This paper presents the development of a smart mirror that allows control of its display through glove gestures and integrates voice recognition functionality. The hardware configuration of the smart mirror consists of an LCD monitor combined with an acrylic panel, onto which a semi-mirror film with a reflectance of 37% and transmittance of 36% is attached, enabling it to function as both a mirror and a display. The proposed smart mirror eliminates the need for users to physically touch the mirror or operate a keyboard, as it implements gesture control through glove gesture sensors. Additionally, it incorporates voice recognition capabilities and integrates Google Assistant to display results on the screen corresponding to voice commands issued by the user.

In Gerotor pump, the pressure pulsations which occur due to the pump geometry result in vibration and noise of pump elements as well as cavitation in hydraulic system when the chambers of gerotor enter the delivery port and leave the suction port. Therefore it is important to study on the pressure pulsations before design and analysis of characteristics in Gerotor pump. In this paper, to reduce the unnecessary pressure pulsations, the port plate of Gerotor pump is designed based on the notch of the vane pumps and the relief grove of the piston pumps. The theoretical analysis of the pressure pulsations is performed in consideration of design parameters of the port plate which include each port positions and groove width and operating conditions which include rotational velocity and delivery pressure.

Let T be a bounded linear operator on a complex infinite dimensional Hilbert space $\scr{H}$. We say that T is a quasi-class A operator if $T^*\|T^2\|T{\geq}T^*\|T\|^2T$. In this paper we prove that if T is a quasi-class A operator and f is a function analytic on a neigh-borhood or the spectrum or T, then f(T) satisfies Weyl's theorem and f($T^*$) satisfies a-Weyl's theorem.

Red pepper powder is produced from dried red pepper through milling process with roller mill. Traditional Roller mill is convenient for crushing wax and fiber parts in red pepper. However, some metallics are produced by the friction of two rollers when it operates without feeding of red peppers. In order to reduce this metallic problems created in the roller mill in the process of red pepper, a new roller mill mechanism which enables two roller to apart when red pepper is not fed between two rollers was introduced. Adjustment of clearance between two rollers was able to conducted by the current difference between idling and crushing process. Two types of roller surface, grove and flat, and two different roller mills, cast iron and Ti coating, are tested and compared in this experiment.

For the life prediction and fatigue failure prevention of the constant velocity joint, the maximum equivalent stress and its location in depth from the contact area are essential. These values give the fundamental information to determine the depth of the surface hardening treatment at the contact area. Contact stresses are evaluated at the surface and subsurface of the ball groove of the Weiss type constant velocity joint. The maximum contact pressure and the maximum equivalent stress are obtained. The effects of various parameters such as the radius of ball groove, friction coefficient, and residual stress are studied. The maximum equivalent stress and the maximum contact pressure increase as the radius of the ball grove increases. The location of the maximum equivalent stress moves toward surface as the friction coefficient increases. It was also found that the maximum equivalent stress becomes minimum when the compressire residual stress is about 0.16 times of the maximum contact pressure.

미국 Intel사, Andy Grove 회장이 말했듯이 '기업들이 예외 없이 인터넷 사업에 나서고 있어 향후 5년 후면 따로 Internet 기업이라는 단어를 쓸 필요가 없어질 것이다. 그 때쯤이면 인터넷 영역에서의 상권을 놓고 관련 기업들이 치열한 경쟁을 벌일 것이며 승자가 기존 업체들을 인수하게 될 것이다' 라고 말했듯이 최근에 e-business가 많은 각광을 받고 있는데, 그 이유는 Internet으로 전 세계가 연결이 되고, 사회 전반의 틀이 변화하면서 정보의 도달성과 충실성의 추구가 동시에 가능해졌으며, 고객의 욕구가 단순화된 제품군에서 복잡 다변화된 제품군으로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 빠른 의사결정과 효율적인 제조환경 구축이 요구되면서 Product Life cycle도 단축이 되었으며 e-Business는 급변하는 디지털 경영환경에서 기업의 경쟁력 확보와 경영혁신의 방안으로 그 필요성이 많이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 e-business 모델의 성공 및 실패 사례들을 심도 있게 고찰해 본 후 디지털 환경의 발달에 기인한 새로운 경영혁신을 위한 e-business의 성공모델에 대해서 그 전략들을 제시해보고자 한다.

A mathematical model for the stress free surface profile in Over-Round and Round-Oval grove rolling, which can be used effectively in the calculation of pass area, is presented. The new model has generality, simplicity and accuracy for practical usage. The stress free surface profile of an outgoing stock can be modeled when the maximum spread of it known a priori. The equation for the stress free surface profile is formulated from the linear interpolation of the radius of curvature of an incoming stock and that of roll groove to the axis direction. In developing the analytical model, the effect of rolling temperature and friction between roll and work piece(stock) were not considered since the geometry of roll groove and the incoming work piece were assumed a dominant factor which decides the stress free surface profile of the outgoing stock. A simulation with the analytical model developed also has been carried out to demonstrate the stress free surface profile of the outgoing stock.

SGML은 이 기종간에 호환이 가능하고 논리적인 구조 정보를 포함한다는 장점 때문에 문서처리의 다양한 분야에서 표준 포맷으로 자리를 잡았다. 그러나 SGML 은 문서의 스타일이나 변환등의 처리 정보를 기술할 수 있는 방법을 제공하지 않는다. 이에 ISO는 SGML 문서의 다양한 처리 정보를 기술할 수 있는 표준으로 DSSSL을 제안하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SGML 문서의 내용 및 구조를 수정할 수 있는 DSSSL 기반의 문서 변환기를 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 SGML 문서와 DSSSL 문서간의 표준적인 인터페이스를 지원하는 Grove 생성기를 개발하였으며 DSSSL 의 변환 언어를 지원하는 처리 모듈을 개발하였다.

The Friction Stir Weld (FSW) has been prevailing in the rolling stock manufacturers now a day especially in Europe and Japan, that will be an inevitable welding method in Korean domestic railway industry in the near future. The Welding Institute (TWI) in United Kingdom (UK), who has the right of international patents, invented FSW. To meet the recommendation of Cullen's Report for Ladbroke Grove Rail Inquiry (LGRI) in UK, the FSW is considering for the only alternative welding method to improve the aluminium welding quality, i.e. for improve unzipping defect and crashworthiness on car body in Europe Railways within Railway Safety Research Program.
