외국인직접투자 유치전략에 관한 연구 -광주.전남지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Attracting Strategy of FDI in Gwangju and Jeonnam Region)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학술논문, 정책보고서 등의 자료와 광주광역시, 전라남도 등의 홈페이지를 통해 수집된 자료들을 활용하여 광주 전남지역의 FDI 현황과 장애요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 광주 전남지역의 FDI 유치전략을 수립하는 데 있다. 분석 결과 제시된 광주 전남의 FDI 유치전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중앙정부의 지역산업정책 방향에 부합하는 FDI 유치전략을 수립하여 적극 추진해야 한다. 둘째, FDI 유치 전담인력에 대한 지속적인 역량 강화를 통해 FDI 유치의 극대화를 추구해야 한다. 셋째, 외국인투자기업 유치 종합지원체계 구축을 통해 효율적인 FDI 유치가 이루어지도록 노력해야 한다. 넷째, 외국인투자기업의 파급효과에 따른 차등인센티브제 도입도 FDI의 효율적인 유치를 위해 고려할 만하다. 다섯째, 기존 외국인기업의 투자확대를 유도하기 위해 이미 투자한 외국인기업에 대한 지속적인 관리와 지원에도 관심을 기울여야 한다. 마지막으로 지속적인 FDI를 유치하기 위해 부정적인 지역 이미지와 정주환경을 개선시켜 나가야 한다.

광주전남지역 초등학교급식에서 쌀가루와 쌀가공제품 이용현황 및 영양(교)사의 인지도 (Studies on Nutritionist's Perception and Usage of Rice Products among Foodservice Meals in Elementary School Foodservice in Gwangju and Jeonnam Area)

  • To provide rice products in substituted for wheat flour and wheat products in elementary school foodservice, the survey for nutritionist in elementary school was accomplished from November 3rd to 8th, 2012 in Gwangju and Jeonnam area, and obtained 83 and 95 copies from Gwangju and Jeonnam, respectively. Most nutritionists were graduated from universities and had careers longer than 15 years. The nutritionists (56.7%) had worked at the schools where food allergy students were enrolled. The consumption of wheat flours per one student per month was 677.8 g in Gwangju and 707.4 g in Jeonnam. Udon and Jajangmyeon were more popular wheat products. Nutritionist agreed positively that rice products instead of wheat products were possible to use for meal menu (73.5% in Gwangju and 61.1% in Jeonnam). The frequent use of rice products was tteokbokkitteok, because of students' preference. The rice bread and tteokguktteok were preferred significantly higher in Jeonnam than in Gwangju. The advantages of rice products which perceived by nutritionists were benefits for health, digestive easily, and high nutritious, but their disadvantages were hard-to-find and expensive. The nutritional values of rice and recipes for cooking rice products were required as educational program for increasing consumption of rice products. Demonstration for rice cooking methods was selected most popular program. The application of rice products for school foodservice was preferred to Jeonnam compared to Gwangju (p<0.001). As a consequence, the nutritionists working in elementary school in Gwangju and Jeonnam area have positive thought about using rice products in school foodservice, if educational program of school foodservice menu using rice products should be demonstrated them.

음식관광축제의 현황 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 - 광주.전남지역의 음식관광축제를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Current Status and Activation of Food Tourism Festivals - Centering around Gwangju, Jeonnam Province -)

  • 본 연구에서는 광주 전남지역의 음식관광축제의 현황에 대해 살펴보고 이를 더욱더 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안에 대하여 실증적인 연구를 통해 알아보고자 하였고, 이를 토대로 광주 전남지역의 음식관광축제의 활성화와 더불어 지역경제의 활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료로서 활용하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위해 2011 광주김치대축제를 찾는 방문객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 250부의 설문지를 배부하여 207부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. PASW SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 2011년 광주김치대축제를 찾은 방문객들은 음식과 음식관광축제에 많은 관심이 있는 음식관광객들로서 이 지역에 많은 애정을 가지고 있고, 다양한 식재료와 음식문화에도 많은 관심이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 광주 전남 지역의 음식관광축제를 활성화하기 위해서는 '관광객들은 체험관광을 즐긴다'는 최근의 추세를 반영하여, 음식체험관련 프로그램을 다양하게 구성할 필요성이 제기된다. 또한 각 지자체에서 판매하고 있는 향토음식, 토산품 및 음식관광상품을 보완 개발 할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

한.중 FTA체결이 광주.전남지역에 미치는 영향에 관한 소고 (The economic effects of a Korea.China FTA on Gwangju-Jeonnam Region - Mainly Agricultural and Marine Products -)

