GIS를 이용한 지하수개발 설계지원 시스템 (The Support System for Groundwater Development Design using GIS)

이 연구는 지하수개발사업 기초설계에 앞서, 타당성분석을 지원하는 GIS 기반의 지하수 사업 기초설계지원 시스템을 개발함이 목적이다. 시스템 환경은 Server/Client 환경으로 구축함으로써 지하수관련 자료를 효율적이고, 과학적으로 관리·분석할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 GIS S/W ArcView3.2, RDBMS ORACLE, Spatial DataBase Engine인 ArcSED 그리고, 지하수모의조작 프로그램으로는 WHPA와 AQTESOLV 등을 사용했으며, 그래픽 사용자 프로그램(GUI) 개발언어는 ArcView 전용언어인 Scripts를 이용하였다. 개발된 시스템을 이용하면, 신규개발 예정관정에 대하여 WHPA를 이용한 모의양수 결과물을 GIS로 가져오고, 기설관정 영향반경과의 중첩 여부, 오염원 등과 비교하여 지하수관정개발사업의 허가여부를 판단할 수 있다. 아울러, 신설관정의 적정 지하수취수량을 판단함으로써 지하수관정 개발사업 및 기초설계를 지원하는 기능을 갖도록 하였다. 이 시스템의 산출물을 이용하여 쉽고 빠르게 도면 및 보고서를 작성할 수 있도록 하였고, 인터/인트라넷을 이용하여 DB를 공유하는 2-Tier 시스템으로서 개발하였다. 이에 따라, 농림부와 농업기반공사 등 지하수 관련 부처들이 전사적으로 지하수관련 자료를 공유할 수 있으며, 정확성과 신뢰성 그리고 최신정보를 공유할 수 있게 될 것이다.
목적: 본 연구는 자궁경부암 환자의 삶의 질을 파악하고, 질병 진행 단계와 치료 형태에 따른 삶의 질을 분석하는데 있다. 방법: 자료 수집은 3개의 종합병원에서 자궁경부암 환자 67명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 3월 15일부터 6월 4일까지 이었다. 연구 도구로는 Ferrell[18]의 삶의 질-암 환자용 도구(Quality of Life-cancer version)를 번역하여, 자궁경부암 환자에게 맞지 않는 4문항을 제외한 총 37문항으로 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test로 검증하였고 도구의 신뢰도 검증은 Cronbach's Alpha를 산출하였다. 결과: 자궁경부암 환자의 질병 진행 단계에 따른 삶의 질 정도는 유의한 차이가 있었다.(F=5.06, P=.003) 질병 진행 단계에 따른 영역별 삶의 질 정도에서는 신체적 안녕 영역(F=3.97 P=.012), 정신적 안녕 영역(F=3.91, P=.013), 사회적 안녕 영역(F=4.96, P=.004)에는 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 영적 안녕 영역(F=1.36, P=.262)은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 치료 형태에 따른 삶의 질정도는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다.(t=-1.83, P=.073) 치료 형태에 따른 영역별 삶의 질정도에서는 정신적 안녕 영역(t=-2.14, P=.037), 사회적 안녕 영역(t=-2.15, P=.036)에는 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 신체적 안녕 영역(t=-.93, P=.356), 영적 안녕 영역(t=.73, P=.469)에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론: 자궁경부암 환자의 삶의 질은 질병 진행단계와 치료 형태 및 일반적 특성에 따라 차이가 있었다. 그러므로 자궁경부암 환자에게 질병 진행 단계와 치료 형태 및 일반적 특성을 고려한 간호 중재를 적용할 필요가 있다.
위성의 발달에 따라 고해상영상이 등장하게 되었고 지표상태 분석에 매우 유용하게 되었다. GeoWatch는 지능형 영상처리 시스템으로서, 고해상도 영상을 이용하여 디지타이징, 지리보정, 강조, 여러 가지 연산, 식생지수 분석, 등을 하여 지표면 분석 등을 할 수 있는 시스템이다. 도한 지능형 분석 방법등 여러 가지 기법을 이용하여 변화지역분석, 토지 분류, 도시정보추출 등을 수행한다. 이 시스템의 강점은 full scene 영상같은 대용량 영상을 다룰 경우 역동적인 알고리즘 저장 방식을 채택하였고, 자동메뉴 생성, 사용자 편의를 위한 비쥬얼 프로그래밍 환경 등을 제공한다. 이 시스템은 또한 위성영상 위에 벡터를 중첩하여 분석하거나 수정 작업을 할 수 있고, 3차원 비행 시뮬레이션도 가능하다. 이 시스템은 영상 처리 모듈 외에도 영상 변환 및 수정 유틸리티 기능을 많이 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 또한 지능형 영상 분석 방법 뿐만 아니라, 대용량처리나, 비쥬얼 프로그램을 위한 디자인 개념을 제공한다.

