크로스 롤러 가이드 다단 형상인발 공정설계에 관한 연구 (Process Design of Multi-Stage Shape Drawing Process for Cross Roller Guide)

  • In the multi-stage shape drawing process, the most important aspect for the economy is the correct design of the various drawing stage. For most of the products commonly available round or square materials can be used as initial material. However, special products should be pre-rolled. This study proposes a process design method of multi-stage shape drawing process for producing cross roller guide. Firstly, a standard classification of shape drawing process is suggested based on the requirement of pre-rolling process. And a design method is proposed to design the intermediate die shape. The process design method is applied to design the multi-stage shape drawing process for producing cross roller guide. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed design method is verified by FE-analysis and shape drawing experiment.

  • An analysis of the dynamic behavior between disk and roller has been performed when the torque is transmitted to toroidal IVT (Infinitely Variable Transmission). The contact area, shape and pressure with elliptical shapes between disk and roller are computed as the transmission ratios are changed. This study will give the information of contact shapes between roller-input dist and roller-output disk which are working under the most severe condition. The computed results are expected to guide the design criteria for the enhanced endurance li(e. Furthermore, the investigation of contact behaviors is very crucial to develop the traction oil that the efficiency of IVT system is most dependent on.

  • In the multi-pass shape drawing process, the pass schedule that includes the determination of reduction ratio and intermediate die shape is very important. This study used the equal reduction, equal load, and electric field analysis method for pass schedule of the multi-pass shape drawing. The reduction ratio was calculated by the equal reduction and equal load method. And the intermediate die shape was determined by the result of the electric field analysis and the calculated reduction ratio. The proposed pass schedule method was applied to a shape drawing for producing cross roller guide. Finally, FE-analysis and shape drawing experiment were performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • This research presents the performance analysis of the linear type pneumatic actuators that are used in semi-conductor assembly line to transfer some product with high accuracy. To increase positioning and repetitive accuracies, a cross roller guide is implemented inside the pneumatic actuator. The finite element method is used to verify the force against working moments, and reliability analysis is performed to classify the breakdown cases. Also, reliability, failure rate, probability density function, and $B_{10}$ to life are estimated under the boundary of thrust or air leakage conditions. In this study, the failure probabilistic function of the pneumatic actuators is analyzed using Weibull distribution.

  • An OHT(Over Head Transportation) vehicle is an example of the industrial monorail vehicle, and it is used in the automobile, semiconductor, LCD manufacturing industries. OHT vehicle is moved by main wheels and guide rollers. The major function of the main wheel is to support and drive the OHT vehicle. The roles of the guide roller is the inhibition of derailment and steering of the OHT vehicle. Since the required vehicle velocity becomes faster and the required load capacity is increased, the durability characteristics of the wheel and roller, which was made of urethane, need to be increased. So it is necessary to estimate the fatigue life cycle of the wheel and roller. In this study, OHT dynamic model was developed by using the multi body dynamic analysis program ADAMS. Wheel and roller are modeled by the 3-D surface contact module. Especially, motor cycle tire mechanics is used in the wheel contact model. The OHT dynamic model can analyze the dynamic characteristic of the OHT vehicle with various driving conditions. And the result was verified by a vehicle traveling test. As a result of this study, the developed model is expected to predict wheel dynamic load time history and makes a contribution to design of a new monorail vehicle.

카스틸리아노 정리를 이용한 개선된 메카넘 휠의 롤러 축의 처짐에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Deflection of Roller Axis of an Improved Mecanum Wheel Using the Castigliano Theorem)

  • For simple and repetitive transport tasks in limited spaces such as in factories, it is more efficient to use mobile robots instead of human workers. For this reason, the reliance on mobile robots is increasing due to the increased implementation of smart factories. Currently, the structural design of the Mecanum wheel is required to ensure the stability of the moving robot since it is used for the transport of not only small products but also large products. In this paper, to improve the stability and durability of the Mecanum wheel, ways to improve the structure of the Mecanum wheel are presented. Then, using the Castigliano theorem, the structural stability is reviewed through the deflection on existing and improved structures.

엘리베이터 횡진동 동적 모델링 및 능동진동제어기 설계 (Dynamic Modeling and Active Controller Design for Elevator Lateral Vibrations)

  • This paper is concerned with the modeling and active controller design for elevator lateral vibrations. To this end, a dynamic model for the lateral vibration of the elevator consisting of a supporting frame, cage and active roller guides was derived using the energy method. Free vibration analysis was then carried out based on the equations of motion. Active vibration controller was designed based on the PID control algorithm and applied to the numerical model. Rail irregularity were considered as external disturbance in the numerical simulations. The numerical results show that the active vibration control of elevator is possible.

의료용 가이드 와이어의 테프론 코팅 장치 개발 (Development of Teflon Coating Equipment Used in Medical Treatment)

  • 본 논문은 의료용 시술에 사용되는 가이드 와이어의 테프론 코팅 장치의 주요 설계변수 설정방법에 대해 제안하였다. 제안된 장치는 가이드 와이어가 코팅 및 열처리 등을 연속적으로 수행하는 릴투릴(Reel to reel)방식으로 진행되도록 제작되었다. 이때 이송되는 가이드 와이어는 롤러 사이에서 진동을 하게 되고 이는 코팅 품질에 영향을 주게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 길이방향으로 이송되는 가이드 와이어의 동역학 식을 제안하고 이를 바탕으로 이송 시 가이드 와이어의 진동 진폭이 최소화 될 수 있는 이송 속도 및 와이어를 지지하는 롤러의 간격을 설계하였다. 제안된 방법에 의해 제작된 코팅 장치를 바탕으로 의료용 가이드 와이어의 테프론 코팅을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 가이드 와이어의 코팅 두께 목표를 원주방향으로 $10{\mu}m$ 이내로 제작될 수 있도록 설정하였고 광학현미경을 사용하여 그 결과를 검토하였다.