  • The economic development system of Korea is based on export-oriented strategy and the free trade agreement. So Korea is trying to conclude the free trade agreement with China, Japan, and EU. The reason is that Korea will have more chances to develop there economy scale and trade surplus, but it will give the worst economic situation. The research showed that the effects of FTA on Korea's GDP will be much greater than China's and Korea's trade surplus with China will expand in the manufacturing sector, but agricultural and marine products are layed in opposite situation. Especially comparing with other Provincial, Gwangju Jeonnam has a relative importance portion of agricultural and marine products. So, Gwangju Jeonnam have to prepare the effects of agricultural and marine products under the Korea China FTA.

광주$\cdot$전남 지역 야외 현장학습지 활용 실태 조사 -'지층과 화석'과 관련해서 - (A Survey of Actual Condition about Field Learning Materials in Gwangju and Jeonnam Area - related to strata and fossils -)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey the actual condition about field learning materials in Gwangju and Jeonnam area. The questionnaire was developed to examine teachers' perceptions and actual condition of a field teaming related science subject at 145 elementary schools in Gwangju city and Jeonnam province. The results of this study were as follows. First, the rate of school in performing field teaming related to 'strata and fossils' in science class was $6.8\%$. Second, the place of dianosaur track fossils in Jeonnam province, which was suitable for field teaming 'strata and fossils: were well known by $75\%$ of teachers. Also $68\%$ of teachers have not visited those places. On the basis of this result, the followings are proposed. First, field teaming materials and place should be developed in each school district. Second, field teaming strategies should be developed in various level. Third, some programs to study how to teach in the field teaming and experience the various field places should be suggested to preservice teachers as well as inservice teachers.

광주.전남지역 지역특산물에 대한 인지도 조사 - 강진지역 일부 주부들을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Perception of Local Special Food in Gwangju and Jeonnam Area - Focused on some Housewives in Gang Jin Region -)

  • This study investigated housewives' perception of local special foods in Gwangju and Jeonnam in Gang Jin. Of 150 questionnaires sent, there were 114 responses. The most perceptible local special foods in Gwangju and Jeonnam area are as follows: Watermelon in Gwangju (100.0%), Pear in Naju (90.0%), Rice in Suncheon (40.0%), Gorosoe in Gwangyang (76.7%), Hongeo in Mopko (63.3%), Dolsan leaf mustard Kimchi in Yeosu (100.0%), Sweet Persimmon in Jangseong (86.7%), Salted bamboo sprout in Damyang (46.7%), Apple in Gokseong (90.0%), Butterfly rice in Hampyeong (63.3%), Gorosoe in Gurye (56.7%), Onion in Muan (96.7%), Peach in Hwasun(40.0%), Dallmaji rice in Yeongam (50.0%), Oyster mushroom in Jangheung (63.3%), Green tea in Boseong(96.7%), Heuksanhongeo in Sinan (53.3%), Loess sweet potato in Haenam (83.3%), Kukija in Jindo (60.0%), Laver in Wando (76.7%), Tohajeot in GangJin (73.3%), Citron in Goheung (90.0%), and Gulbi in Yeonggwang (100.0%). The most perceptible area and local special foods in Gwangju and Jeonnam area were in the following order: Green tea in Boseong (17.37%), Tohajeot in GangJin (15.97%), Watermelon in GwangJu (10.0%), Pear in NaJu (9.3%), and Loess sweet potato in Haenam (9.3%).

광주.전남 공동혁신도시 입지선정과 지역발전 효과 (Common Innovative City in Gwangju and Jeonnam Province: Location Selection Process and Regional Development Effects)

  • 전국의 10개 지역에서 건설되는 혁신도시(지구) 중에서 많은 광주와 전남의 공동혁신도시는 중앙부처 및 관련 전문가 집단으로부터 매우 모범적인 사례로 평가받고 있다. 이런 측면에서 본 연구는 광주시와 전남도가 공동으로 혁신도시를 건설하게 된 배경과 입지선정 과정에 나타난 특징을 고찰하는 것이다. 공동혁신도시 건설은 광주시장과 전남도지사의 리더쉽, 광주와 전남의 상생발전을 염원하는 지역주민의 사회적 합의, 공동혁신도시의 장점을 확산시킨 혁신주체들의 노력 등이 결합된 결과였다. 공동혁신도시의 입지선정과정은 광주전남지역혁신협의회가 추진주체가 되어 진행되었고, 입지선정위원회에서 나주시 금천지역이 제1순위로 선정되었다. 광주 전남의 신도시 건설구상은 성장거점의 기능과 역할 확대, 규모 경제의 확보와 도시자체의 자생력 확보, 건설비용 절감과 도시개발의 효율성 제고, 공공기관 종사자들에게 대한 유인책, 광주 전남의 공동발전에 미치는 효과, 공동의 지역발전을 위한 협력체제 구축 등이라는 측면에서 지역사회에서 중요한 의미를 갖게 될 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Refresher Training of Physical Therapist in Gwangju and Jeonnam

