특성화고의 태양광 추적 제어 시스템 개발 프로젝트법이 학습자의 과제 수행 능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect on Task Performance Ability of Project Method to Develop Solar Tracking Control System in Specialized High School)

  • The purpose of this study was to verity the effect of project method on the task performance ability in development of a solar-tracking-control-system of specialized high school. In order to carry out this study, 2 classes of technical high school in Jeonbuk are chosen as experimental and control groups. The experimental group was taught by project method and the control group was taught by traditional instruction. Project method was designed by 4 stages-selection of goal, planning, implementation and evaluation. According to these stages, experimental group's students carried out the project that developing solar tracking control system in solar generation. The results of this study are as follows; the project method was more effective than the traditional instruction in planning ability for task performance and implementation ability, subordinates of task performance ability. However, information gathering ability and evaluation ability on task performance, others in subordinates, it is not clear that the project method is more effective.

Modeling Laborers' Learning Processes in Construction: Focusing on Group Learning

  • Construction industry still requires a lot of laborers to perform a project despite of advance in technologies, and improving labor productivity is an important strategy for successful project management. Since repetitive construction works exhibits learning effect, understanding laborers' learning phenomenon therefore allows managers to have improved labor productivity. In this context, previous research efforts quantified individual laborer's learning effect, though numerous construction works are performed in group. In other words, previous research about labor learning assumed that sum of individual's productivity is same as group productivity. Also, managers in construction sites need understanding about group learning behavior for dealing with labor performance problem. To address these issues, the authors investigate what variables affect laborers' group level learning process and develop conceptual model as a basic tool of productivity estimation regarding group learning. Based on the result of this research, it is possible to understand forming mechanism of learning within the group level. Further, this research may contribute to maximizing laborers' productivity in construction sites.

  • Earned value management(EVM) based progress management was designed to systematically manage large or huge projects with budget based criteria. For this reason, existed methods of EVM based progress management have a practical difficulty to apply to small and medium enterprises(SMEs) not possessing enough human resource, time, and cost. In other words, SMEs have performed simultaneously many small-sized projects emphasizing more project delivery than project budget. This study focuses on the area of project management applying to many small-sized projects simultaneously conducted by SMEs. Thus, the method proposed in this study is to manage only the progress of projects after removing cost factor in order to reduce man powers required for allocating the budget of projects to their all activities in detail in the stage of project planning. This study reveals that SMEs are able to manage progress of many projects easily and intuitively using the proposed method.

문헌정보학 교육에서 프로젝트기반학습이 협력적 자기효능감 향상에 미치는 효과: 사례연구 (The Effects of Project-Based Learning on Self-Efficacy for Group Work in LIS Education: a Cast Study)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 교육에서 프로젝트기반학습의 적용이 학습자의 협력적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 디지털도서관 시스템 평가 과목의 수강생 26명을 대상으로 협력적 자기효능감에 대한 사전설문과 사후설문을 실시하여 그 변화를 측정하였고, 대응표본 t-test를 통해 통계적 유의성을 분석하였고, 프로젝트 학습의 실제성이 협력적 자기효능감의 세부요인들과 상관관계가 있는지도 조사하였다. 분석 결과 프로젝트기반학습법은 학습자의 협력적 자기효능감의 세부하위요인들인 리더의 양상, 의견 교환, 의견 평가, 그리고 의견 통합에 대하여 모두 유의미한 효과가 있다는 것과, 학습의 실제성 중 자원의 실제성이 협력적 자기효능감과 부분적으로 상관관계가 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 프로젝트 스펙트럼의 한 영역인 언어영역활동을 실험집단에 적용해 봄으로써 창의성에 어떤 효과가 있는가를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 프로젝트 스펙트럼의 언어활동이 유아의 창의성에 어떤 효과가 있는가? 연구대상은 광주광역시에 위치한 W유치원에 재원중인 만 5세반 유아 40명(남아 26명, 여아 14명)을 실험집단으로 M유치원에 재원중인 만 5세반 유아 40명 (남아 22명, 여아 18명)을 통제집단에 임의 배정하였으며, 15주에 걸쳐 실험집단에는 프로젝트 스펙트럼의 언어활동을 통제집단에는 유치원 교육과정의 언어생활영역에 근거한 언어활동을 총20회 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실험을 수행한 결과 프로젝트 스펙트럼의 언어활동을 수행한 실험집단이 통제집단의 유아들보다 창의성에 있어서 효과적이었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 프로젝트 기반 수업을 활용한 과학수업이 과학개념 습득 및 과학학습동기에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 S초등학교에서 4학년 학생을 대상으로 하였으며 연구반 선정을 위해 담임교사에게 동의를 구하였다. 그리고 학생들에게는 본 연구의 목적과 취지를 설명하고 연구에 대한 동의를 받았다. 연구자가 직접 내방하여 연구반 1개반을 선정하였다. 연구반에 대해서는 담임교사를 실험처치자로 선정하여 프로젝트 기반 수업을 활용한 과학수업을 진행하였다. 연구기간을 설정하여 40분 단위 수업을 12주 동안 실시하였다. 실험처치 수업 후에는 사후 과학개념 검사, 과학학습동기 검사를 실시하고 자료를 수집 분석하여 정리하는 단계로 진행하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로젝트 기반 수업을 활용한 과학수업이 과학개념 습득 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 프로젝트 기반 수업를 활용한 과학수업이 과학학습동기 함양에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 프로젝트 기반 수업 후 연구집단의 학습자들 인식 반응에서도 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.

  • New planar discharge structured AC-PDP has been developed by using TFCS (Thick Film Ceramic Sheet) technology. By applying TFCS to AC-PDP, a sustaining electrode and scanning electrodes are embedded in the TFCS. It is shown that panel performances such as electrical and optical characteristics are superior to commercialized coplanar AC-PDP as well as cost reduction. Moreover the experimental result shows panel performances can be improved drastically by continuous development.

프로젝트 접근법이 유아의 과학적 문제 해결력에 미치는 영향 (Effectiveness of the Project Approach Method in the Scientific Problem Solving Ability of Children)

  • In this investigation of the effectiveness of the Project Approach Method the 32 4-to 5-year-old subjects (16 each in the experimental and comparative groups) were pre-tested before the Project Approach Method was applied (23 times over 7 weeks) in the experimental group while the comparative group had science activities using standard unit methods of instruction. Then, all the children had a posr-test. Data were analyzed by t-test and ANCOVA. Results showed differences between the experimental group and the comparative group in their scientific problem solving ability. Specifically, effects were found on 14 sub-factors, but no difference were found on 3 sub-factors.

영화시각효과 프로젝트에서 팀 역량 강화를 위한 스크럼 방법론 적용 (Application of Scrum based Methodology to Improve the Team Competence in Visual Effects Project)

  • As the computer graphic technology has developed rapidly, the management of visual effects production has also changed. However, the insufficient rest and the inefficiency of communication have resulted in more pressure which would weaken the strength of the whole team. For searching the possible solution, this research has applied the SCRUM in VFX production and analyzed the impact of SCRUM for VFX project management. SCRUM was first used in the projects of software development, but now there are already many successful examples of introducing SCRUM into their facilities in various fields. This paper has used SCRUM in the experimental group and present methodology in VFX project management in the control group for the same project. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire investigation from both group with using t-test for data analysis, it has confirmed the credibility of the questions in the questionnaire index as α > 0.72. With the result of analysis based on the corresponding samples of the t-test, it shows the diversity of SCRUM for project management, and the convenience of communication within the team can enhance the team strength. Follow-up research will attend to provide more suggestions for applying SCRUM in other areas in project management.
