Climate technology applied to address climate change requires a comprehensive review such as environmental and social acceptability in addition to economic feasibility. Not only mitigation and adaptation technologies, but also integration of climate technologies into a business model with other relevant technologies including ICT, finance, and policy instruments could enhance technical, economic, and environmental performances to respond to climate changes. However, many climate projects (and business models) are currently not designed to consider adequately complex climate?related issues. In addition, there is a lack of research on assessment systems that can comprehensively evaluate business feasibility of such models. In this study, we developed a system consisting of nine major indicators in four fields to assess climate technology-based business models. Each indicator was weighed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for systematic assessment of business models. The process can be utilized as a tool to guide improvement of climate technology business models.
Purpose: This study aims to explore the impact of green products' claim skepticism on green purchase intention and further investigates the moderating role of environmental concern in the relationship. This study, by drawing the persuasion knowledge model expected that ambiguity avoidance penalizes less familiar brands than familiar brands. Further, the present study building on Hofstede's cultural dimension, specifically, uncertainty avoidance, undertook a scenario to understand any difference that exist between uncertainty avoidance cultural groups. This study also investigates gender differences in green claim skepticism and proclivity to purchase green products. Research design, data, and methodology: For analyzing the relationship relevant hypotheses were designed, and R-programming software was used. To test the hypotheses two independent sample t-test and regression analysis were carried out. Results: The results suggest that consumers' skepticism toward green claims influenced the intention to purchase eco-friendly products. The study finding also confirms the effect is moderated by environmental concern. Also, the findings of two scenarios reveal that consumers in high uncertainty avoidance culture exhibited a greater level of skepticism for green print advertising and green packaging claims when the brand in the advertising and packaging was unfamiliar than when it was familiar. Conclusions: To alter the negative effect of skepticism the consumer should believe the environmental claims are valid so that they can contribute to solving sustainability issues.
China has achieved remarkable economic growth through an extended period of rapid industrialization. However, adverse environmental issues have become more prevalent during this time of development. In particular, car exhaust emissions in the country have become one of the most substantial causes of environmental degradation in China. To combat these issues, the Chinese government is actively implementing green car policies to mitigate the negative environmental concerns. Likewise, Chinese consumers' interest in green cars has also increasing. Despite these changes in consumer perceptions, research on Chinese consumers' green consumption behavior is still in its infancy. Therefore, an empirical study was conducted to measure the relationship between zhongyong(中庸) values, new ecological paradigm(NEP), and green consumption behavior for 334 Chinese consumers. As a result, the study found that the three sub-dimensions of zhongyong(中庸) values(multi-dimensionality, flexibility and compatibility) and NEP had a significantly positive(+) effect on the purchase intention of green cars. It was also found that NEP positively mediates the effect of flexibility and harmony on purchase intention of green cars. This study is expected to provide academic outcomes on China, which is currently the world's fastest growing green car market, as well as providing practical strategic implications for establishing unique green marketing strategy for China.
Purpose - Recently the importance of green consumption and corporate social responsibility has been increasing, thereby enhancing the importance of green consumption space as well. The retail space, as a representative consumption space, is now consuming more energy by introducing bigger retail space, 24-hour operation, cutting-edge equipment, and manless checkout system. Especially for retailers, who are constantly interacting with consumers, not only the economic consideration but also the consumer experience via retail service and physical retail space is crucial for their success. Therefore, this study intends to understand the main factors of motivating consumer perception about green retail space. In addition, we further investigate the mediating and moderating variables to encourage revisit intention and green retail space image. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to test our hypotheses with two models, we conducted a survey using questionnaires. In model 1, 356 respondents were surveyed to determine whether consumers' green attitudes and behaviors enhance environmentally friendly perception on retail space properties. In model 2, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 69 consumers who have experience in green retail space. Questionnaire surveys were conducted with on-line panels in Korea and analyzed using regression model and Hayes' PROCESS macro. Results - We found that consumers with green attitude put more importance on the attributes of green retail space. Also, the utility of the green retail space was found to be significant in emotional and social benefits. And, the consumers, who perceived the importance of green retail space, show higher revisit intentions. The emotional and social utilities have significant positive effects on revisit intention through green retail space image. Conclusions - This study demonstrates that a green retail space can induce positive consumer utility, thereby increasing green retail space image and revisit intention. Thus, in order to increase the image and revisit, retailers should communicate green messages with consumers, enhance green attributes of retail space, and target green consumers. To do so, we suggest that various marketing efforts such as publicity and education are needed to appeal experiential green products and retail space to consumers.

