전자동 양파수확용 농기계 개발에 관한 인구 (A Study on Development of Automatic Agricultural Machinery for Onions Harvest)

  • According to the rising of national economic level. domestic consumption of vegetables having high additive values is increased continuously due to increased consumption of meat in last decade. These vegetables are produced almost in this country and are limited to import from neighbor countries in due of high transportation expenses for storing in refrigerated container. It is very important to mechanize the harvest work, forming more than 30% for their production cost, in order to cultivate variable vegetables at the same time according to their harvesting seasons. In this state its former harvest methods, with using of human power or semi-automatic harvest, caused to increase their production cost due to high labor cost and low working efficiency. The former onion harvest being operated almost by semi-automatic plant distributer mechanism have many limit and troublesome for cultivation spaces, vinyle mulched ridge, gravel mixture in soil. Therefore, it is necessary to develope a fully automatic and self-running situation and overcome above handicaps, even in the farm covered with vinyle house or mulch sheets. This newly developed onion harvest can be applied to plant various young trees and will be able to export together with onion haying their competition in the worldwide market in which the culinary vegetable method or farm conditions is similar to our country.

지황의 기계수확 효율비교 (Mechanical harvest efficiency to rhizomes of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.)

  • 지황의 수확방법을 인력수확에서 생력기계화 수확기술로 개선코자 트랙터굴취기 등 4종의 수확기기의 기계수확 효율을 비교 검토하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 생력효율은 인력에 비하여 경운기 경운 69%, 경운기부착 굴취기 73%, 트랙터 부착 굴취기 76% 절감되었다. 2. 근경의 손실율은 인력수확 5.6%, 경운기 경운14.9%, 경운기 부착 굴취기 8.7%, 트랙터 부착 굴취기8.9%로 기계수확에서 높았다. 3. 상품 근경 수량은 인력수확 2,115 kg/10a에 비하여 기계수확에서 111~304kg/10a감소하였으며, 총 근경수량도 인력수확에 비하여 기계수확에서 2~6%감소하였다. 4. 경운기 부착 굴취기 와 트랙터 부착 굴취기 는 생력효율이 높고, 근 손상율 및 상품수량 등에서 인력수확에 크게 떨어지지 않아 적용가능성 이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

시기를 달리하여 일시 수확한 고추의 등급별 품질 (Quality of Single-Harvested Red Peppers by Harvest Time and Fruit Grade)

  • 'Manita', a red pepper cultivar, and 'HL', a cultivar bred for single-harvest by National Horticultural Research Institute, were cultivated using direct sowing method, and all fruits were harvested five times at on interval of one week, and were grouped into five grades by color and appearance (drying degree). The amount of red fruits increased gradually with increasing harvest time, and at the fifth harvest time, the ratios of red fruits were 80.9 and 79.1% for Manita and HL, respectively. Among red fruits, the portion of ROO grade (red pepper dried considerably on the plant) was 42.9%, RO (red pepper dried partially on the plant) 31.9%, and RF (fresh red pepper) 6.1% for Manita. For HL, the portions of RO and RF were 56.7 and 22.4%, respectively. As fruits aged, the redness intensified. ROO, RO, and RF fruits had ASTA color values of 150.4, 140.1, and 107.4 for Manita, and for HL, those of RO and RF were 100.0 and 77.1, respectively. The contents of capsaicinoids, organic acid, and sugar were not significantly different with the harvest time.

Effects of cultivar and harvest days after planting on dry matter yield and nutritive value of teff

  • One of the most pressing issues facing the dairy industry is drought. In areas where annual precipitation is low, irrigation for growing feed presents the greatest water-utilization challenge for dairy producers. Here, we investigated the effects of cultivar and harvest days after planting (DAP) on dry matter (DM) yield and nutritive value of teff (Eragrostis tef), a warm-season annual grass native to Ethiopia that is well adapted to drought conditions. Eighty pots were blocked by location in a greenhouse and randomly assigned to four teff cultivars (Tiffany, Moxie, Corvallis, and Dessie) and to five harvest times (40, 45, 50, 55, or 60 DAP). Cultivars had no effect on DM yield and nutritive value. As harvest time increased from 40 to 60 DAP, DM yield and ash-free neutral detergent fiber (aNDFom) concentrations increased, while crude protein (CP) concentrations and in vitro NDF digestibility decreased. To assess carryover effects of time of harvest on yield and nutritive value, two additional cuttings were taken from each pot. Increasing first-cutting harvest time decreased CP concentrations in the second cutting and reduced DM yields in the second and third cutting. Harvesting teff between 45 and 50 DAP best optimized forage yield and nutritive value in the first and subsequent cuttings.

