Gu-Hwang Plants(plants collected from mountains and fields and eaten when no food was available) is healthy, life saving food material, being Mi(taste) and Ki(energy) of nature, for modern people who lose their health by oversupplying energy and unbalanced diet. Also, Gu-Hwang Plants is material for new medicine and functional foods. However, there is a lack of document research about Gu-Hwang plants in Korea. "Gu-Hwang-Bon-Cho" is a book about plants written as a guide for collecting food from nature and maintaining life at times when no food is available due to natural disaster. The book describes in which soils the plants are produced and the names for the plants, and classifies them according to hot and cold characters and sweet and bitter tastes of the plants. In addition, the book distinguished plants' edible parts, such as flower, fruit, root, stem, peel, and leaf, with how to collect and cook them. The book is of great value that it is reprinted over generations and now there are 30 kinds of existing books. This study conducted research based on books published throughout history which are the first book of this kind by Ju-wang-ju, a book published in 1525 by I-Ryeom, a book published in 1555 by Youk-gan, a book published by Ho-seung of Sa-cheon, and a book published in 1566 by Ju-gon.

The results of analyzing them are as follows: A book is a good friend, teacher, doctor, and guide of life. A book is an implement of enhancing man s culture and a vehicle of civilization. A book makes man find his own self and shows his way of life. A book has its own life, develops it, and doesn't lose its life, but its destination depends on its reader. Great books make man know, dominate, civilize the world. Good books are not easy to come in contact with, but immortal and life-long as a good friend. Bad books are not difficult to come in contact with, but poisonous and dull. You can judge a man by the book he reads. A book to be of help is to make man think. Great books make man begin his new life. Nationalities occupations, and periods of activity of the authors who said wise sayings are investigated and analyzed. First, the nationalities of the authors are such advanced countries with high culture as England(41%), France(21%), America(19%), Germany(5%) and Rome(5%). Secondary, their occupations are as follows : a man of letters(62%), philosopher(13%), politician(5%), and churchman(4%), and especially poet forms 32% of men of letters. Thirdly, their activity periods are mainly 19C-20C and the period form 38% of the whole.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to figure out the appropriate and systemic insurance charge for the hallux valgus operations. Materials and Methods: 5 Hospitals for hallux valgus operations were analyzed how they have been charging the national health insurance corporation for their operation fees and how to use the estimated guide and authoritive interpretation through the guide book of health insurance medical treatment grant expense and the guide book of Health insurance medical treatment. Results: There are nothing for guiding principle of hallux valgus operations in both books but a guide of Mcbride operation which is approved 'JA-93-KA and JA-31' for operation fee. So majority of hospitals have charged operation fee depending on their own interpretations they like. According to the guide books, there was a authoritive interpretation that simultaneous operation of osteotomy and tendon transfer for cerebral palsy and flat foot can be eatimated as 'osteotomy+JA-93-NA'. Conclusion: Distal soft tissue procedure should be approved as 'JA-93-NAx100%+JA-31x50%' according to the the estimated guide and authoritive interpretation if transected adductor hllucis is transfered to first metatarsal head. So distal chevron osteotomy could be 'JA-30-1-RAx100%+JA-31x50%', proximal metatarsal osteotomy could be 'JA- 93-NAx100%+JA-31-50%+JA-30-1-RAx50%', first metatarsocuneiform joint arthrodesis could be 'JA-93-NAx100%+ JA-31x50%+JA-73-RAx50%'.
Background: The purpose of this study was to develop a structured and individualized smoking prevention program for adolescents by utilizing a multimedia computer-assisted instruction model and to empirically assess its effect. Method: For the purpose of this study, a guide book of smoking prevention program for middle and high school students was developed as the first step. The contents of this book were summarized and developed into an actual multimedia CAI smoking prevention program according to the Gane & Briggs instructional design and Keller's ARCS motivation design models as the second step. At the final step, the short-tenn effects of this program were examined by an experiment. This experiment were made for middle school and high school students and the quasi experimental design was the pretest - intervention - posttest. The measured data was attitude, belief, and knowledge about smoking, interest in the program, and learning motivation. Result: The results of this study were as follows: First, the guide book of a smoking prevention program was developed and the existing literature on adolescent smoking was analyzed to develop the content of the guide book. Then the curriculum was divided into three main domains on tobacco and smoking history, smoking and health, adolescent smoking and each main domain was divided into sub-domains. Second, the contents of the guide book were translated into a multimedia CAI program of smoking prevention througn Powerpoint software according to the instructional design theory. The characteristics of this program were interactive, learner controllable, and structured The program contents consisted of entrance(5.6%), history of tobacco(30%), smoking and health(38.9%), adolescent smoking(22.2%), video(4.7%), and exit(1.6%). Multimedia materials consisted of text(121), sound and music, image(still 84, dynamic 32), and videogram(6). The program took about 40 minutes to complete. Third, the results on analysis of the program effects were as follows: 1) There was significant knowledge increase between the pre-test and post-test with total mean difference 3.44, and the highest increase was in the 1st grade students of high school(p<0.001). 2) There was significant decrease in general belief on smoking between the pre-test and post-test with total mean difference 0.28. In subgroup analysis, the difference was significantly higher in the 1st grade of high school (p<0.001), low income class (p<0.001), and daily smokers (p<0.01). 3) There was no significant difference in attitudes on his personal smoking between the pre-test and post-test. 4) The interest in the program seemed to lower as students got older. The score of motivation toward this prevention program was the highest in the middle school 3rd grade. Among sub-domains of motivation, the confidence score was the highest. Conclusion: To be most effective, the smoking prevention program for adolescents should utilize the most up-to-date and accurate information on smoking, and then instructional material should be developed so that the learners can approach the program with enjoyment. Through this study, a guide book with the most up-to-date information was developed and the multimedia CAI smoking prevention program was also developed based on the guide book. The program showed positive effect on the students' knowledge and belief in smoking.