  • Purpose: The current study seeks to examine the continuing education of physical therapist in Gwangju, Jeonnam. Methods: A survey was conducted during the continuing education of physical therapist held in Gwangju in 2015 with 297 participants. The survey questionnaire consisted of 13 questions on characteristics of physical therapist, 7 questions on the level of satisfaction with continuing education, 11 questions regarding the need for continuing education, and 8 questions concerning how to improve continuing education. Results: As for the level of satisfaction with the content of continuing education, the survey results indicated that there were significant differences across respondents' age and career period. Regarding the level of satisfaction with the environment in which continuing education was provided; significant differences were observed across respondents' age, education, marital status, monthly pay, career period, and service period. Regarding the level of satisfaction with the expense in which continuing education was provided; significant differences were observed across respondents' sex, age, education, marital status, dependent family, monthly pay, career period, and position. In terms of the level of satisfaction with the operation method in which continuing education was carried out, there were significant differences across respondents' age, education, and career period. Conclusion: The survey found the level of satisfaction with continuing education to be average among physical therapist in Gwangju and Jeonnam. In addition, as for ways to take continuing education courses for those who have never taken it, online education was mentioned the most. Therefore, there is a need for advertising online continuing education.

광주·전남지역 공통과학 교과 지도 및 공통과학 교과서에 대한 의견 조사 (Actual Guidance and Teachers' Opinion on in the General Science Textbook in the Gwangju-Jeonnam area)

  • 본 연구는 광주광역시${\cdot}$전남 지역 고등학교 공통과학 담당 교사를 대상으로 공통과학 담당 교사의 배경과 공통과학 운영실태, 공통과학 부전공 연수, 공통과학 교과서 교재 내용을 설문지로 조사 연구하였다. 공통과학 지도 교사 중 약 45.9% 정도가 공통과학 연수를 받았다. 설문지 응답자 학교 중 광주 지역에서는 전공 분야별로 4명의 과학 교사가 분야별로 공통과학을 지도하는 경우가 62.5% 이였고 1명이 지도하는 경우는 7.5% 이였다. 전남 지역에서는 21.1% 정도가 4명의 교사, 36.6% 정도가 1명의 교사가 공통과학을 지도했다. 공통과학 지도의 바람직한 형태는 전공 분야별로 4명의 교사가 지도를 해야 한다는 경우가 75%에 이르고 있었다. 공통과학 교과서 내용중 화학 분야에 포함되었으면 하는 단원은 원자 분자 이온, 화학 반응, 원소의 주기적 성질, 산과 염기 순이었다.

광주.전남지역 김치산업의 육성과 수출활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Methods for Promoting Gwangju.Jeonnam Region Kimchi Industry and Stimulating the Export of Kimchi)

  • This study shed light on the status of Korean Kimchi industry in overseas markets and presented methods for promoting Kimchi industry of Gwangju Jeonnam metropolitan city and stimulating the export of Kimchi produced in Gwangju Jeonnam, a city that has come to the fore as the center of Kimchi industry, which aimed to explore the ways of ratcheting up competitiveness of Kimchi industry in the global market as Kimchi has become more likely to be globalized amid the recent "Korea Trend" boom and the growing consumption of fermented food. Therefore, methods for promoting Kimchi industry and stimulating the export of Kimchi should be explored to ensure the promotion of Kimchi industry and the stimulation of the export of Kimchi, ultimately restoring the status of Korea as the home of Kimchi, in consideration of the great spillover effect on the regional economy, through a series of measures such as the clusterization of Kimchi industry, expansion of cultural experience projects related to Kimchi for the globalization and the increased consumption of Kimchi, government support to increase Kimchi companies in size and achieve the modernization of Kimchi companies, introduction of Kimchi KS audit system and quality certification system, development of new product targeting global market and making Kimchi a high-end product, expansion of export, support of export market diversification, assurance of safety and price competitiveness of Kimchi, differentiated production and marketing strategy by means of technological research, and others.
