고객 리뷰를 통한 NLP 기반 데이터 기술 활용: 고객 인사이트 도출과 쿠션 제품 개선 방안 연구 (Utilizing NLP-based Data Techniques from Customer Reviews: Deriving Insights and Strategies for Cushion Product Improvement)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 TV홈쇼핑 화장품 쿠션 상품 고객의 평가를 기초로 한 신상품 개발 제언을 도출하는 것이다. 분석 대상은 TV홈쇼핑을 통해 쿠션을 구매한 30~70대 여성 고객의 평가 20만 개를 파이썬 라이브러리인 셀레니움으로 크롤링하여 정제한 후 NLP, 텍스트 마이닝, 빈도, TF-IDF 분석으로 결과를 도출하였다. 연구의 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. TV홈쇼핑의 타켓 연령대는 50-60대가 메인이며, 광채, 잡티, 주름커버, 밀착력에 큰 관심이 있었고, 쿠션 케이스가 예쁘고, 특히 모녀, 자매, 지인 등과 함께 사용하는 것을 선호하며, 선물용으로도 쿠션 제품을 고려한다는 것을 예측할 수 있다. 이에 함께 참고할 수 있는 제품의 성분이나 구성, 마케팅 전략 등에 대한 제언을 도출하였다. 제품 성분으로는 S.Acamella(스필란테스 아크멜라) 추출물이나 AHA(Alpha Hydroxy Acid) a- 또는 b- 성분을 활용하여 개발하는 것이 주요 제언이다. 다음으로, 고객들은 상품의 외관과 구성에 특별한 관심이 있었으며, 부모나 친구 등과 같은 주변 인물에게 선물로써 상품을 고려하고 있어 이를 중심으로 한 마케팅 전략 모색이 필요하다.

역행성 좌심실 촬영술의 임상적 의의 (Retrograde Left Cardioangiography -Its Diagnostic Value in the Mitral Valvular Heart Disease-)

  • Retrograde left cardioangiographic studies using Amplatz spring coil guide catheter were carried out in 30 cases of acquired mitral valvular diseases. Of these 12 cases were compatible with the clinical diagnosis which were made pre-angiocardiographically. Eighteen out of 30 cases were diagnosed as pure mitral stenosis or mitral insufficiency which had been clinically diagnosed as mitral stenoinsufficiency or mitral stenosis with aortic insufficiency. The rate of difference is 60%. Twenty-five cases or 83% of all cases were operated. Of these 6 cases, the degree of regurgitation through the mitral valves were able to be evaluated cardioangiography and were confirmed by open heart operation. The retrograde left cardioangiography is considered to be a useful tool in conclusive dianosis of clinically equivocal mitral valvular diseases.

Relative Difficulty of Various English Writings by Fuzzy Reasoning and Its Application to Selecting Teaching Materials

  • The writing styles of TIME and Newsweek are analyzed using a specially developed linguistic program. These two news magazines were chosen because of their wide popularity. As for the results, it became obvious that both the frequency curve of words and that of characters have not changed for the past 60 years. Also, we have found that the frequency curves have some inflection points and that the genre of English writings can be identified by these points. After counting the percentage of required vocabulary for junior high school students and high school students in English writings, we can derive the relative difficulties of them using fuzzy reasoning. Fuzzy rules are constructed using features of the characteristic curves. We feel it would be a good guide index when selecting textbooks or supplementary readers.

Optimization of slope angles of a barge-shaped FPSO from the towing stability and load perspective

  • In this study, a parametric investigation is performed using CFD for towing stability and loads according to the forward and aft slope angles of a barge-shaped FPSO. The forward slope angle is considered in a range of 30-60° and the aft slope is examined in a range of 20-50°. As a result of a comparative study based on CFD towing simulations, it is found that the yaw motion is damped out and stabilized when the aft slope is more than 40° regardless of the forward slope angle. The vortex contours in the y-axis plane near the aft slope are analyzed and it is observed that the vortex developed at the bottom knuckle is bent upward along the aft slope when the aft slope is less than 40°, and completely fallen from the bottom knuckle when the aft slope is more than 40°. Based on the results, a guide to forward and aft slope angles of a barge-shaped FPSO is presented from a practical point of view considering towing stability as well as towing load.

