There are various aspects of the solution of boundary-value problems for second-order linear elliptic equations in two independent variables. In the present paper, seven marine algae collected from the coasts of Korea are described. The two blue-green algae, Coccochloris stagnina Sprengel and Entophysalis conferta (Kuetz.) Drouet and Daily, one brown alga, Ralfsia verrucosa(Aresch.) J. Ag., and the two red algae, Enelittosiphonia hakodatensis (Yendo) Segi and Symphyocladia pennata Okamura, are recorded newly in our country. The other two blue-green algae, Anacystis dimidiata (Kuetz.) Drouet and Daily and Phormidium tenue (Meneghini) Gomont, are recorded for the first time marine water in our country.

This paper is keeping with the general pattern of automatic acquisition and interpretation of geographical digital data. Maps of the Institut Geographique National of France are built up with four so-called "mother" maps represented by four colors. The green one deals with the vegetation. In a green layer, woods, bushes, vines. fields and boundaries of domanial forests or nature reserves are represented by different synthetic textures We present here an original method of texture analysis applied to the automatic interpretation of vegetation belts.

The characteristics of two different modes of perfusion culture, intermittent and continuous bleedings, were investigated by culturing the hybridoma cells producing von Willebrand Factor (vWF) monoclonal antibody (McAb) in a 15 L bioreactor without clogging the filter. Both culture methods exhibited similar profiles of cell density and metabolite concentrations during the culture period at the cell concentration of around 1${\times}$107 cells/mL. When the perfusion rate was increased, the intermittrnt bleeding culture showed problems of ammonia accumulation and decrease of cell viability. The continuous bleeding culture in terms of nutrient consumption and metabolite production kinetics. But the analysis of specific oxygen consumption rate showed that the specific oxygen consumption rate of intermittent bleeding culture was similar to that of exponential growth phase. The continuous bleeding culture showed higher specific oxygen consumption rate of intermittent bleeding culture. finally we proved the possibility of long-term operation of continuous bleeding culture and produced approximately 40 g of vWF McAb in a 15L bioreactor after one-month operation.

복잡계 관점에서 트래픽 패턴, 도시 및 다세포 생물학적 유기체 등이 하나의 창발적인 현상인 것처럼, '그린 IT'의 개념 또한 지구 온난화 문제로 인해 인간 세계에서 태동할 수밖에 없는 불가피한 창발적인 현상이다. 복잡계 이론의 관점에서 그린 IT는 무작위한 것으로부터 대단히 복잡한 방식으로 상호작용을 하는 상당히 뒤얽힌 시스템으로 발전할 가능성이 높다. 그렇지만, 그린 IT 시스템 또한 하나의 복잡계라 할 때, 그러한 시스템을 구동시키고 억제시키는 미지의 끌개들이 존재한다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문은 그린 IT 시스템의 잠정적인 끌개들을 식별하고, 평가할 수 있는 하나의 새로운 모델을 제안하고, 이를 교육적으로 활용하는데 있다. 구체적으로 그린 IT의 끌개라 할 수 있는 그린 IT 너비-깊이 행렬을 기반으로 그린 IT 진화 및 자기조직화 되어가는 과정을 측정할 수 있는 유형-2 퍼지 시스템을 구축한다.

1) 체중증가량, 식이섭취량은 모든 군에서 차이가 거의 없었다. 2) 혈압은 대조군에 비해 건조사과군, 건조당근군, 건조미역군, 건조파래군 모두에게서 유의적인 감소를 보였다. 3) Na balance는 건조당근군, 건조파래군, 건조미역군에서 negative value를 나타내었으며 유의적 이었다. 4) 소변중의 Na배설은 대변중의 Na배설에 변화없이 미역, 파래, 당근을 섭취시킨 군이 다른 군에 비해 보다 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 5) Pectin첨가군 및 algin첨가군은 대조군에 비교하여 혈청내 total cholesterol은 감소시키는 경향을 보였으나 triglyceride는 유의적 차이가 없었다.
