본 연구는 의원, 치과의원과 한의원에 대한 시군구 지역의 산업집중도 분석을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해서 1996년도부터 2015년까지 5년 단위의 매출액을 허핀달-허쉬만 지수(HHI)로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 결과는 HHI로 대표되는 경쟁지수에 대해서 전 지역에서 경쟁이 심화하는 경향을 보였다. 특히 군 지역은 HHI가 다른 지역에 비교해서 상대적으로 높으나 통계적으로 유의미하게 값이 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 시군구에 있어서 평균적으로 군 지역이 구 지역과 시 지역과 비교하면 HHI가 높으며 의원의 경우 군 지역의 HHI가 지수가 높기는 하지만 감소 경향을 보였다. 치과의원의 경우에는 시지역 및 군 지역에서는 HHI가 감소 경향을 보였으며 한의원의 경우에는 구 지역, 시 지역 그리고 군 지역 모두에서 HHI가 감소 경향을 보였다. 전반적으로 의원급 기관에서 농어촌 지역이 독점적인 시장형태를 보였으며 시간이 지남에 따라서 경쟁이 증가하고 있음을 보여주었다. 의원의 경우에는 농어촌 지역 의원의 경쟁이 심화하고 있음을 나타내고 있으며 치과의원의 경우에는 도시 및 농어촌 지역에서의 경쟁은 아직 포화상태에 이르지 않음을 보여주었고 한의원의 경우에는 모든 지역에서 경쟁이 아직 포화하지 않은 시장이며 대도시 시장의 경쟁이 가장 심함을 보여주었다.

This paper makes a general description of the results at government project which were peformed for several years. Through this project, the real capacity of 3.3KV/4MW Class 3 Level Voltage Source Inverter System were designed and the characteristics of its proto type were analyzed, moreover the web based IIMS(Inverter Information Management System) and Virtual Operation Simulator was developed. Now, this system is running for field application test.

본 논문은 변압기 소음저감을 위하여 Active part와 외함 형상변경에 따른 연구를 수행하였다. Active part는 변압기 소음의 주 원인인 철심의 적층방법 및 적층 step수에 대해 분석하였으며, 외함의 형상을 원형으로 변경하고 충격시험 및 유한요소 해석을 통해 원형외함의 특성을 파악하였다.

Most of the elevator door controllers have been controlled by DC Motors as an actuator. Recently, The control system using AC induction motor and general purpose inverter has been applied to control of elevator door. But there are some difficulties in making use of this system, such as adjustment of door speed pattern, door open-close time, and security of passenger safety. In order to solve these problems, a special inverter has, been developed with an encoder feedback. From the result of field-test, we proved that a special inverter with encoder feedback device has come to considerable effect. Until now about 1,200 sets of these inverters are operated in Korea and about 100 sets are operated in South-east Asia.

Several methods have been proposed to mitigate the market power in foreign electricity markets. In this paper, Hirfindahl-Hirschman Index(HHI) and supply margin assessment(SMA) are compared based upon the Korean future markets. The results show that SMA is better than HHI to estimate market power because it can reflect congestion and capacity reserve effectively.

The use of VPI impregnated mica tape as high voltage insulation for large rotating electric machines requires a careful balance of processes and materials to obtain the desired electrical, mechanical and thermal characteristics. The stator insulation systems such as epoxy bonded high voltage mica tape have been produced for many years. One such system employing an epoxy and anhydride impregnating resin developed by Hyundai Heavy Industries, Co. (hereafter, HHI), to satisfy customer requests for an epoxy bonded insulation system. HHI applies the following electrical and thermal evaluations such as dielectric breakdown, voltage endurance, dissipation factor vs. temperature, isothermal weight loss, and so on. A detailed laboratory evaluation can describe specific physical limitations for an insulation system and permit development of long-term operation guidelines that permit full utilization of the proposed system. HHI has found these evaluations very helpful in qualifying insulation system for the repair of both large motors and generators.

