The 2018 National Guideline for Tuberculosis Control, which was published by the Korea Centers for Diseases Prevention and Control (KCDC), mandates conducting an epidemiological survey among close contacts of active tuberculosis patients at public institutions such as schools. In the procedure for these surveys, the tuberculin skin test (TST) is mandated as the screening test for latent tuberculosis infection in elementary school students. However, several guidelines recommend using the interferon-gamma releasing assay (IGRA) for contacts aged over 5 years with a Bacillus Calmette-$Gu{\acute{e}}rin$ vaccination history. The main reason for this is that IGRA has a higher specificity and lower false positive rate than TST. In addition, IGRA requires only a single visit to draw blood and the results are available within 24 hours. These advantages could promote cooperation from both parents and students in conducting these surveys. Thus, these findings regarding the benefits of IGRA for surveys of close contacts at elementary schools should be incorporated into the KCDC guideline.

Five strongest crimes against women has rapidly increased recently, and women' anxiety is also increasing. Especially, women who reside alone in houses show significantly high anxiety. Such social change is increasing necessity of applying CPTED to housing environment of a single woman household. However, there have been less than enough number of researches on application on CPTED to housing environment of single woman household. So, this study would like to suggest housing environment of single woman household through CPTED guideline. With respect to research method, this study surveyed single woman households in their twenties and thirties who reside at single houses in Gwanak Gu, Gangnam Gu, Songpa Gu, and Mapo Gu in Seoul about necessity of CPTED guideline. Based on the survey results, this study conducted frequency analysis and descriptive statistics; and conducted independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's posteriori test, according to demographic characteristics. As a result, differences in the contents of CPTED guideline by the demographic characteristics turned out to be small, generally. Thus, I concluded that suggestion for housing environment according to characteristics is not necessary. Instead, I would suggest contents of CPTED guideline that gained more than 4 points for housing environment. Research results of this study are as follow. First, 'Securing view of inside and outside of the house and controlling access' should be applied to housing environment of single woman households in their twenties and thirties residing in single houses in Seoul. Second, 'Securing view of an alley and improving walking space' should be applied. Third, 'installing CCTV and emergency bell' should be applied. Fourth, 'reinforcing territoriality of space' should be applied.

Since its introduction in Korea, design VE has widely been used as a means to enhance values in the construction industry. However, a greater emphasis is still placed on cost reduction in approach attitudes and performance evaluations on the implementation of design VE. In this regard, this study presented a performance evaluation method for cost, function, and value of VE proposals. Numerical criteria on the increase and decrease of cost and function that can classify the value enhancement type of VE proposals were proposed based on the performance evaluation method. It is expected that the use of numerical criteria for the type classification of VE proposal, and cost and performance evaluation method proposed in this study will make it possible to conduct a clear and more intuitive evaluation of VE proposal. However, it is appropriate to use the numerical criteria as a guideline to apply the new performance evaluation method for VE proposals. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a statistical analysis with a wider range of users after the repeated application of the findings of this study, and thus to carry out research for presenting the numerical criteria for various types of users.

공공건설사업의 발주방식을 다양화하려는 차원에서 재정경제부는 2007년 10월 $\ulcorner$국가계약법시행령$\lrcorner$ 개정을 통해 기술제안형 입찰인 '기술제안입찰', '설계공모 기술제안입찰'을 새로이 도입하였다. 이러한 입찰은 사업의 특성 및 목적에 맞게 입찰자들에게 기술제안서를 요구한 후 이를 평가하여 낙찰자를 선정하는 방식이다. 본 연구는 국내에 처음 적용되는 기술제안형 입찰제도의 효과적인 운영을 위한 가이드라인을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 관련 문헌 및 사례를 분석하여 운영모델의 틀을 구축하였으며, 이후 수차례의 전문가 자문을 통해 표준적인 운영 프로세스, 기술제안서 작성기준, 기술제안서 평가기준, 그리고 낙찰자 결정방법을 개발하였다. 발주자의 중요한 의사결정 요소인 낙찰자 결정방법은 가상 사례를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 '기준적합최저가', '가중치', '가격조정입찰', '기술조정점수'의 4가지 낙찰방식이 갖는 정량적 인 특성과 적용기준을 시사점으로 도출하여 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to propose the policies for preservation, formation and management of Korean rural landscape. For this, the current rural landscape policies are examined and recent legislative changes are also surveyed. The Landscape Law and the Comprehensive Countermeasures for Rural Landscape Improvement are the most significant changes. The proposed issues are as follows: 1. the establishment of rural landscape planning system, 2. the arrangement of the criteria and guideline for rural landscape planning and design, 3. the re-arrangement of the rural landscape index and landscape map, 4. the survey and management of the rural landscape amenity, 5. the revitalization of the landscape projects for rural area, 6. the pragmatic connection with other law and system(especially the Landscape Law), 7. the education and cultivation of the rural landscape expert groups.

Artificial intelligence or big data technologies can benefit finance companies such as those in the insurance sector. With artificial intelligence, companies can develop better customer segmentation methods and eventually improve the quality of customer relationship management. However, the application of AI-based customer segmentation in the insurance industry seems to have been unsuccessful. Findings from our interviews with sales agents and customer service managers indicate that current customer segmentation in the Korean insurance company relies upon individual agents' heuristic decisions rather than a generalizable data-based method. We propose guidelines for AI-based customer segmentation for the insurance industry, based on the CRISP-DM standard data mining project framework. Our proposed guideline provides new insights for studies on AI-based technology implementation and has practical implications for companies that deploy algorithm-based customer relationship management systems.

본 연구는 국내 도서관 현장에 적용가능한 통일된 형식의 우선표제 작성지침 제안을 목적으로 두고, 법률저작에 집중하여 논의를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 (1) 국내·외 목록규칙 중 RDA, NCR, KCR2, KCR5 개정안을 대상으로 법률저작의 통일표제 그리고 전거형접근점 규칙을 분석하고, (2) LC, DNB, 북미권 대학도서관을 대상으로 법률저작의 통일표제 입력지침과 입력사례를 조사함으로써 실제 적용되는 방식을 분석한 후, (3) 국립중앙도서관 법률저작의 서지데이터를 임의추출하여 통일표제의 적용범위를 검토해보고 통일표제 작성지침 개발시 고려할 점을 도출하였다. 이를 근거로 (4) 법률저작의 통일표제 작성지침 초안을 도출한 후, 국립중앙도서관 실무진의 검토와 법률 및 통일표제 전문가 자문을 거쳐 최종안을 제안하였다. 논의에 필요한 데이터는 문헌연구와 사례조사를 통해 확보하였으며, 추가적인 데이터는 업무담당자와의 이메일 면담과 전문가 자문을 통해 확보하였다.
