H&M 콜라보레이션에 참여한 패션 디자이너 브랜드의 자체 제품과 콜라보레이션 제품에 활용된 텍스타일 패턴디자인 연구 (A study on the textile pattern design of fashion designers' brands and H&M collaboration collections)

  • This paper explored and compared the textile pattern and motive design of fashion designers' brands and H&M collaboration collections. In particular, this study put it focus on textile pattern design of seven fashion design brands such as Roverto Cavalli and Versace, etc., which were collaborated with H&M. The color, motive type, motive layout, motive expression, and pattern drawing technique were collected from fashion internet sites over the five year period, and then were cross-sectionally examined and compared based on their color, motive type, motive layout, motive expression, and pattern drawing technique of products between fashion designers' brands and H&M collaboration collections. The analyses showed the following results: First, the similar color, motive type, motive layout, motive expression, and pattern were found between fashion designers' brands and H&M collaboration collections, in order to show the perspective texture of products to consumers. Second, H&M collaboration brands demonstrated unique textile design of H&M rather than the trendy design patterns. Finally, the textile design pattern used in H&M collection was more restricted in terms of motive expression technique and chromaticity than that used in fashion designers' brands.

주방환기용 그리스 필터의 입자포집 특성에 관한 수치해석 (A Numerical Study on the Particle Collection Characteristics of a Grease Filter for Kitchen Ventilation)

  • A grease filter is used to remove grease generated from a cooking appliance in a kitchen. This numerical study has been conducted to investigate the particle collection characteristics of a grease filter having nominal flowrate of $100m^3$/h. The flow field and particle trajectories in the grease filter with a flow chamber were simulated by using the commercial code of STAR-CD. The air velocity and pressure distributions were discussed in detail. The pressure drop of a grease filter rapidly increases with increasing the air flowrate. The numerical values of the pressure drop are slightly lower than the experimental values when the air flowrates are 50, 75, and 100㎥/h. The particle collection efficiency of a grease filter increases with increasing the particle diameter, the particle density, and the air flowrate, which means that the inertial impaction is a dominant particle removal mechanism in a grease filter. The cut-off diameter of the tested grease filter representing 50-% collection efficiency is about 11.6$\mu$m for water droplets at $100m^3$/h.

  • The main object of this study was to investigate the collection characteristics of wet-type cyclone with wall cavity. The experiment was executed to analyze the characteristics of pressure drop and collection efficiency for the present system with the experimental parameters such as water spray, water spray type, inlet velocity etc. In results, for the present system of wet-type, the pressure drop represented 35 mm $H_2O$, while in dry-type 33 mm $H_2O$ showing lower 6% at $v_{in}=21m/s$. In case of $v_{in}=21m/s$ and water spray 200 mL/min, the collection efficiency of the present system became significantly higher as 96.8% comparing to that of the conventional wet-type scrubber. Additionally, for 200 mL/min, $SO_2$ removal efficiencies decreased with the increment of inlet velocity representing 75.0, 62.5, 50.0%, at $v_{in}=6,9,12m/s$, respectively.

전차선로 속도향상에 따른 오버랩 구간(Overlap section) 경간 구성 기법 (Research on Configuration Optimization of Overlap Section in Overhead Catenary System for High-speed Railway)

  • Overhead catenary system of electric railway has overlap sections which devide and tighten trolley wire supplying electric power to train, where current collection performances may become worse according to railway speed-up. Current collection tests conducted at 400 km/h test-bed section of Honam high-speed railway show that balanced line arrangement at overlap section is needed to secure current collection without arc generation between trolley wire and train current collection device. This paper proposes a design procedure of the overlap section to allow for tension increase and uplift of the trolley wires according to railway speed-up. By applying the proposed procedure to the overhead catenary system of Honam high-speed railway, it is suggested that the minimum span length should be 33.2 m for railway speed-up to 350 km/h and 43.7 m for speed-up to 400 km/h.

  • The main purpose of this study is to analyze the collection characteristics of multi-layer multi-stage porous plate system with ionizer and dielectric-substance experimentally. The experiment is carried out to analyze the characteristics of pressure drop and collection efficiency for the present system with experimental parameters such as applied voltage, inlet velocity, stage number and inlet particle concentration, etc. In results, for multi-layer multi-stage porous plate system of inflow type, at 5 stage and $v_{in}$=2.58 m/s, the pressure drop becomes lower 15 $mmH_2O$ as 95 $mmH_2O$ than that of non-inflow type system. It is estimated that for the present system with ionizer and dielectric-substance, the collection efficiency represents 98.5% showing higher 5.2% comparing to that of multi-layer multi-stage porous plate system without ionizer and dielectric-substance at 5 stage, $v_{in}$=2.58 m/s and inlet concentration $3g/m^3$(fly ash).

