대사질환자를 위한 맞춤형 융합 해양치유 운동프로그램 운영방안 (Operation Plan for a Customized Convergence Marine Healing Exercise Program for Metabolic Disease Patients)

  • Purpose : According to the Korean Diabetes Association, the number of metabolic disease patients in Korea is approximately 14.97 million as of 2020;, the prevalence of diabetes among adults over 30 years old is 44.3 %, and the prevalence of diabetes in the elderly over 65 years old is 50.4%. These individuals exposed to the risk of complications. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine a distribution method for a customized fusion exercise marine healing program for metabolic disease patients. Methods : We have searched numerous papers concerning artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and marine resources related to marine healing programs that can be introduced in marine healing centers for people with metabolic diseases Results : Through the production of various marine resources and evidence-based exercise programs, the provision of exercise programs using AI, and the development of exercise platforms using AR and VR, we were able to establish guidelines for how to operate marine healing programs at marine healing centers. Conclusion : Korea has much more diverse marine healing resources than other advanced countries in the marine healing industry. However, the development of these resources has only just begun. It is hoped that the studied marine healing program will be of great help to metabolic patients by creating contents that will be implemented in marine healing centers by using the cutting-edge technologies and various marine resources that Korea possesses.

Agro-Healing Service Quality Analysis Using IPA Analysis for Business Owners

  • Background and objective: This study seeks to investigate domestic agro-healing farm resources so that preliminary data can be obtained on the systematic provisions for agro-healing programs in order to improve service quality and to identify the quality of agro-healing policy services. Methods: For this study, owners of agro-healing facilities were asked 24 questions via an online survey. An importance-performance analysis (IPA) was conducted to identify service quality for each policy sector. Results: Respondents' satisfaction levels were low when compared to agro-healing farm owners' perceptions of the above-average importance of each sector. The results from the resource analysis of domestic agro-healing farms indicated that the main operational purposes of farms were, in descending order, experience (90.0%), healing (86.7%), and education (84.0%). With respect to the type of program that was operated, cultivating crops (horticultural therapy) was identified most frequently at 83.3%. Conclusion: As a result of this study, the resources possessed by agro-healing farms were identified. In addition, the results of the IPA analysis in terms of service quality are not as good as expected, and performance levels should be increased to improve this. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information not only to improve the quality of agro-healing services, but also to revitalize the agro-healing industry while developing a systematic agro-healing program.

강원도 치유의 숲 조성 기본계획 수립에 관한 연구 (A Case Study on the Healing Forest Development Plan of Kangwon Province)

  • This study carried out to establish a master plan about healing forest in Gangwon-do focusing on healing road and visitor center. The site of this study was approximately 721 ha of mountain in Imgye-myeon, Gangwon-do, and the master plan was established through analysis of humanities-social and natural environments. The healing forest was developed 6 healing trails(10.5 km), devided by 3 steps, and each healing trail was designed to make rest area, wooden bridge, and open space. Also, visitor center, the core place of healing forest, was devided to several spaces as health measurement room, AV room, etc. and was planed for audio-visual education room for visitors.

A Study on Priority of Classification System for Agro-healing Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process

  • Background and objective: As the 'Healing Agriculture Research and Development and Promotion Act' came into effect on March 25, 2021, social interest in agro-healing has been increasing exponentially. This study was conducted to analyze the priorities of agro-healing classification system and to provide basic data to inform policy directions and related research for the development and activation of agro-healing. Methods: The survey data collected from 18 experts were analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method in determine the relative weights of the main and sub-criteria for the classification system. There were three main criteria identified: agro-healing input industry, agro-healing service industry, and agro-healing-related/derived industry. There were also 11 sub-criteria. Results: The top three sub-criteria with the highest complex weights include "community service," "social rehabilitation" and "treatment and rehabilitation," all of which correspond to the main criterion "agro-healing service industry". In addition, the complex weights of the sub-criteria corresponding to the main criterion "agro-healing related/derived industry" are as follows: "other agro-healing support service," which ranked 4th, and "training and education institutions for agro-healing experts," which ranked 5th when prioritizing the criteria. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the main criterion to be considered first in establishing a classification system is "agro-healing service industry". Therefore, it is necessary to continue research on detailed service classifications and systems with verified validity to ensure expertise in human resources, and organization related to social purpose services in agro-healing.

