Silicon Nitride samples with different microstructure were prepared by hot pressing and subsequent heat treatment under N2 gas pressure. The fracture toughness (KIC)of Si3N4 increased with the increase of grain size, but the bending strength of plain specimen($\sigma$F) decreased. The relation between fracture stress($\sigma$c) and equivalent crack length(ae) agreed well with the calculated values by process zone size failure criterion. A probabilistic failure assessment curve is proposed based on both statistical character of $\sigma$F and KIC.

In the tensile loading of sheet metals made from polycrystalline aluminum alloys, a single deformation band appears inclined to the elongation axis in the early stage of plastic deformation, and symmetric double bands are observed in the later stage. This character of the localized deformation bands has been analyzed by a perturbation method. Macroscopic slip modes composed of slip planes and slip directions were assumed to describe the tensile and shear strains. Along time integration path, the value of the perturbation growth parameter was checked to find at which angle to the elongation axis the localized deformation bands are generated. It was shown that the mode of the localized deformation is related to asymmetry of material property.

Exhaustion of fossil fuels and continued high oil prices, global warming, climate change and to respond to the development and use of alternative energy technologies is expanding rapidly throughout the world. Recently, character of domestic building is appearing by along with economic growth, high-rise, large size, congestion. For this reason, the amount of electrical energy used in a building is increasing. In this study, the applicability of PV modules that are used as roofing and efficiency analysis, and more from the building of BIPV modules built using the activation of alternative energy sources in Korea are aimed want done.

Morphological differences were studied using the analysis of covariance between various partial length and mantle length of the common Todarodes pacificus by cohorts in the Korean waters. Analysis of seven morphological characters proved that each cohort has no sexual differences, except significant sexual differences only in the Summer cohort in term of relative growth between mantle length and body weight. The three cohorts represent significant differences in morphological characters.

Our Country are called as a suzerain State of fermentation food, and preservative Technique was developed, because the specific character and the form of pottery were the best superior utensil of storage. The form couldn't give an explanation with scientifically, but we have used it for a few thousand years, which must get transformed from most compatible and reasonable form of fermentation. At present, a pottery was disappeared by the growth of the industrial society, and even the scientific form concealed it looks. For that reason, we apply the form into looks of a modernistic mechanism, and it intends to suggest a new direction to better the pottery of a formentation food.

IT is the core industry in Korea which has the most international competitiveness and counts for 35% of the total exports of Korea. Nevertheless, it tends to be concentrated in small range of items, a few countries and mostly large companies. Therefore, it is needed for small and medium-sized enterprises which can have prompt decision making processes and various changes to export wide range of items and to diverse countries. This study will introduce 'the fleet-type expansion strategy of overseas export' that is about large and small enterprises perform the appropriate role based on their own character, thus they produce the mutual benefit. This strategy will contribute to improve the export structure of Korea and perform the major role for Korea's IT industry to become the dynamic force for growth in the future.

The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

Six entomopathogenic fungus isolates, Beauveria bassiana J57A, Nomuraea rileyi J125A, Paecilomyces farinosus J3A, Paecilomyces fumosoroseus J50A, Metarhizium anisopliae J88, Aspergilius sp. J64A, causing muscardine disease and aspergillosis in the silkworm, Bombyx mori were investigated for their cultural and morphological characteristics (on PDA culture media within 14 days at $24^{\circ}C$). The results showed that they differ each other from the features of cultural characteristics (colony elevation, colony color, colony growth rate) or morphological characteristics (conidiogenous cell structure, phialides, conidia size and shape). Among cultural characteristics, colony color is the easiest recognizable character between isolates. The morphological characteristics of each fungal isolate correspond to the descriptions of current system of classification.

This study investigates the facilitating factors of FDI (foreign direct investment) inflows in 15 developing countries of three continents (Asia, Latin America, and Africa) using fixed-effect panel regression analysis with 30-year macro socio-economic data. The facilitating factors of FDI inflows in each continent differed. In Asia, labor compensation, GDP, consumer expenditure, human capital, and export facilitated FDI inflows in decreasing order, as did export, total factor productivity, GDP, and human capital in Latin America, and investment expenditure, human capital, government expenditure, and export in Africa. Most importantly, the character of cost saving efficiency-seeking investment was very strong in Asia. Also, third-party export-oriented investment and economic growth-oriented investment were shown in Latin America and Africa, respectively.