벼, 콩, 고추의 생육시간별 인공 산성비에 대한 내성 (Tolerance of Rice, Soybean, and Hot Pepper to Simulated Acid Rain at Different Growth Stages)

  • 작물의 생육시기별 산성비에 대한 내성과 피해양상을 알기 위하여 벼, 콩, 고추 3개 작물을 영양생장기-수확기 또는 생식생장기-수확기에 pH2.7의 인공산성비를 10mm씩 2일 간격으로 처리한 후 작물의 생육, 수량 및 수량구성요소, 작물의 피해양상, 식물체 중 엽록소, 질소, 황 등을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 인공산성비에 대한 잎의 가시적 피해는 벼 < 고추 < 콩의 순으로 컸으며, 생식생장기-수확기 처리보다 영양생장기-수확기 처리에서 피해가 더 심했다. 피해증상은 벼는 갈색반점, 콩은 황화현상과 갈색반점, 고추는 작은 갈색반점이나 구멍이 생겼다. 2. 생식생장기에 조사한 벼, 콩, 고추의 엽록소 함량은 모두 pH 2.7 인공산성비의 영양생장기-수확기 처리 < 생식생장기-수확기 처리 < 무처리 순으로 높았으나 광합성 능력은 차이가 없었다. 3. 질소 함량은 벼에서는 인공산성비 처리간에 차이가 없었으나 콩과 고추에서는 영양생장기-수확기 처리에서 생식생장기-수확기 처리 혹은 무처리보다 질소 함량과 흡수량이 많았다. 4. 황 함량은 벼, 콩, 고추에서 모두 차이가 없었으나 흡수량은 벼 와 콩에서는 인공산성비 처리 기간이 길수록 많았다. 5. 벼와 콩의 수량은 pH 2.7 인공산성비의 영향을 받지 않았지만 벼는 영양생장기-수확기 처리에서 임실률, 등숙률, 1,000립중이 감소하였다. 고추는 주당 과실수와 과중의 감소로 수량은 영양생장기-수확기 처리 < 생식생장기-수확기처리 < 무처리 순으로 높았다. 6. 인공산성비를 개화기에 1회 처리할 때 벼는 pH2.3이하에서 영화에 갈색반점이 생기며, 콩과 고추는 각각 pH 1.7 및 2.0에서 꽃잎은 시드나 과실은 생장하였다. 인공산성비의 pH가 2.6에서 1.7까지 낮아질 때 콩은 협당립수가 감소하였으나 벼의 임실률과 고추의 착과율은 영향을 받지 않았다.

음료가공을 위한 쌀 품종별 품질 특성 비교 (Comparison of Quality Properties of Rice Cultivars for Beverage Processing)

  • The properties of rice were studied on five rice cultivars (Ilpumbyeo, Samkwang, Goami-4, Dodamssal, and Thai rice), and employed two kinds of saccharification treatment methods (treatment I : rice shape, treatment II: grinding rice shape). Thai rice showed differences in width and length when compared to other cultivars of rice, and the Goami 4 had the lowest thousand-grain weight. The Goami4 and Dodamssal each showed high contents of amylose and resistant starch, and the water absorption rate was close to maximum at 90 minutes as well as the highest level of Goami 4 at all times. The qualities of highest water-binding capacity, solubility and swelling power was most significant in Thai rice. The lowest hardness level of wet rice resulted in the lowest hydration-related characteristics. High amylose content rice, in particular, showed low sugar content and slightly increased sugar content as the saccharification process improved (treatment II). On the other hand, high amylose cultivars had the same high degree of hardness as boiled rice. From these results, the Dodamssal was found to have the lowest viscosity at all temperatures but highest viscosity during the saccharification process, suggesting it may be successfully implemented as a thickener in rice beverage processing. The purpose of this study was to attempt to provide basic data on the development of rice beverage manufacturing technology, based upon the quality characteristics related to beverage processing of rice cultivars.