This study investigates the relationships among product quality, consumer behavior, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty on environmental viewpoint. For the empirical study it has been attempted to collect data by using a questionnaire including 18 questions. The respondents who had experienced using green or environmental products were 212 college students. In my research 167 valid cases are selected for a data analysis by SPSS based hierarchical regression analysis technique. The results show that green product quality had significant impacts on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and cost factor of green consuming behavior had moderating effects between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Empirical results imply that green product quality contributes to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Additionally, green consumer behavior on customer satisfaction increase customer loyalty.
Purpose - The prior literature indicated that green consumerism encouragements and programs have led to strict standards against environmental issues, thus reducing emissions from motors and engines and improving clean-burning energy options. The present study seeks to elaborate on the responsibility of ecological education in amplifying potential green consumers. Research design, Data, and methodology -The justification of the qualitative literature method used in this research is essential because, through the extensive explanation, justification and description of the methods used, researchers can enhance the trustworthiness of the research to a particular or designated audience. Result - Environmental education helps customers worldwide recognize the barriers to purchasing green products at every purchase level. Prior studies pointed out that after environmental education, consumers are much more willing to go greener in their consumption and safeguard the environment. Customers want to act green; however, they anticipate companies to lead the way. Conclusion - This research suggests that reusing prevailing resources creatively implies that fewer dollars are spent buying novel stock to generate green products. Although establishing a green company is expensive, it saves a lot of cash over time. Greening procedures can lead to efficiency gains by minimizing energy costs, permitting companies to acquire green tax credits.
Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of green accounting on the distribution of company financial performance. Green Accounting is seen as an accounting approach that considers the environmental impact of business activities and the distribution of financial performance which is expected to provide great benefits to the company. Research Design Data and Methodology: The population of this study is 168 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2020. The research theory uses the Legitimacy Theory and the Shareholder Theory. Research data were analyzed using multiple regression models with purposive sampling. Green Accounting in this study uses environmental cost proxies using Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). Financial performance uses the Return on Equity (ROE) proxy. Results: research shows that the influence of green accounting can provide important input to operational managers in manufacturing companies in making decisions regarding environmental costs and environmental protection that will provide economic benefits for the company. In addition, these findings also clarify the great benefits of green accounting policies for a company's production process. Conclusion: Green Accounting has a long-term impact through the company's financial performance. Green Accounting can be the basis for companies in deciding whether to invest or not.

Green IT is a necessary technology to solve the energy and environmental problems and to increase the productivity of corporations. However, till now there were not the specific policies for individual industries so we have to establish several strategies for spread of Green IT and building green growing environment. In this paper, we proposed the road map for spread of green IT and deducing the strategic directions for domestic industries. Four types of green IT direction was identified and in each direction, several action plans were discovered. We formed an expert-committee to choose new green IT business models and selected some demonstration projects by measures of necessity, urgency and extensibility. The object, scope, classification and policy effect are wrote out and it will be helpful information to disseminate green IT.

This study focuses on green human resources management (GHRM), which is currently a strategic issue in almost every service or manufacturing company, including courier service SMEs in Indonesia. This study intends to analyze the relationship between GHRM and supply chain organizational learning (SCOL), supply chain performance (SCP), and business performance (BP) still rarely studied. The population encompasses all courier service SMEs in the Special Province of Yogyakarta (DIY) and East Java, Indonesia. The study targets courier service SMEs that meet certain conditions; 130 SMEs responded from the target of 200 SMEs. Partial Least Square statistical technique is used. The results show that conventional HRM practices are increasingly being abandoned by courier companies in Indonesia, particularly in Special Province of Yogyakarta and East Java. Although GHRM has a negative and non-significant effect on BP, GHRM has a positive effect on SCOL and SCP. SCOL has a significant positive effect on SCP and BP. Furthermore, SCOL mediates the relationship between GHRM and SCP and SCOL mediates the relationship between GHRM and BP. Likewise, SCP has a positive effect on BP. In addition, SCP mediates the relationship between GHRM and BP. SCP also mediates the relationship between SCOL and BP.
Purpose - The current study aims to learn how fashion consumers now feel about environmental issues. The significance of "green fashion product creation" in resolving environmental issues is explored. It also examines how customers' environmental consciousness has evolved due to the introduction of green fashion products. Research design, data, and methodology - The study methods, procedures, and results of the 16 publications included in this literature review were critically examined. The data sources, analyses, and key findings presented in each publication were compared and contrasted. To better understand how to raise environmental consciousness among customers. Result - The investigation indicates a total of four results why eco-friendly product should be developed to attract potential green consumers. Four solutions are as follows; (1) Encourages Sustainable Consumption Behavior, (2) Increases Consumer Environmental Awareness, (3) Improves Corporate Social Responsibility, and (4) Enhances Competitive Advantage. Conclusion - Promoting sustainability in the fashion sector requires full visibility throughout the supply chain. Companies in the fashion industry would serve their customers better if they were more forthcoming about the resources, methods, and circumstances that went into making their wares. Consumers may accomplish this by including instructions on the packaging or posting them on the business's website.