언어 습득 이후 성인 난청은 진행 속도가 느려서 발견이 어렵다. 이들은 적절한 도구를 제공하면 자발적이고 적극적인 평가가 가능하다. 스마트 폰도 도구들 중 하나이며, 설문이나 애플리케이션을 이용하여 효과적인 평가가 가능하다. 이 연구에서는 순음청각선별(pure tone screening, PTS)을 위한 스마트 폰 앱을 개발 후 이의 효과성을 검증하기 위해, 난청자각 설문조사방법(hearing handciap inventory, HHI)을 동시에 진행한 후 결과를 비교하여 진행 속도가 느린 지연성 후천성 난청 발견을 위한 도구로서 가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 대상은 10대부터 80대 사이 남녀 22명으로 하였다. 가청역치 평균(PTAs)은 두 귀 같은 주파수 가청역치 중 좋은 것을 선택(최량청력, best hearing)하였다. HHI의 민감도와 특이도는 난청 자각 여부나 PTAs_4 kHz를 기준으로 하였다. 두 검사 간 비교는 App_PTS의 PTAs와 HHI 점수 사이의 상관관계를 단순회귀 분석하였다. 민감도와 특이도는 두 기준 모두에서 1.000으로 관찰되었다. 최량청력 PTAs_4 kHz와 HHI 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 보였다(R-square= 0.951, p= .000). 설문을 이용한 청각선별은 정량적 계측을 통해 구현한 스마트 폰 애플리케이션 기반 청각선별과 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 app_PTS는 개인 친화적 도구로 생애 주기별 청각선별에 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

한반도를 둘러싼 네 강대국 외교정책의 변화, 코로나-19로 인한 부품 수급 제한 등 국내 안보를 위협하는 요소는 지속해서 증가하고 있다. 해당 위협에 능동적으로 대응하기 위해 자주국방의 중요성은 증가하고 있고, 무기체계 국산화가 필요한 시점이다. 무기체계 국산화는 계속 이루어졌으나, 국산화가 효율·효과적으로 실시되고 있다고 보기 어렵다. 장기간 국산화를 추진하였음에도 분야별로 고르게 국산화가 추진되지 않았기 때문이다. 이는 국산화 대상을 선정하기 위한 기준의 변화가 필요하다는 것을 보인다. 국산화 대상을 정교하게 식별하기 위한 연구가 부족하여 기존 연구를 통해서는 국산화 대상을 선정하기 위한 기준을 수립하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 무기체계 국산화 대상 식별을 위해 해외에서 부품 수급이 원활한 정도를 살펴야 함을 피력하였다. 시장에서 공급자가 고르게 분포되지 못할 경우, 부품 수급에 잠재적인 문제가 발생할 수 있는 위험이 있다고 보아 시장구조를 대변하는 CRk, HHI를 산출하고, 지수에 따라 국산화 대상을 선정해야 함을 제안하였다. 이중 CRk는 시장 집중도에 대한 평가자의 주관이 들어갈 수 있다는 한계 등으로 인해 시장구조에 대한 추가연구 없이는 적용이 불가하고, HHI가 적용되어야 함을 제시하였다. 미국의 경우, 시장구조가 독점적으로 변화할 수 있는 지를 판단하기 위해 정책의 판단 기준으로서 HHI 지표를 활용하고 있다. 이와 유사하게 우리나라도 방위산업 진흥 관련 정책 예산을 수립할 때, HHI를 활용하여야 함을 제언하였다.

We have investigated the relation between the molecular weight distribution (MWD) of diffusible species and the recovery rate of hydrophobicity of room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber (SIR) using solvent extraction at various temperatures. It was observed that the extract had a MWD ranging from a few hundreds g/mol to hundreds of thousands g/mol. By measuring the migration of siloxane to the extracted SIR surface through a thin carbon coating, the aspect of migration of diffusible species was observed as a real time plot, and the time constant of the migration was also calculated. According to the time dependence of IR-absorbance, the time constant was increased with the increase of MW of the extracts.