가을 재배 사초용 연맥의 파종 시기 및 수확시기별 건물 수량과 사료가치 (Dry Matter Yield and Feed Value of Oat Plant at Various Planting and HaNesting Date in Fall)

  • 연맥의 파종기와 수확기가 건물 수량 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향을 알기 위하여 1992년 9월 1일(첫째). 9월 11일(둘째), 9월 21일(셋째 파종기)에 파종하여 동년 11월 7일(첫째 수확기)과 19일(둘째 수확기)에 수확하였다. 1. 초고는 파종시기와 수확기에 따라 영향을 받았으며 첫째 파종기의 둘째 수확기의 것이 가장 길었다. 2. 사초의 건물 함량은 첫째로부터 셋째 파종기로 지연됨에 따라 감소되었으며 그 범위는 15.1%에서 13.5%였고 동일 파종기내에서도 수확기가 늦은 것이 증가되었다. 3. 잎의 비율은 첫째 파종기로부터 셋째 파종기로 지연됨에 따라 증가되었는데 그 범위는 52%에서 77%였다. 4. 조단백질의 함량은 첫째에서 셋째 파종기로 지연됨에 따라 증가되었으며 그 범위는 14.3%에서 25.4%였다. NDF와 ADF의 함량은 파종시기와 수확기에 영향을 받았으며 파종기가 지연됨에 따라 감소되었다. 5. 건물 수량은 파종시기가 지연됨에 따라 감소되었고 첫째, 둘째, 셋째 파종기의 것이 각각 6,705 kg, 5,520kg 및 2,315kg였으며 처리간에 유의성 (P< .01)이 있었다. 첫째 수확기와 둘째 수확기의 건물 수량은 각각 4,027kg과 5,667kg로 둘째 수확기의 것이 많았다(P<.01). 6. 본 시험 결과에 의하면 가을 연맥 재배시 9월 1일 파종에 11월 19일 수확한 처리가 좋았다.

감자 수확의 성력 기계화 (Mechanization for Labor Saving in Harvesting of Potatoes (Solamum Tuberosum L.))

  • 감자 재배(栽培)에 있어서 기계(機械)를 이용(利用)하여 수확(收穫)의 생력화(省力化)로 생산비(生産費)를 절감(節減)하기 위해 본(本) 시험(試驗)을 수행(遂行)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 기계(機械)를 이용(利用)한 감자 굴취수확(掘取收穫)은 관행인력수확(慣行人力收穫)에 비해 트랙터 후부(後部)에 굴취기를 이용(利用)한 것이 94%로 생력효과(省力效果)에서 관행인력수확(慣行人力收穫)에 비해 42-45%의 노력시간(努力時間)을 절약(節約)함으로 42-45%의 작업비(作業費)를 절감(節減)했다.

노지재배 풋귤 수확시기가 수량과 과실생육 및 다음해 착화에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Harvest Season on the Yield and Growth of Unripe Fruit and Biennial Flowering of 'Miyagawa' Satsuma Mandarin in Open Field Cultivation)

  • BACKGROUND: As consumption of unripe mandarin increases, its cultivation has increased in open field cultivation areas. Because unripe mandarin must be harvested before ripening and color change, the optimum harvest time must be determined. This study investigated the effect of the harvest season on the yield of unripe fruit and biennial flowering of 'Miyagawa' satsuma mandarin. METHODS AND RESULTS: Two areas of unripe mandarin orchard were selected, and the yield, fruit growth, working time, and flowering of trees the following year were investigated. Fruit was harvested at 40, 60, 80, 100, and 120 days after full bloom and at general ripening. Fruit yield of unripe mandarin increased with later harvest time from 100th to 120th day except normal ripening. The next year, biennial occurred with normal ripening and harvesting, but not at the 120th day after full bloom. At the 40th day (earliest harvest time), summer and autumn shoots were present, but not after the 100th day. The 40th day required the most harvesting time; because the time gradually decreased with later harvest, the harvest time was shortest on the 120th day, and general ripening occurred shortly after the 120th day. CONCLUSION: Harvesting of unripe mandarin 100-120 days after full bloom was ideal to reduce harvesting time, enhance yield, and enable flowering the following year.

MBE growth and magnetic properties of epitaxial FeMn2O4 film on MgO(100)

  • FeM2X4 spinel structures, where M is a transition metal and X is oxygen or sulfur, are candidate materials for spin filters, one of the key devices in spintronics. Both the Fe and M ions can occupy tetrahedral and octahedral sites; therefore, these types of compounds can display various physical and chemical properties [1]. On the other hand, the electronic and magnetic properties of these spinel structures could be modified via the control of cation distribution [2, 3]. Among the spinel oxides, iron manganese oxide is one of promising materials for applications. FeMn2O4 shows inverse spinel structure above 390 K and ferrimagnetic properties below the temperature [4]. In this work, we report on the structural and magnetic properties of epitaxial FeMn2O4 thin film on MgO(100) substrate. The reflection high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicated that films were epitaxially grown on MgO(100) without the impurity phases. The valance states of Fe and Mn in the FeMn2O4 film were carried out using x-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). The magnetic properties were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), indicating that the samples are ferromagnetic at room temperature. The structural detail and origin of magnetic ordering in FeMn2O4 will be discussed.
