가상 환경에서 입력장치를 이용한 매니퓰레이터의 작업영역 분석 및 시각화 (Visualization and Workspace Analysis of Manipulator using the Input Device in Virtual Environment)

  • 밀폐 및 차폐 공간을 갖는 핫셀에서 사용후핵연료와 같은 고방사선 물질을 취급하고 있으며, 핵주기시설에서 마스터-슬레이브 매니퓰레이터는 원격취급장비로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대관리공정의 디지털 목업을 구축하고 원격유지보수를 위한 매니퓰레이터의 작업영역 및 작업분석을 수행하였다. 실제 환경과 동일한 가상 작업환경을 갖는 디지털 목업은 3차원 그래픽으로 모델링된 공정장치 및 원격 취급장비들로 구성된다. 모델링된 매니퓰레이터는 기구학 및 동작범위에 대한 속성을 부여되고 외부 입력장치는 space ball을 사용하여 매니퓰레이터의 동작을 구현하였다. 또한 Tele-operation 인터페이스를 사용하여 6축 외부 입력장치와 연계한 시스템을 개발하였으며 외부 입력에 따른 매니퓰레이터의 동작에 대한 동기는 만족할 만한 응답을 보였다. 이는 가상환경에서 작업자 교육을 위한 시스템 개발에 유용할 것이다.

  • 승마, 사격, 골프 등 운동경기에서 현장 화면을 구성하는 배경 그래픽은 경기의 승패를 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 이들 경기는 현장에서 직접 해야 하는 한계성이 있으며, 운동경기의 게임이나 simulation에서는 실시간 운용인 이유로 배경의 사실감 표현이 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 이 한계성 극복을 위해서 경기 현장에서의 사진을 3d graphic으로 변환하여 모델링 한다. z-depth를 이용한 원근감을 표현하기 위한 특수 기법을 분석 연구하여 운동경기의 VR(virtual reality) simulation 배경 개발에 관한 연구를 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 현장감 있는 운동 경기 VR 배경을 구현 하여 스포츠 과학과 디자인학 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

  • This paper presents a CAD program develpoed on a microcomputer in order to support graphic and computational assessment of ergonomic problems associated with the design of a man-in-cab system. The program is coded to help workspace designers with ergonomic evaluations needed in the design stage. This paper proposed a biomechanical -ergonomic evaluations needed using man and workplace models. The human model is developed to have dimensions obtained from the Korean anthropometric data reported in 1992. Its graphical representation is based on a wire-frame model but, whenever necessary, body segments can be represented by a solid model with hidden line/faces removed and shaded. Workplace models are presented for cabs of the excavator, one of the most popular construction vehicles. A workplace model consists of an operator seat, a steering wheel. two control levers, two pedals, and a control panel. The workplace elements can be modified in their sizes, positions, and orientations by changing the reference point and design parameters. An algorithm for the view test is suggested and loaded to provide a visual evaluaiton of the overall layout of a workplace model.

양돈농장 경영관리 프로그램 개발 (Software Development for Pig Production and Management)

  • This study intends to develop a computer software for an efficient swineherd production and management. Current softwares are concerned on the sow management and ignore the actual farm environment. This study focuses on the farm environment in developing the software and covers the production management financial management, marketing management, and business planning for swineherd farm. The FSR(Farming Systems Research) analysis and interview survey aye applied to collect the data for the system planning, farmer's demand and analysis on the system, system design and program development. The systems are designed to meet the needs for the progressive swineherd farmers. Visual FoxPro 5.1 is used to develop the system. The developed system includes pig farm financial records keeping and management, pig farm production management program, pig farm marketing management program, and pig farm business diagnosis and planning program to meet the scope of the study. The weekly maintenance records and financial records are adopted for the input interface since most of farmers use their computer less than 5 hours a week. Pulldown Menu systems are adopted and designed for easy use by structuring to meet the pig farm and system demands. The manu system allocates the input-output screen based on the sectors, scopes, users, frequencies, importances, and the usages of the information. The GUI(Graphic User Interface) method is used to develop input-output screens for easy use. Backward Chaining mechanism fo the Expert System is used in the diagnosis of the pig farm management and the Systems Simulators Approach is used in the pig farm management planning.