Quite a few of persons often fall into an error that ISO has happened an additional work at construction sites. Supervision works, however, are carried out in compliance with 'Guidelines for the Supervision Works' which is including most ISO Requirements. The role of the library is as a public institution that provides academic information to a variety of people, including students, the general public, and researchers. These days, as the importance of lifelong education is emphasized, libraries are evolving beyond simply storing and lending materials to complex cultural spaces that share knowledge and information through various educational programs and cultural events. One of the problems library user's faces is locating books to borrow. This problem occurs because of errors in the location of borrowed books due to delays in updating library databases related to borrowed books, incorrect labeling, and books temporarily located in different locations. The biggest problem is that it takes a long time for users to search for the books they want to borrow. In this paper, we propose a system that visually displays the location of books in real time using an AI vision sensor and LED. The AI vision sensor-based book location guidance system generates a QR code containing the call number of the borrowed book. When the AI vision sensor recognizes this QR code, the exact location of the book is visually displayed through LED to guide users to find it easily. We believe that the AI vision sensor-based book location guidance system dramatically improves book search and management efficiency, and this technology is expected to have great potential for use not only in libraries and bookstores but also in a variety of other fields.
Occupational health nursing (OH N) guide book has been perceived as necessary since group occupational health services started. This study aimed to develop the guidebook for occupational health nurses working in small-scale enterprises(SSE). The guide area of nursing services was selected in 10 categories. These areas were 4 Workplace attitude for occupational health nursing', 'Nursing process', 'Workplace environmental monitoring', 'Personal protective devices', 'Record', 'Health counselling', 'Communication', 'Health education', 'Health screening' and 'Health promotion'. The content was mainly constructed with literature review. The pretest was done to find out what OH nurses do feel about their OH nursing services. Figures were used to guide some occupational health nursing services (OHNS). The further research was expected to develop in more extensive depth and quality.
Purpose: This study is intended to provide easy explanations needed to ensure correct understanding of the notification of health education curriculum revised in 2008, health education curriculum at middle and high schools as well as their effective application at schools. Teachers of health lessons can provide better guidance for their classes only when they are well informed of intent and direction of health lessons sought after by the nation, objective and systematic content of health lessons, teaching methods, characteristics of teachinglearning materials and their evaluation. The contents of the guide have been sufficiently detailed and clarified in such a way that can increase understanding of school health education as pursued by the nation. Methods: This is reported research as its contents have been finalized through analysis of documentary records concerned with health education available at both home and abroad, a council of health education experts and public hearings organized for extensive collection of opinions from professor and teachers. Results: The guidebook has been prepared in 5 areas covering respectively "background of revision to health education curriculum", "how health education curriculum has been changed over time", " focus on health education curriculum", "explanations on health education curriculum" and "comparison of new and previous curriculum". Also developed were key initiatives on 6 health related subjects. Conclusion: The greatest significance of this research lies in the fact that it has come up with the first guide book for health education ever prepared in our history. It is also meaningful for the guide book to enable teachers to teach their classes better by providing them with easy interpretation of the contents notified by the government and to have set guidelines for directions in which health of our youths should be promoted. Since this is the first work, continuous research and development should further be carried out in the future.
The transportation of oil has increased due to the growth of marine industries and oil refineries. Oil residues and waste discharged to the ocean has increased due to accidental and/or intentional discharges. The International Marine Organization(IMO) has made compulsory that every oil tanker of 150 gross tonnage and above and every ship of 400 gross tonnages other than tankers and above should be provided with an oil record book. The entries in the oil record book should be made in accordance with the IMO guidelines. Specifically, engine room generated oil residues should be recorded in the oil record book from January 1, 2011. Also, the developed IMO guideline should be added for the prevention of dispute with the Port State Control Officers and(or) Tanker Vetting Inspectors. This oil record book will be in operation and of valued assistance to the marine officers, according to the IMO policy for the prevention of the waste oil and the oil mixtures from the machinery space.
