In this paper, we present IGBT VVVF inverters as a 1C1M propulsion system for electric car. These inverters are composed of high power IGBT's and controlled by compact control units. The control unit performs full digital control by using 32bit DSP and microcontroller. By using CAN-bus, high speed network is constructed within four control units. The stack is simplified and optimized by using plate bus and IGBT driver units of hybrid-type.

We report effects of electrical aging on the emission stability of carbon nanotube (CNT) paste for low cost and high low-cost and large area field emission devices or displays. Photosensitive carbon nanotube paste was formulated by using of spin on glass (SOG) as an inorganic binder and investigated emission properties and stability depending on electrical aging condition.

비정상(非定常) 침투문제(浸透問題)에서 가장 중요하고 어려운 점은 자유수면(自由水面)의 위치(位置)와 그 변화(變化)를 어떻게 해석(解析)하느냐이다. 그러므로 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 특히 수위상승(水位上昇)에 따른 제체내(堤體內) 침투(浸透)와의 상관계수를 찾았으며(즉, 수위상승에 대해 $V_R=\frac{dH}{dt}$, 침투속도에 대해 $V_S=Ki=k\frac{H-d_1}{d}$), 또한 기(旣) 발표(發表)된 식(式)들을 분석(分析)하여 실험자료(實驗資料)와의 비교 정리(整理) 분석(分析)하였다.

In the present study, we perform LES of turbulent flow and temperature fields in a circular impinging jet at Re=5000 for two cases of H/D=2 and 6 (H denotes the distance between the jet exit and flat plate, and D does the diameter of the jet exit). In the case of H/D=2, the regular vortical structures observed in free jet do not exist because of the smaller distance than the potential core. The Nusselt number on the wall is largest at $r/D{\cong}10.67$ where vortex rings Impinge. At $r/D{\cong}1.5{\~}2.0$, the vortex rings induce the secondary vortices, resulting in a secondary peak in the Nusselt number there. In the case of H/D=6, the vortex rings change into three-dimensional vortical structures and the small-scale vortices impinge on the flat plate. The increase of turbulent intensity due to small-scale vortices results in the largest Nusselt number at the stagnation point.

1,5-diketones(3) undewent cyclization to 4H-pyrano[3,2-d]pyrazoles (4a-d),4H-piperidino[3, 2-d]pyrazole (5) and pyrazolo[5,4-d]thiopyran (6) upon treatment with P/sub 2/O/sub 5/, CH/sub 3/COONH/sub 4/ and /or P/sub 2/S/sub 5/. Moreover, treatment of (4) with CH/sub 3/COONH/sub 4/ and/or P/sub 2/S/sub 5/ afforded (5) and (6). The structures of the hitherto unknown ring systems have been confirmed by analytical and spectral data.

For the investigation of medicinal resources the studies were carried out to evaluated the pharmaco-constituents in the Leaves of Parthenocissus tricuspidata(Vitaceae), of which leaves have been used in Korea as folk remedies for the treatments of arthritis, jaundice, toothache, neuralgia, and etc. From 1-butanol fraction of the MeOH extract, Compound I ($C_{21}H_{18}O_{13}$, Quercetin-3-O-$\beta$-D-glucuronopyranoside), Compound II ($C_{21}H_{20}O_{12}$, Quercetin-3-O-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside) and Compound III ($C_{25}H_{28}O_{12}$, Quercetin-3-O-(6"-n-butyl)-$\beta$-D-glucuronopyranoside) were isolated by column chromatographic separation using Sephadex LH-20 and ODS gel. Their structures were elucidated through instrumental analyses, such as $^{1}H$-NMR, $^{13}C$-NMR, IR, UV, El-Mass, FAB-Mass and GC. Especially compound III was Flavonol glycoside and named parthenosin.

시판 멸치액젓의 품질을 평가하기 위하여 수협제품(A, B), 중소기업제품(C, D), 유명제품(E-H)을 선정하여 이화학적 분석과 경제성을 조사하고, 관능검사를 실시하였다. 멸치 액젓의 염도는 19.8~26.0% 범위였으며, F > H > B > E > A > C = G > D순으로 높게 나타났다. 19.8%의 염도를 나타낸 D 제품은 탁도가 높고 부패취가 강하였으며, 암노니아 함량이 매우 높아 일정 이하의 염도는 젓갈의 품질을 유지할 수 없음을 알 수 있었다. 나머지 제품들의 염도는 25% 전후를 나타내었다. 총 단백질 함량은 2.51~2.04% 범위였으며 A > C > B > F > E > D > G > H 순으로 높아 수협의 두 제품(A, B)과 중소업체 C제품의 품질이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 제품의 갈색도는 C, A제품에서 높게 나타났다. 시판되는 멸치액젓의 가격을 1$\ell$로 환산한 결과 A 제품이 가장 비싸며, B 제품이 가장 저렴한 것으로 나타났다. 멸치액젓의 관능검사 결과 색은 B > G > A > F > E > C > H > D 순으로, 냄새는 B > G = C > F > A > E > H > D 순으로 점수가 높게 나타났다. 짠맛은 I > C > F > G > H > D > B > A 순으로 점수가 높게 나타나서 측정한 염도와 일치하지는 않았다. 전체적 인 맛은 B > A > C > H > E = F > G > D 순으로 점수가 높아 B 제품의 맛이 가장 좋고 D 제품이 가장 나쁜 것으로 나타났다. 위의 분석 결과에 근거하여 우수하게 평가된 A, B, C제품과 시장 점유율이 높은 H 제품을 이용하여 김치를 제조하여 숙성에 따른 pH, 산도, 관능검사를 실시한 결과 숙성 전반에 걸쳐 다른 제품들에 비해 C 제품으로 제조한 김치에서 숙성이 빨리 진행되었고, A 제품으로 제조한 김치에서 숙성이 다소 지연되는 것으로 나타났다. 관능검사를 실시한 결과 외관은 2주째 C 김치에서 유의적으로 좋았고, 냄새는 4주째 A, H 김치가 좋은 것으로 평가되었다. 나머지 항목들에서 멸치액젓 제품 사이의 유의차는 나타나지 않았으나 숙성 전반에 걸쳐 A 제품으로 제조한 김치가 다소 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.

The mode of transglycosylation reaction observed during the action of low-molecular-weight 1,4-$\beta$-D-glucan glucanohydrolase (EC 3.2.1.4) purified from Trichoderma koningii ATCC 26113 was investigated using $^{1}H-NMR $spectroscopy. The H-1 proton resonances were analysed. After reaction of the enzyme with cellotriose, the reaction products were separated by high performance liquid chromatography. H-1 resonances of the products were consisted with those of cellobiose, cellotriose and cellotitraose, respectively. Therefore it was proved that all the reaction products formed by the action of the enzyme on cellooligosaccharides, including transglycosylation products, possess only H-NMR -1,4-glycosidic linkage(s).