유치의 치아색과 수복재의 색조선택에 관한 비교연구 (THE COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE COLOR OF THE DECIDUOUS TEETH AND RESTORATIVE MATERIALS)

  • 한국 어린이의 정상적인 유치 색조와 복합레진의 색조간의 비교연구를 위해 전신적인 병력이 없고, 치아우식증이 없으며, 치아색에 이상이 없는 3-6세의 소아 148명을 대상으로 상악 좌 우 중절치의 치아의 색을 shade guide와 색차계(colorimeter CV300)를 이용하여 측정하였고, 또한 상용되는 복합레진을 중합시켜 만든 시편을 정량적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 유전치의 색은 shade guide와 비교하여 측정하였을 때, A1, A2, B1, B2, P 색조에 90% 이상 분포하였다. 2. 색차계 Colorimeter CV300으로 계측시에 유전치의 색 평균은 $L^*=58.72,\;a^*=-1.18,\;b^*=-0.63$이었다. 3. 광중합하여 제작된 복합레진 시편의 평균치는 A1시편에서는 $L^*= 52.52,\;a^*=-1.90,\;b^*=1.18$, A2시편에서는 $L^*=54.90,\;a^*=-1.87,\;b^*=1.60$, B1시편에서는 $L^*=59.80,\;a^*=-2.70,\;b^*=-0.63$, B2시편에서는 $L^*=56.90,\;a^*=-1.70,\;b^*=1.63$, P시편에서는 $L^*=52.93,\;a^*=-2.33,\;b^*=1.10$ 등으로 나타나, B1 색조값이 유전치의 색평균과 가장 유사하였고 A1 색조와 P 색조가 유사하였다. 4. 색간의 $L^*,\;a^*$값에는 표준편차가 적었으나, 노랑계열의 $b^*$값은 표준편차가 크게 나타났다.

상가건물 계단통로유도등의 유지관리 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Maintenance Method of the Stair Passage Leading Light installed In the Shopping Building)

  • This study was conducted by survey and inspection of stair passage leading lights in shopping buildings which are more than 5 stories and have an underground parking lot located at Pyeongtaek-si and Seongnam-si. Number of shopping building for this study is 30 and of stair passage leading light inspected by two lights in each shopping building is 60. The result of this study is that the type of installed leading lights is LED(77%), and 60% of leading lights has problem such as no cleaning, scratch and discoloration, etc. The height of installed leading lights meets the fire law which is less than 1m from the floor. Visible condition of leading lights is good except some leading lights which have a little visible problem due to banner advertisement. 37% of standby power has flickered and went out. 93% of total leading lights meets the fire law which is more than 1lux from 0.5m distance, but cold cathode fluorescent lamps(CCFLs) have the problem which not meets proper brightness level based on fire law. In additional measurement result, zero lux of leading lights is 32%(from 1m distance), 68%(from 1.5m distance) and 98%(from 2m distance). Leading light is very important facility because it is eyes and guide when emergency. Therefore, proper fire facility operating function inspection and total detailed inspection are important to keep the good condition of leading light except simple visual check, and also improvement in law system of type approval, fire construction inspection and illumination level will be needed.

신경통증클리닉 환자의 1년간 통계 고찰 (A Clinical Survey of Patients of Neuro-Pain Clinic 1 Year Period)

  • 1,666 patients treated by nerve block from September 1994 to August 1995 we statistically analyzed according to sex, age, diseases, and kinds of nerve blocks. Most patients were in the range from 30 to 60 year old, with a distribution of 43.9% male and 56.1% female. Diseases and ailments were as follows: low back pain 30.6%, frozen shoulder 14.0%, facial spasm 10.0%, cervical syndrome 9.7%, headache 7.3%, and hyperhidrosis 7.2%. Most common nerve blocks were stellate ganglion block 30.9%, epidural block 25.6%, trigger point injection 16.1%, and suprascapular nerve block 6.7%. Nerve blocks under fluoroscopic guide were as follows: facet joint block 28.6%, spinal root block 22.9%, thoracic sympathetic ganglion block 21.7%, and lumbar sympathetic ganglion block 15.4%.

