서울시 아파트단지내 조경수목 배식특성 및 개선 연구 (Improvement Planting Method and Characteristics of Planting Design with Ornamental Trees in Apartment Complex, Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울시에 조성된 아파트단지내 녹지를 대상으로 식재개념, 식재밀도, 식재유형 및 패턴 등 배식특성을 조사.분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 대상지는 아파트단지 녹지면적이 크게 달라지는 시기의 대표대상지인 1978년에 준공된 강서구 화곡주공아파트(2단지)(용적률:99%), 1983년에 준공되 강남구 삼익그린아파트(2차)(용적률:175%), 1992년에 준공된 강서구 동신대아아파트(용적률:225%)를 선정하였으며 녹지를 전면녹지, 측면녹지, 후면녹지로 구분하였다. 대상지의 녹지유형별 식재개념은 경관식재로만 이루어져 시기에 따른 차이는 없었으며 식재종에 있어서도 외래종 조경수목이 주를 이루어 녹지공간별 차이는 없었다. 아파트단지의 식재밀도은 교목 및 아교목층 0.0~0.2주/$m^{2}$로 관목층의 식재밀도가 부족하였으나 조성시기에 따른 식재밀도의 차이는 없었다. 층위구조는 교목.아교목층과 관목층 수목이 각각 다른 위치에 평면적으로 식재된 단층구조이었으며 녹지공간과 관계없이 독립식재, 열식재, 부등변삼각식재가 주로 활용되었다. 아파트 단지내 녹지는 공가별 식재개념에 따라 식재종, 식재밀도, 층위구조, 식재패턴이 다양하게 이루어져야 하므로 식재개념에 차별화시키기 위하여 전면녹지는 시각적 차폐와 미적인 기능, 후면녹지는 녹지량 증지 및 생태적 개념, 측면녹지는 녹지량을 증진을 주된 목적으로 조성할 것을 제안하였다.

  • In respond to the global energy crisis and climate change, there have been many ongoing national efforts to develop a sustainable housing prototype followed by "2 million Green Home Project" in Korea. More than 50% of nation's population are currently living in apartment housing thus the country is seriously in need of developing green apartment prototype. In this research, we focused on energy-conservative green apartment design prototype that have both passive components and active systems explored in a systemic design approach. After selecting an existing basic apartment unit, we analyzed and compared statistical data with the simulated annual energy consumption to match these two data sets for validating simulation accuracy performed with TRNSYS package. We performed energy simulations with different passive design factors such as varied insulation thickness, window types and infiltration rates as well as the active design factors including boilers and lighting fixtures to analyze their impacts on the energy performance of the housing unit using TRNSYS software. As a result, we acquired significant energy reduction effect with explored design strategies but the life cycle cost analysis for the final design guidline would need to be performed. In this study, we focused on a systematic comparative energy analysis based on TRNSYS that can improve the design of a green apartment housing.

기존 설계기준 아파트와 친환경 저에너지 아파트의 $LCCO_2$ 비교 ($LCCO_2$ Comparison of Existing Apartment Housing and Environment-Friendly Apartment Housing)

  • In October 2009, the Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affairs noticed 'Environment-friendly housing construction standards and performance' to build energy saving environment-friendly housings (Green Homes) for the reduction of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. In this study, the $CO_2$ emissions were evaluated during the life cycle of the existing apartments which were built in 1980's and Green Home apartment. $LCCO_2$ was evaluated by dividing the life cycle into three stages which are construction, maintenance and destruction stage. $CO_2$ emission from the materials for improving insulation performance was estimated by Input-output analysis. As a result, in 40 year-life cycle of $84\;m^2$ apartment, 400.68 T-$CO_2$ was emitted from 1980's apartment, on the other hand 231.02 T-$CO_2$ was emitted from Green Home apartment.