자기치유형 무기계 혼합재를 사용한 모르타르의 압축강도 및 치유성능 (Compressive Strength and Healing Performance of Mortar Using Self-healing Inorganic Materials)

  • 본 연구에서는 고로슬래그 미분말, 팽창재 및 무수석고로 이루어진 무기계 자기치유 소재를 사용하여 제조한 자기치유 모르타르의 특성을 조사하였다. 무기계 치유재료의 사용량이 다른 3종류의 자기치유 모르타르를 대상으로 압축강도를 측정하고 정수위 투수시험를 통하여 치유성능을 평가하였다. 치유성능 평가지표로 균열유도재령애 따른 치유율과 등가균열폭을 활용하였다. 자기치유 모르타르의 압축강도 발현, 치유재령에 따른 치유율 변화와 경제성을 고려하여 무기계 혼합재의 최적 사용량을 시멘트 질량 대비 20 %로 제안하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 무기재료를 코어재료로 사용한 자기치유 고상캡슐 및 자기치유 마이크로캡슐을 혼합하여 자기치유 하이브리드 캡슐을 제조하였다. 자기치유 하이브리드캡슐을 시멘트 질량 기준으로 3:7, 5:5 및 7:3의 조성비에 따라 3 % 혼합하여 자기치유 시멘트 복합재료 배합을 진행하였으며, 정수위 투수시험 및 표면균열 모니터링을 통해 균열 자기치유 하이브리드캡슐의 치유 특성을 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 자기치유 고상캡슐 및 자기치유 마이크로캡슐의 조성비가 7:3으로 제조된 자기치유 하이브리드 캡슐을 혼합함에 따라 균열 자기치유 성능을 향상시키는 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

하이브리드 자기치유 소재를 혼입한 콘크리트의 치유성능 (Healing Performance of Concrete Containing Hybrid Self-healing Materials)

  • 본 연구에서는 유·무기계 자기치유재료를 기반으로 박테리아 펠렛과 고상캡슐을 각각 혼입하여 사용한 하이브리드 자기치유 콘크리트의 치유성능을 조사하였다. 치유성능 평가방법으로 정수위 투수시험을 적용하였으며, 평가지표로 치유율과 등가균열폭에 의해 산출된 치유된 균열폭을 활용하였다. 정수위 투수시험 결과 초기 균열폭이 0.3 mm일 때 MC-BP와 MC-SC의 치유율은 MC와 비교하여 2.1~3.0 %pt 높았으며, 하이브리드 콘크리트의 치유된 균열폭은 0.017~0.018 mm 증가하였다. 결론적으로, 두 가지 치유소재를 함께 사용하더라도 자기치유 성능은 크게 향상되지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

  • Cutaneous wound healing is a highly orchestrated process comprising a number of well-defined temporally overlapping phase. These include the migration of inflammatory cells to the wound site, and re-establishment of an epithelial barrier (re-epithelization), and the deposition of matrix by fibroblast [1]. We attempt to find out that active ceramic resources has effects on cutaneous wound healing. And furthermore, we investigate its related mechanism and expression of cytokines of cutaneous wound healing which is accelerated by active ceramic resources. (omitted)

이중층수산화물을 혼입한 자기치유 시멘트 모르타르의 염화물 침투 저항성 회복 평가 (Assessment of Recovery of Chloride Penetration Resistance of Self-healing Cement Mortars Containing Layered Double Hydroxide)

  • 이 연구는 전기영동확산시험을 이용하여 이중층수산화물(LDH)을 혼입한 균열이 있는 자기치유 시멘트 모르타르의 염화물 침투 저항성을 평가하여 LDH가 자기치유 콘크리트의 치유 효과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 자기치유물질만 혼입한 경우와 자기치유물질과 Ca-Al LDH를 함께 혼입한 경우 균열 발생 직후 영동확산계수는 대부분 OPC 배합에 비해 더 컸지만, 치유재령이 경과할수록 OPC 보다 더 큰 폭으로 영동확산계수가 감소하며, Ca-Al LDH를 함께 혼입한 경우가 자가치유 물질만 혼입한 경우보다 영동확산계수 감소가 더 크게 나타나 더 높은 자기치유 성능을 보였다. 이는 균열면에 자기치유 반응생성물이 증가하면서 균열 내부에서 LDH에 의한 염소이온의 구속작용이 더 커진다는 것을 시사한다.

고상캡슐을 활용한 자기치유 표면보호재의 품질 및 장기재령 치유특성 (Quality and Long-tern Aged Healing Properties of Self-healing Surface Protection Materials Using Solid Capsules)

  • 본 연구에서는 고상캡슐을 활용한 자기치유 표면보호재를 보수재료로 활용하기 위한 일환의 연구로써 고상캡슐이 표면보호재의 품질에 미치는 영향 및 장기재령의 치유 특성을 검토하였다. 고상캡슐 혼합에 따른 자기치유 표면보호재의 유변학적 특성 평가결과, 소성점도 및 항복응력, 테이블 플로우는 감소하는 경향이 나타났으며, 압축강도의 경우 고상캡슐 1%당 1 MPa이 비례적으로 감소하였다. 장기재령 치유특성을 평가한 결과, 재령 91일이 경과된 경우에도 고상캡슐이 보존되어 10% 혼합한 경우 치유재령 28일에 90% 수준의 치유율이 나타났으며, 치유재령 91일 경과후에는 고상캡슐 5%의 경우에도 90% 수준의 치유율이 나타났다.