The objectives of this study are to explain the use of media materials in school health education with other related factors in elementary, middle, and high schools in Korea. The data were collected by questionnaires from June to September in 1998. The number of subjects were 294 school nurses. The PC-SAS program was used for statistical analysis such as percent distribution, chi-squared test, spearman correlation test, and logistic regression. The use of media materials in health education has become extremely common. Unfortunately, much of the early materials were of poor production quality, reflected low levels of interest, and generally did little to enhance health education programming. A recent trend in media materials is a move away from the fact filled production to a more affective, process-oriented approach. There is an obvious need for health educators to use high-quality, polished productions in order to counteract the same levels of quality used by commercial agencies that often promote "unhealthy" lifestyles. Health educators need to be aware of the advantages and disadvantages of the various forms of media. Selecting media materials should be based on more than cost, availability, and personal preference. Selection should be based on the goal of achieving behavioral objectives formulated before the review process begins. The decision to use no media materials rather than something of dubious quality usually be the right decision. Poor-quality, outdated, or boring materials will usually have a detrimental effect on the presentation. Media materials should be viewed as vehicles to enhance learning, not products that will stand in isolation. Process of materials is an essential part of the educational process. The major results were as follows : 1. The elementary schools used the materials more frequently. But the production rate of media materials was not enough. The budget was too small for a wide use of media materials in school health education. These findings suggest that all schools have to increase the budget of health education programs. 2. Computers offer an incredibly diverse set of possibilities for use in health education, ranging from complicated statistical analysis to elementary-school-level health education games. But the use rate of this material was not high. The development of related software is essential. Health educators would be well advised to develop a basic operating knowledge of media equipment. 3. In this study, the most effective materials were films in elementary school and videotapes in middle and high school. Film tends to be a more emotive medium than videotape. The difficulties of media selection involved the small amount of extant educational materials. Media selection is a multifaceted process and should be based on a combination of sound principles. 4. The review of material use following student levels showed that the more the contents were various, the more the use rate was high. 5. Health education videotapes and overhead projectors proved the most plentiful and widest media tools. The information depicted was more likely to be current. As a means to display both text and graphic information, this instructional medium has proven to be both effective and enduring. 6. An analysis of how effective the quality of school nurse and school use of media materials shows a result that is not complete (p=0.1113). But, the budget of health education is a significant variable. The increase of the budget therefore is essential to effective use of media materials. From these results it is recommended that various media materials be developed and be wide used.

The other is a way of process with a computer drawing, or modeling of objects. It is appropriate to the production of pictorial and surreal images. Visual media education is one of these essential methods for the contemporary and future human being in the overflowing of image informations. The fosterage of 'Visual Literacy' can be considered as a very purpose of visual media education. This is a way to lead an individual to the discerning, active consumer and producer of visual media in life as far as possible. The elements of 'Visual Literacy' can be divided into a faculty of recognition related to the visual media, a faculty of critical reception, a faculty of appropriate application, a faculty of active work and a faculty of creative modeling, which are promoted at the same time by the education of 'visual literacy'. In conclusion, the education of 'Visual Literacy' guides students to comprehend and discriminate the visual image media carefully, or receive them critically, apply them properly, or produce them creatively and voluntarily. Moreover, it leads to an artistic activity by means of new media. This education can be approached and enhanced by the connection and integration with real life. Visual arts and education of them play an important role in the digital era depended on visual communications via image information. Students can soundly understand visual phenomena of today by means of visual media, and apply it as an expression tool of life culture as well. A new recognition and valuation visual image and media education is required to cultivate the capability of active, upright dealing with the changes of history of civilization. 1) Visual media education helps to cultivate a sensibility for images, which reacts to and deals with the circumstances. 2) It helps students to comprehend the contemporary arts and culture via new media. 3) It supplies a chance of students' experiencing a visual modeling by means of new media. 4) There are educational opportunities of images with temporality and spaciality, and therefore a discerning person becomes to increase. 5) The modeling activity via new media leads students to be continuously interested in the school and production of plastic arts. 6) It raises the ability of visual communications dealing with image information society. 7) An education of digital image is significant in respect of cultivation of man of talent for the future society of image information as well. To correspond to the changing and developing social, cultural circumstances, and the form and recognition of students' reception of them, visual arts education must arrange the field of studying on a new visual culture. Besides, a program needs to be developed, which is in more systematic and active level in relation to visual media education. Educational contents should be extended to the media for visual images, that is, photography, film, television, video, computer graphic, animation, music video, computer game and multimedia. Every media must be separately approached, because they maintain the modes and peculiarities of their own according to the conveyance form of message. The concrete and systematic method of teaching and the quality of education must be researched and developed, centering around the development of a course of study. Teacher's foundational capability of teaching should be cultivated for the visual media education. In this case, it must be paid attention to the fact that a technological level of media is considered as a secondary. Because school education doesn't intend to train expert and skillful producers, but intends to lay stress on the essential aesthetic one with visual media under the social and cultural context, in respect of a consumer including a man of culture.
The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure.