브랜드 아파트에 나타난 자연친화적 외부공간의 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 (Nature-Friendly Design Characteristics of Outdoor Spaces in Brand Apartments)

  • A outdoor space of the brand apartment can improve the quality of the whole environment in apartment and has differentiated identity in apartment housing through various versions of the green space and water space plan. The purpose of this study is to evaluate nature-friendly design characteristics in brand apartments and to offer a basic information for planning of brand apartment. In concrete, nature-friendly design did by green space and water space that can analyze by visual, and investigation contents divided to position, form, user behavior, link space from user viewpoint by case study. This study examined a case of eight brand apartments located in Gangnamgu, Seoul. We has divided the characteristics of a green space into horizontal type, vertical type, multi-dimensional type and has divided the water space into stagnant water type, flowing stream type, waterfall type and fountain type. The findings are summarized as follows: First, in case of the space of brand apartment, the application of horizontal and vertical greenery was lower compare with multi-dimensional green space. The most of items for multi-dimensional greenery have been planned to the open space and promenade. Second, a stagnant water type of water space features well used in most of the cases but a water space of signs of activity like a flowing stream, waterfall, fountain types were underused because of problem of administrative and maintenance expenses. Thirdly, Water space of brand apartments was planned with specialization item by apartment housing but green space does not have differentiated item and was planned by most similar form.

대구시 아파트 단지의 외부공간구성 및 만족도에 관하여 (Analysis of the Exterior Spatial Organization and Residents\\\\` Satisfaction Degree to the Apartment Complex in Teagu)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the more rational and practical basic theory for the landscape planning in the aparment complex. In this study, the actual conditions of exterior space, the residens' satisfaction degree and the correlation between exterior space and the residents' satisfaction defree were investigated and analyzed on the 13apartment complexes in Taegu City. Through the statistical analysis, the main results were obtained as fellows : It was found that the size of green area ratio in the apartment complexes were in the order of Jugong Apt. (Korean Housing Corporation), Siyoung Apt. (City Operation), Minyoung high-rise Apt. (Private Business) and Minyoung low-rise Apt. (Private Business) complex. The highest ratio of footway and Parking area were shown in Minyoung high-rise Apt. complex. The important factors at the exterior space of apartment complex were composed by 6 major factors, importance degrees of which are Visual, Practical, Convenient, Sentimental, Recreational and Spatial factors for teenagers in orders. The residents' satisfaction degrees to the exterior space were highly correlated with the spatil organization, size of green area and quantity of trees, view, management situation, defensibility of outside noise, rest place, water landscapings by turns. In order to get more than the average satisfaction degree 18 exterior space, the green area should be occupied by 35% of the apartment complex area and more than 76% of the green area (i. e. 16% of the apartment complex area) should be planted with trees. In the Taegu City regulation, the ratio of tree composition is proposed for only the number of tree. But it was shown that the satifaction degree are more correlated with the species and afforestation of trees than the nuts her of trees in this study. therefore, the species of tree and the afforestation of tree should be considered when the landscape planning of the apartment complex begins. It was found that the ratio of afforestation to make the more desirable exterior space In the apartment complex shoule be 8 to 2 in the ratio of arbor to shrub. It was also required that 30 species of arbor and 15 species of shrub should be planted for the more desirable landscape of the apartment complex.

공동주택의 그린 리모델링을 위한 외피시스템 환경영향 DB 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establish Environmental Impact of Database of the Envelope System for Green Remodeling of Apartment Housing)

  • Purpose: In order to improve the energy performance of existing buildings, so actively promoted green remodeling business. Also, improvement of the performance of envelope system of apartment housing is an absolute. The purpose of implementation of the data base and application plan of the envelope system for green remodeling of apartment housing. Method: For this study, It proposed a classification system of green remodeling envelope system constructed actual to select the applicable representative method and input material of apartment housing for green remodeling. In this study, divided into construction waste processing stage and production phase of the material for the boundary of the system, and implementation the classification system of the envelope system for applicable green remodeling. For this, established 6 environmental impact categories database. Result: As a result of various suggestions were available for case study research, alternative combinations of existing combinations than six kinds of environmental impact insulation system with superior input materials combining 96 kinds, window system, 12 kinds for determining the applicability of the established database. Depending on the account for a large proportion if compared to the detailed analysis of the environmental impact resulting from the production phase and disposal phase was analyzed that the operating management of the necessary input materials. Is considered that the economic performance and integrated energy performance required by the applicable public housing green remodeling evaluation techniques considered for future improvements insulation sheath.

