Recently, due to the primary emphasis of health industry and to the restriction of budget, setting the priorities for effective and efficient investment on the medical device and material products has been one of the critical issues in the government sector. This paper shows how an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model can be used for assessing selected medical device and material products for grant of the Ministry of Health & Welfare. The final results show that unabsorbable suture is the most attractive medical device product among 88 evaluated products, followed by IV cannula, central venous catheter.

We present preliminary numerical simulations of tilted-disk accretion around a rotating black hole. Our goal is to explore whether hydrodynamic instabilities near the Bardeen-Petterson radius could be responsible for generating moderate-frequency quasi-periodic oscillations in X-ray binaries. We review the relevant general relativistic hydrodynamic equations, and discuss preliminary results on the structure and dynamics of a thin, Keplerian disk.

In this paper, the plan to invigorate regional marine tourism is discussed. The southwest area of Jeonnam province is famous for its beautiful islands and seashore line which has richness and variety of marine life. A solution of tourists increment by leisure sports utilizing islands and coastline will be proposed MTB tournament held at islands that has historic backgrounds and scenic beauty and its effect on influx of tourist were tracked first. Next application of mud flats boot around seaside and connection with experience program of seaside village were also examined. These activities will contribute to development of marine tourism and increase of income for regional people.

This paper suggests the 'growing together' strategy through the instrument of horizontal equalization development fund collected by Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA) governments. This method is a kind of SMA's special grant composed of the real estate related taxes, corporate tax, property-related capital gain tax,. development gain, various charges by 'The Framework Act on the Management of Charges', the sharing of tax revenues. Also the up-zoning and exemption of capital gain tax burden in SMA's plant site sale process is suggested as a another method. Finally governance strategy with contract theories and social agreements point out how mutual duties between two parties can be efficiently managed. Governance system among levels of government is executive strategy that could be used as clarifying and learning tools for co-development by SMA's special grant.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to understand the types of coping strategies that family caregivers experience during the process of caring demented elderly: to grasp the coping strategies used for resolving this problem: and to develop a substantive theory by analyzing the coping types of the family caregivers of demented elderly. Method: The methodology of data collection and analysis used in this study was grounded theory proposed by Strauss and Corbin (1990). The data was collected through in-depth interviews with participants using open-ended and descriptive questions about their coping experiences. All data were were audio-taped and transcribed. The data were collected from February, 2000 to February, 2001. The participants of this study were 17 women. Results: Caregiver's coping types varied according to 'family's support', 'the condition of caregiver's health', 'the relationship with dementia elderly', 'family perception of dementia', 'fixed idea of traditional female role' and 'economic state'. In this study, five types of coping strategies were emerged: active role allotment tyle, meaning grant tyle, devotion tyle, duty defense type, and pessimism type. Among these, those who belong to the types of active role allotment, meaning grant, and devotion, including caregiver's good health were found to adapt themselves to caregiver roles. Conclusion: The results of this study may be helpful for developing effective and individualized nursing strategies suitable for individual caregivers coping types. It is suggested to practice nursing mediation and to analyze the changes in nursing effect and family members' adaptation based on coping types of the well-adapted caregivers as we as on their affirmative coping strategy.

The objects, which can be personal digital assistants, electronic rings, doors or even clothes, offer embedded chips with computation facilities and are generally called artifacts. I later realized that this was not so the real problem is actually authentication. Recent results indicate scalability problems for flat ad hoc networks. Sensor network achieves function that handle surrounding information perception through sensor and sensed information to network that is consisted of sensor nodes of large number. Research about new access control techniques and height administration techniques need authentication information persons' certification assurance level classification in sensor network environment which become necessary different view base with authentication information at node for application of AAA technology in USN environment that must do authentication process using information that is collected from various sensor mountings. So, get base authentication information in sensor type and present weight grant model by security strength about authentication information through information who draw. In this paper collected information of sensor nodes model who give weight drawing security reinforcement as authentication information by purpose present be going to. and Must be able to can grasp special quality of each sensor appliances in various side and use this and decide authentication assurance level for value estimation as authentication information elements. Therefore, do to define item that can evaluate Authentication information elements thus and give simple authentication assurance level value accordingly because applying weight. Present model who give authentication assurance level value and weight for quotation according to security strength.

Recently a novel in vivo approach in dogs, using a regional segmental intestinal perfusion technique, has been developed. The perfusion tube consists of a highly sophisticated multichannel tube with two inflatable occluding balloons, which are placed in 10cm apart. The tube was introduced orally from the stomach through the upper jejunum under the guidance of solid-state pH meter. In the present study, four healthy dogs were infused in the proximal jejunum on two periods. The two perfusion experiments used the same flow rate, 2 $m\ell$/min, and the same perfusion solution to determine the intrasubject variability. The mean (${\pm}$ S. E.) fractions of ranitidine absorbed calculated from the perfusion data were 21.32${\pm}$2.01% (n=3) (1st period), 27.88 ${\pm}$ 17.54% (n=4) (2nd period), respectively. The effective permeabilities (Peffs${\times}$10$\^$4/) of ranitidine were 1.51${\pm}$0.47cm/sec (n=3) (1st period), 1.50 ${\pm}$ 0.31 cm/sec (n=4) (2nd period), respectively. The pH and osmolarity of perfusion solution were 7.50 ${\pm}$ 0.03 and 300 ${\pm}$ 0.06 mOsm/L, There was no significant intrasubject variation. Mixing equilibrium (steady-state) was reached at about 50 min. l-Phenylalanine was absorbed almost completely. Intrinsic intestinal wall permeability of ranitidine showed low permeable characteristics, suggesting permeability-limited absorption. The absorption of 1-phenylalanine, an actively transported nutrient, was not inhibited by ranitidine. The low intestinal membrane permeability is one of the important factors responsible for the variable oral absorption of ranitidine. Supported by FDA Grant FD01462-04 and KOSEF Grant.