  • The main object of this study is to investigate the collection characteristics of multi-layer multi-stage porous plate system experimentally. The experiment is carried out to analyze the characteristics of pressure drop and collection efficiency for the present system with the experimental parameters such as inlet velocity, tube diameter, inlet concentration, and stage number, etc. In results, the pressure drop becomes 22 to $115mmH_2O$ with increment of stage number (1 to 5) of porous plate system at tube velocity 15 m/s and tube diameter ${\Phi}8$. In case of fly ash and 5 stage, the collection efficiency becomes 90.5 to 95.7% increasing the tube velocity 12 to 15 m/s at inlet concentration $3g/m^3$ and tube diameter ${\Phi}8$. Additionally, it is estimated that the collection efficiencies of 5 stage are 94.3, 95.6 and 99.1% for fly ash, steel dust and based power, respectively (${\Phi}8$ tube, $V_t$ = 12m/s, inlet concentration $3g/m^3$).

  • The main purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of hybrid collection system combined with centrifugal force of cyclone and filtration of bag filter in one unit system. The experiment and numerical simulation are executed for the analysis of collection efficiency and pressure drop characteristics of hybrid system in comparison with those of a general fabric bag filter with the various experimental parameters such as inlet velocity(filtration velocity), dust concentration and dust type, etc.. In present system, dust particles tangentially coming into the system body are controlled by the centrifugal force effect, and the next collection is made out by the filtration mechanism in the fabric filter media. Therefore, the effective first collection causes the decrease of dust loading on the fabric filter, and it presents quite a lower pressure drop of fabric filter than that of a general fabric filter. At the inlet velocity, $21{\sim}27m/sec$ and inlet concentration(fly ash) $300mg/m^3$, pressure drops through the filter media of hybrid system are shown lower as $10{\sim}22mmH_2O$ comparing to those($17{\sim}33mmH_2O$) of a general fabric bag filter.

고로쇠 수액의 유출시기별 이화학적 특성과 영양성분 (Physicochemical Characteristics and Nutritional Components of Goroshoe (Acer mono Max.) Sap with Collection Periods)

  • 고로쇠수액의 채취시기별 이화학적 특성 및 영양성분을 분석하였다. 고로쇠수액의 갈변도 및 탁도는 채취시기가 늦어질수록 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, pH 및 총산도는 큰 차이가 없었다. 유기산은 citric acid 및 malic acid가 검출되었으며, citric acid는 채취시기가 늦어질수록 감소하는 경향을 보였고 malic acid는 증가하였다. 유리당은 sucrose와 fructose 및 glucose가 검출되었으며, sucrose는 채취시기가 늦어질수록 감소한 반면, fructose는 증가하였고 glucose는 채취시기 후반기에만 검출되었다. 조단백질과 조회분은 채취초중반기에는 변화가 없었으나, 후반기에 많은 증가를 보였다. 무기성분은 Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg 및 Mn 등이 검출되었으며, K, Mg 및 Fe는 채취기시가 늦어질수록 증가하였다. 이상의 결과로부터 채취시기 후반기에 채취되는 고로쇠수액은 탁도의 증가로 인하여 음용하기 어렵지만, 조단백질, 유기산, 무기성분 등의 증가로 영양적으로 우수할 것으로 판단되므로 적절한 가공방법을 이용하여 탁도를 제어한다면 이용률 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

2단 평행판 전기집진기의 서브마이크론입자 집진성능 개선 연구 (Study on improvement of submicron particle collection performance in 2-stage parallel-plate electrostatic precipitators)

  • It was reported by some researchers that two-stage parallel-plate ESPs, commonly called electronic air cleaners, show decreasing behavior of collection efficiency as particle size decreases below about $0.03{\mu}m$. This phenomenon is attributed to partial particle charging characteristics, where some of incoming particles are not charged in the charging cell of 2-stage parallel-plate ESP. One way to improve the decreasing collection efficieny in that particle size range is to enforce particle charging quantity in the charging cell. In the present study, in order to do this a 2-wire series-type charging cell modified from a 1-wire normal-type one was suggested and investigated theoretically and experimentally concerning improvement of the collection efficiency. It was confirmed from the experimental and theoretical works that the collection efficiency was apparently improved.