국내 친환경 건축물 인증제도 평가항목의 중요도 분석 - 공동주택 인증심사기준 중심으로 - (Analyzing the Weight of Assessment Criteria in Korea Green Building Certification System - Focused on Certification Standards for Multi-unit Apartment Projects -)

  • Over the world, social demands and concerns of energy and resource depletions and environmental conservation have resulted in many researches and applications on sustainable development and construction. In order to support these demands and concerns, international green building certification systems such as LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and BREEAM(Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) were developed. In Korea, the green building certification system was introduced in 2000 and widely applied to all types of new buildings in order to induce the diffusion of sustainable buildings on May, 2010. This paper investigates the importance of assessment criteria on multi-unit apartment projects among certification rating systems using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and suggests a new direction on certification assessment standards. For applying the AHP method, the survey of staffs in green building certification consulting companies and architectural design companies was conducted via e-mail. As a result, criteria like energy, indoor environment, land use, pollution control, and ecological environment among 9 main ones turned out important on assessing green building certification at multi-unit apartment projects, while criteria like water resource, transportation, maintenance management, and material and resource did relatively unimportant.

공동주택단지 거주자의 환경친화 계획요소 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning Factor Evaluation of Environmental Friendiness by Apartment Residents)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract the main planning factors of environment friendly apartment complex through the residents' evaluations on importance levels of the planning factors. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1) Understanding on the environment friendly apartment complex is lacking, and the satisfaction level on the living space as the environment friendly apartment is very low. 2) The residents in the low-storied apartments want the introduction of facilities for energy saving, and those in the high-storied apartments demand to develop to green area. 3) In evaluating the importance of the environment friendly planning factors and the image of the apartment complex, the guarantee of green area and the development of water friendly space are closely related with the image of the apartment complex. So, they are the planning factors that should be handled importantly.

Green Frame의 골조공사 공기 분석 연구 - 공동주택을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Structural Work Scheduling of Green Frame - Focusing on Apartment buildings -)

  • 현재 국내 주택의 근간을 이루는 내력벽식 공동주택은 구조적 한계로 인해 단수명화되고 있다. 이로 인해 발생하는 재건축은 막대한 자원 및 에너지 소비와 건설폐기물로 인한 환경오염을 유발하고 있다. 정부는 이러한 문제 해결의 방안으로 리모델링이 가능한 라멘구조를 유도하는 인센티브 제도를 시행하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 개념을 적용한 라멘구조의 공동주택을 위하여 개발된 복합PC구조인 Green Frame은 내력벽식 및 기존 라멘조식 공동주택이 리모 델링이 어렵다는 단점을 개선할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공사기간 단축이 가능할 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 Green Frame의 특성과 절대공기를 분석하고, 구조별 공동주택의 골조공사 공기와 비교 분석하여 차이점을 규명하였다. 그 결과 Green Frame을 공동주택에 적용할 경우 공기단축이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건설공사에서 공기는 매우 중요한 요소로 향후 성공적인 공동주택의 사업을 위해서 중요한 핵심기술로서의 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

친환경 공동주택 인증 심사항목별 득점비율 분석을 통한 개선 필요 항목 도출 (Average Score-to-Allotted Point Ratio Analysis of Each Assessment Item of Green Apartment Complex Certification System)

  • With an awareness of the fact that influence of building industry on the environment problems is great, many countries have been endeavoring to construct sustainable and environmentally-friendly buildings. In Korea, the GBCS (Green Building Certification System) has been in force since 2002. Total 6 types of buildings are dealt in the GBCS. Especially, it is expected that the number of apartment complexes, which are the most common type of residences in Korea, applying for GBCS has increased continuously. In this study, we aim to pick out the items requiring improvement for the green apartment complex. Existing 12 certified apartment complexes were selected. GBCS assessment results and actual conditions of design and construction were investigated and analyzed. Total 18 items requiring improvement were picked out in accordance with the average score-to-allotted point ratio. Relevant particulars expected to be helpful for the next design works were also presented.