히트싱크를 이용한 전자통신 시스템의 방열설계 프로그램 개발 (Development of Thermal Design Program for an Electronic Telecommunication System Using Heat Sink)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the cooling performance of heat sinks for an electronic telecommunication system by adequate natural convection. Heat generation rates of electronic components and the temperature distributions of heat sinks and surrounding air are analyzed experimentally and numerically. In order to perform the heat transfer analysis for the thermal design of telecommunication system a program is developed. The program used the graphic user interface environment to determine the arrangement of heat sources, interior fan capacity, and heat sink configuration. The simulation results showed that the heat sinks were able to achieve a cooling capacity of up to 230W at the maximum temperature difference of $19^{\circ}C$. To verify the results from the numerical simulation, an experiment was conducted under the same condition as the numerical simulation, and their results were compared. The design program gave good prediction of the effects of various parameters involved in the design of a heat sinks for an electronic telecommunication system.

  • In this study, a user oriented CFD program for optimum design of a regenerative combustion furnace, REBURN was developed. For user's convenience, user friendly Graphic User Interface was made and the renumbering interface program was developed in order to directly input any generated mesh system from ICEM CFD/FEA. Also an automatic processing system for switching mode was developed. The program was verified through compahng with commercial CFD code about regenerative combustion furnace. Then, numerical simulation of real walking beam furnace used in real industry was performed and the parametric analysis was studied about the arrangement mode. As a results, the uniform temperature was appeared in the cross mode.

  • Direct3D는 새로운 3차원 그래픽 가속기로써, 이를 이용하여 보다 쉽게 윈도우용 그래픽 프로그램을 제작할 수가 있다. 여기서는 Direct3D를 이용하여 제작한 프랙탈 지형 데이터 모델 뷰어를 제시한다. 지형 모델 뷰어 제작에 따른 클래스의 정의, 입력을 위한 대화상자의 설계, 초기화 과정, 프로그램의 실행과정을 설명하고 지형 모델 뷰어의 실행으로 얻어진 결과중, 철사형, 솔리드형, 포인트형의 출력을 보인다. 지형 형상화의 결과를 보이기 위하여, 여기서는 프랙탈 격자형 중간점 이동 알고리즘에 의하여 만들어진 데이터를 사용하였다.

  • 기존의 대부분의 퍼지 제어기는 퍼지 추론시 [0, 1]의 소속도를 갖는 퍼지 소속함수들의 실수연산으로 인하여 연산수행 속도가 저하되는 문제를 가지고 있다 따라서 본 논문에서는 실수연산으로 인하여 야기되었던 속도 저하문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 퍼지연산 기법으로 실수 값을 갖는 퍼지 소속함수 값을 정수형 격자(pixel)에 매핑시켜 정수형 퍼지 소속 함수값만을 가지고 연산함으로써 기존의 퍼지제어기에 비해 매우 빠른 연산을 수행 할 수 있는 고속 퍼지제어기를 제안한다. 또한 퍼지 제어시스템 설계시에 퍼지 입출력 변수들의 퍼지항들을 입력시킬 수 있는 GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 제공하여 소속함수의 수정 및 퍼지 값 입력시 사용자에게 보다 편리한 환경을 제공한다

GoBean: a Java GUI application for visual exploration of GO term enrichments

  • We have developed a biologist-friendly, Java GUI application (GoBean) for GO term enrichment analysis. It was designed to be a comprehensive and flexible GUI tool for GO term enrichment analysis, combining the merits of other programs and incorporating extensive graphic exploration of enrichment results. An intuitive user interface with multiple panels allows for extensive visual scrutiny of analysis results. The program includes many essential and useful features, such as enrichment analysis algorithms, multiple test correction methods, and versatile filtering of enriched GO terms for more focused analyses. A unique graphic interface reflecting the GO tree structure was devised to facilitate comparisons of multiple GO analysis results, which can provide valuable insights for biological interpretation. Additional features to enhance user convenience include built in ID conversion, evidence code-based gene-GO association filtering, set operations of gene lists and enriched GO terms, and user -provided data files. 이족 보행로봇의 균형추 형태에 따른 안정성 해석 (A Stability Analysis of a Biped Walking Robot about Balancing Weight)

  • This paper is concerned with a balancing motion formulation and control of the ZMP (Zero Moment Point) for a biped-walking robot that has a prismatic balancing weight or a revolute balancing weight. The dynamic stability equation of a walking robot which have a prismatic balancing weight is conditionally linear but a walking robot's stability equation with a revolute balancing weight is nonlinear. For a stable gait, stabilization equations of a biped-walking robot are modeled as non-homogeneous second order differential equations for each balancing weight type, and a trajectory of balancing weight can be directly calculated with the FDM (Finite Difference Method) solution of the linearized differential equation. In this paper, the 3dimensional graphic simulator is developed to get and calculate the desired ZMP and the actual ZMP. The operating program is developed for a real biped-walking robot IWRⅢ. Walking of 4 steps will be simulated and experimented with a real biped-walking robot. This balancing system will be applied to a biped humanoid robot, which consist legs and upper body, as a future work.
