A Strategic Development of Ulsan Port Using SWOT/AHP Method (SWOT/AHP를 이용한 울산항의 전략적 발전방향에 관한 연구)

  • The aims of this study is to suggest the strategic development plan of Ulsan Port using SWOT/AHP method. In order to do this, 16 detailed factors for SWOT Matrix were identified both from previous studies and from brainstorming professionals of the port and these made into a 3 level hierarchy structure. AHP method identified the relative weight of SWOT level as threat(0.311), opportunity(0.259), strength(0.218) and weakness(0.212), also the composite relative weight of detailed factors as recession of global economy(0.125), strengthening of economic function in port(0.085), insufficiency of port facilities(0.080) and a government regulation of port management(0.075). As a result, the study suggests S/T strategy, W/T strategy, S/O strategy, W/O strategy as a strategic development plan of the Ulsan Port.

  • This Study is to suggest marine tourism development strategy of Yeosu city using a A'WOT analysis technique. Main findings of this study are summarized as following. First, SO(strength-opportunity) strategy is considered as the most important strategy and followed by ST(strength-threat), WO(weakness-opportunity) and WT(weakness-threat) strategy. Second, it can be concluded that marine tourism facility and contents development is considered as the most important factor and followed by marine sport-related marine training program development and so on. For further research, more concrete and empirical study is to be performed by each strategy in the future.

  • 본 논문은 무선개인통신(PCS)환경에서 기존의 자원경매다중접속(RAMA)방법이 가지고 있는 단점을 보완할 수 있는 새로운 자원경매다중접속방법(MRAMA)을 제안하기 위한 것이다 제안된 방법은 경매표 개념을 도입하여 슬럿 할당 주기 상에서 경매 슬럿(slot)을 낭비하는 단점을 보완할 수 있으며, 할당 주기마다 갱신되는 경매테이블을 채택하고 선점 및 비선점 우선순위규칙이 혼합된 방법을 활용함으로써 빠르고 유연하게 접속, 핸드오프, 자원할당이 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 환경에서의 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 MRAMA방법이 기존의 RAMA에 비해 더 향상된 성능을 보이고 있음을 증명한다.

  • 본 논문은 (1 : 1 : $N$) 재고모형에 대한 복수제품의 순환생산 및 배송 일정계획을 수립하는 연구를 수행하였다. 세부적으로 공급자가 원자재를 생산자에게 배송하면, 생산자는 순환생산방식을 활용하여 복수의 제품을 생산하여 $N$ 구매자에게 배송하는 상황을 고려하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 공급자, 생산자, 구매자를 포함하는 시스템 전체의 비용을 최소화하는 계획을 수립하는 것이다. 최적해가 가지는 몇 가지 특성들을 분석하고, 이를 통해서 단계적인 휴리스틱 절차를 제시할 것이다. 테스트 실험을 통해서 제시된 휴리스틱 절차가 매우 효과적이면서도 효율적이라는 점을 입증하게 될 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 조립과 분리시스템이 혼합된 Fork-and-Join 시스템에서의 일정계획문제를 고려하고 있다. 최초 단계에서는 구성품단위로 분리가 발생하고 두 번째 단계에서는 부품생산단계에서 각 부품 또는 구성품이 서로 다른 설비와 경로를 통해 독립적으로 생산된 후 최종 조립단계로 이동하게 되고, 그곳에서 조립공정을 통해 제품으로 완성된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Fork-and-Join 시스템에서 최종완료시간(makespan)을 최소화 할 수 있는 발견적 해법을 제안하고 이 해법의 최악오차한계(worst-case error bound)가 2라는 것을 증명한다. 또한, 제안된 문제의 효과적인 3가지 하한값(lower bound)을 제시하고 다양한 수치실험을 통해 제안된 발견적 해법의 결과와 하한값과의 비교를 통해 제안된 해법이 성능이 우수함을 증명한다.

Understanding and adaptation of performance assessment (수행평가의 이해와 적용)

  • Assessment can be defined as any method used to understand the current knowledge that a student possesses. Assessment may influence decisions about grades, placement, instructional needs, and curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of assessment is to identify how the students think and know, to diagnose the difficulties they face, and to reflect the result of assessment on teaching. But the traditional multiple-choice test failed to evaluate and teach higher-level thinking and problem-solving skills. In this context, performance assessment is being required as an alternative assessment to get better understanding about what the students can do as well as what they know. This article points out some weaknesses of traditional assessments, and comments on the theoretical background and necessity of performance assessment. And it presents more specific information about performance assessment and some examples. It is certain that performance assessment is student-centered and future-oriented. But performance assessment can't be the surest and best way of evaluating the students' abilities. We are just on the way of another experimental stage for improving teaching methodology. More supplementary analyses and further improvements are needed.

  • 본 논문은 MB-OFDM UWB(Multi Band-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Ultra Wide Band) 시스템을 위한 변형된 가변 파라미터를 이용한 큐빅 인터폴레이터를 제안한다. MB-OFDM UWB 시스템은 고속의 동작속도가 필요하기 때문에, 기존 가변 파라미터를 이용한 큐빅 인터폴레이터에 병렬 처리 기술과 파이프라인 기법을 동시에 적용한다. 실험 결과, Stratix II 2S60F101020C3 디바이스를 타켓으로 최대지연경로 속도와 최대지연경로 주기가 각각 최대 88.79MHz와 11.262ns가 되었고, 동작속도는 최대 대략 200% 이상 향상되었음을 알 수 있다.

  • This study was performed to evaluate bonding strength of the composites section made of existing concrete and repair mortar in domestic. The pull-out tester was used to test bonding strength for the composites section made of each materials. The results of the test was used to evaluate the korean industrial standard of polymer modified cement mortars for maintenance in concrete structures.

  • In this study, the energy commissioning was conducted for high-rise buildings(manual control). First of all, we conducted monitoring the energy use of buildings (electricity, heating, etc.), a commissioning improvement (automatic control) was proposed for each system. In addition, energy simulation was conducted to predict the effectiveness of the reform measures. As a result, terminal units control the greatest energy saving effect, If we applied all the improvements, we could save about 20% less than traditional energy usage, and it turned out that $CO_2$ emissions were reduced by about 19% when converted to $CO_2$.

  • Welding using lasers can be mass-produced in high speed. In the laser welding, performing real-time evaluation of the welding quality is very important in enhancing the efficiency of welding. In this study, the plasma and molten metal which are generated during laser welding were measured using the UV sensor and IR sensor. The results of laser welding were classified into five categories such as optimal heat input, little low heat input, low heat input, focus off, and nozzle change. Also, a system was formulated which uses the measured signals with a fuzzy pattern recognition method which is used to perform real-time evaluation of the welding quality and the defects which can occur in laser welding. Weld quality prediction program was developed using previous weld results and statistical program which could show the trend of weld quality and signal was developed.