KEY IMPACT PARAMETERS FOR APPLICATION OF ALTERNATIVE SOURCE TERM TO KORI UNIT 1

  • The object of this paper is to identify the key elements that impact a radiation dose at EAB (Exclusion Area Boundary). This study is based on the AST (Alternative Source Terms) as defined in Regulatory Guide 1.183. The LOCA (Loss of Coolant Accident) and the LRA (Locked Rotor Accident) are selected as limiting cases. A sensitivity analysis of accidental behavior with respect to various parameters during LOCA and LRA at Kori Unit 1 is also undertaken for the following objectives: to determine the limiting parameters, to find the impact trend of the radiation dose, and to find the safety margin between AST and TID (Technical Information Document) methodologies. This work confirms that key parameters are particulate removal rate, decontamination factor, iodine chemical form, gap fraction, partitioning factor, and the impact of isotopes group. Comparing TID with AST, the radiation dose of TID is about 80% greater than that of AST under a LOCA, and about 60% greater than that of AST for the case of a LRA; thus the safety margin is remarkably increased when the AST is used. In this work, the sensitivity analysis results are presented in terms of a sensitivity index called the "NDD (Normalized Dose Difference)", which compares the impact of parameters with that of a reference case. These values are derived by using a combination of the leak rate (primary to secondary), iodine chemical form, gap fraction, partitioning factor, spray removal rate, source term, and other variables.

A Machine Learning Univariate Time series Model for Forecasting COVID-19 Confirmed Cases: A Pilot Study in Botswana

  • The recent outbreak of corona virus (COVID-19) infectious disease had made its forecasting critical cornerstones in most scientific studies. This study adopts a machine learning based time series model - Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model to forecast COVID-19 confirmed cases in Botswana over 60 days period. Findings of the study show that COVID-19 confirmed cases in Botswana are steadily rising in a steep upward trend with random fluctuations. This trend can also be described effectively using an additive model when scrutinized in Seasonal Trend Decomposition method by Loess. In selecting the best fit ARIMA model, a Grid Search Algorithm was developed with python language and was used to optimize an Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) metric. The best fit ARIMA model was determined at ARIMA (5, 1, 1), which depicted the least AIC score of 3885.091. Results of the study proved that ARIMA model can be useful in generating reliable and volatile forecasts that can used to guide on understanding of the future spread of infectious diseases or pandemics. Most significantly, findings of the study are expected to raise social awareness to disease monitoring institutions and government regulatory bodies where it can be used to support strategic health decisions and initiate policy improvement for better management of the COVID-19 pandemic.

국내 지진동 특성에 대한 기기 용접 정착부의 비탄성에너지 흡수계수를 고려한 지진취약도 평가 (Seismic Fragility Analysis of Equipment Considering the Inelastic Energy Absorption Factor of Weld Anchorage for Seismic Characteristics in Korea)

  • In Korea, most nuclear power plants were designed based on the design response spectrum of Regulatory Guide 1.60 of the NRC. However, in the case of earthquakes occurring in the country, the characteristics of seismic motions in Korea and the design response spectrum differed. The seismic motion in Korea had a higher spectral acceleration in the high-frequency range compared to the design response spectrum. The seismic capacity may be reduced when evaluating the seismic performance of the equipment with high-frequency earthquakes compared with what is evaluated by the design response spectrum for the equipment with a high natural frequency. Therefore, EPRI proposed the inelastic energy absorption factor for the equipment anchorage. In this study, the seismic performance of welding anchorage was evaluated by considering domestic seismic characteristics and EPRI's inelastic energy absorption factor. In order to reflect the characteristics of domestic earthquakes, the uniform hazard response spectrum (UHRS) of Uljin was used. Moreover, the seismic performance of the equipment was evaluated with a design response spectrum of R.G.1.60 and a uniform hazard response spectrum (UHRS) as seismic inputs. As a result, it was confirmed that the seismic performance of the weld anchorage could be increased when the inelastic energy absorption factor is used. Also, a comparative analysis was performed on the seismic capacity of the anchorage of equipment by the welding and the extended bolt.
