통한 국내 공항의 수하물 처리능력 분석 방법을 소개하고, 이벤트 로그 기반 주요 지점의 정확한 부하예측 방법을 제시하여, 자원의 선제적 배치 및 flight-carrocel 스케줄링 최적화 문제 등 향후 첨단화된 BHS 운영 전략으로 이어질 수 있도록 한다. 분석에 사용된 데이터는 공공데이터 포털에서 얻을 수 있는 '전국 공항 수송실적', '항공기 운항 정보' API를 활용하였다. 국내 공항 BHS 시뮬레이션 모델에 해당 방법을 적용한 결과, 높은 수준의 예측성능을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • It is known that the 3D Solid CAD system can provide various information which is useful for implementing CAPP and CAE. However the commercial 3D CAD systems available today do not support the handling of non-geometric information such as geometry tolerance and surface finish. It is impossible to input the non-geometric information during designof parts while CAPP needs the information for selecting machine tools. fiztures, inspection method, etc. In this paper the need of research on handling tolerance information In 3D CAD systems is considered. The development of inspection planning support system is also explained with an example. The development of inspection planning support systm receives the design geometry information from the 3D CAD system in the form of 2D draft and generates the inspection data base and the inspection sheet through the user interaction.

  • Spent nuclear fuel is very dangerous substance emitting strong ionizing radiation which is harmful to human body. The remote handling of spent nuclear fuel is essential because people cannot access this substance without protecting radiation. To handle highly radioactive material or nuclear waste, many kinds of teleoperators such as master slave manipulator, electro mechanical manipulator, servo manipulator, mobile robot was developed. The distance and dimension of target object cannot be measured easily when highly radioactive material is handled by teleoperator because one should use lead glass or TV camera and monitor to protect radiation and see target object. During experiments on the remote handling of spent nuclear fuel by electro mechanical manipulator, we often felt that a distance and dimension measurement system is necessary to handle the objects which is in the highly radioactive environment, so we developed a system which is appropriate for this purpose.

  • In this paper, a profile management system consisting of global and local range finders is presented for the automat ion of material pile handling. A global range finder detects range data of the front part of the piles of material and a profile map is obtained from a 3D profile detection algorithm. A local range finder attached on the side of the arm of the reclaimer detects range data with the handling function dynamically, and a local profile patch is acquired from the range data A yard profile map manager constructs a map by using the 3D profile of the global range finder and revises the map by replacing it with the local profile patch obtained Iron the local range finder. The developed vision system was applied to a simulator and the results of test show that it is appropriate to use for automating the material handling.

  • There has been many teleoperation systems handling the micro object. However, the stability problem for these systems has not been mentioned yet. Historically, Lawrence[1] proposed the Transparency-Optimized Architecture and passivity theorem for stability analysis of bilateral teleoperation. He claimed that unless the task(or environment) impedance contains significance inertial behavior, Passivity condition for Transparency-optimized architecture is not satisfied. In this paper we propose one method which satisfies passivity condition for the micro-teleoperation system handling a insignificant inertial object and is based on the structure of Lawrence and Hashtrudi-Zaad[2] and velocity-force scaling.

  • Whereas fault diagnosis has been the subject of intensive research since the 1970s, the design of fault tolerant systems is a recent research field which does not set its foundations in a unified framework and does not use a unified vocabulary. As a contribution to this special issue, this paper proposes an ontology for the problem of Fault Handling, that embeds the problem of Fault Tolerance.
