해외 한식당 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 매체 및 한식당 이용에 대한 태도 분석 - 한식당 이용 경험 및 국가별 차이를 중심으로 - (Foreign Customers' Attitudes Towards Overseas Korean Restaurants - Focusing on Korean Restaurant Experiences and Cross-national Differences -)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose effective marketing communication strategies for overseas Korean restaurants through a multilateral comparison analysis of American, Chinese, and Japanese consumers' attitudes towards communication media and Korean restaurants. The survey was written in English, Chinese, and Japanese, with guideline for surveyors, and conducted using both online and offline methods. Samples were collected from five major cities - Los Angeles, New York, Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai, which are the foothold for the globalization of Korean food. When it comes to attitudes towards communication media, word-of-mouth showed a high mean value, indicating it as the most useful and reliable media recognized by consumers who visited Korean restaurants. Furthermore, the necessity of recognizing the importance of visual communication in the physical environment of Korean restaurants and specialized websites, featuring restaurants and gourmet food, was observed. Consumers in all three nations chose word-of-mouth as the most useful and reliable media for learning about Korean restaurants. In addition, American consumers highly depended on signage and restaurant exteriors. Chinese consumers highly recognized the usefulness and reliability of offline media, such as newspapers, magazines, and events, while Japanese consumers considered online media, such as gourmet websites, blogs and social networks, as useful and reliable sources. A significantly positive attitude and high value was observed in all who had visited Korean restaurants. American and Japanese consumers had a significantly higher rate of intention to visit Korean restaurants in the future and to tell others about their satisfaction with Korean restaurants. Meanwhile, the average rate of prior preference for Korean restaurants (when choosing restaurants) was the lowest in all three countries. This study is useful for both the Korean government and food enterprises abroad to plan and develop marketing communication strategies properly for overseas Korean restaurants.

  • Food goods traded between Korea and Japan during the middle period of the Cho Sun era included Insam (Jinseng), rice, beans, honey, perilla oil, starch, adlay, walnuts, pine nuts, jujubes, hazelnuts, and dired chestnuts as exports ; and pepper as imports. The number of Japanese envoies that visited regularly was one thousand five hundred people a year. The receptions that were held for them during the middle period equaled those of the first term of the Cho Sun era, but these receptions were only held in Pu-san. The expense of daily meals was broken down into 8 grades ranging from \129,300 to 2133. The daily meals included Jo-ban (breakfast), Jo-seok-ban (breakfast and dinner), and Ju-jeom-shim (lunch) for the Japanese who visited regularly. During the course of a year, the total amount spent on daily meals was put at a billion won. The banquet style meals included Ha-seon-da-rye (a welcome tea party), Ha-seon-yeon (a welcome banquet), No-cha-yeon (a banquet that was held on the street), and Ye-dan-da-rye (a drink banquet that was held when silk was offered as a gift). It also included Byeol-yeon (a banquet out of the dordinary), Sang-seon-yeon (a farewell banquet), and Myong-il-yeon (a banquet that was held on a national holiday). The banquet style meals were composed of Ceon-tack (to set a table for dinner), Sang-hwa (a flower that was put on the food), Kwan-hwa (to offer a flower when a banquet was held), Ju-9-jan (the ninth wine glass), Dae-seon (meat), music, and Jung-bae-rye (a banquet that was held again after a banquet). The Cho Sun government held banquets forty five times for the Japanese, the food expense for the banquets was put at two hundred and thirty million won.

제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on CSFs in the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통하여 제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인을 도출하고, 제4차 산업혁명을 선도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 성공요인을 실증적으로 검증하는데 있다. 문헌 연구 결과, 리더쉽', '변화관리', '최고경영층 지원', '전략적 조화', '교육훈련', '의사결정 위양', '팀워크', '조직문화', '소통', '프로젝트 관리'의 10개의 성공요인이 도출되었다. 제4차 산업혁명에 관련된 산업계에 해당되는 기업의 CIO와 CEO를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문 조사로서는 상당히 높은 64.4%의 응답률을 보였다. 설문 분석 결과 응답자는 '전략적 조화', 가장 중요한 성공요인으로 이어서 '최고경영층 지원', '리더쉽', '변화관리', '프로젝트 관리', '팀워크', 소통', '교육훈련', '조직 문화', 의사결정 위양' 순으로 평가하였었다. 제4차 산업혁명의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 (1) 추진 전략의 구체화와 정교화, (2) 정부, 공공기관, 연구기관, 대학, 산업계의 효과적인 네트워크 구축, (3) 전략적이고 장기적인 계획, (4) 추진 전략의 차별화와 글로벌 협력체계 구축이 요청된다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 아도르노의 미메시스와 벤야민의 '적극적 동반자' 개념을 통해 문래동 예술촌의 공공예술 실천에 대해 분석하고, 새로운 장르의 공공예술 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 아도르노의 미메시스론과 문화산업 비판론, 벤야민의 미학을 중심으로 이론적 논의를 행하고 공공예술의 개념과 현실 맥락적 특징들을 성찰적으로 검토했다. 이를 바탕으로 예술가 네트워크뿐만 아니라, 지역주민 그리고 철공소 노동자 네트워크에서 새로운 공공예술의 실현 가능성을 발견하고, 그들의 적극적인 개입과 참여를 통한 새로운 공공예술 실천 사례를 심층적으로 분석했다. 이 연구의 의의는 문래동으로 상징되는 공공예술 영역에서 각각의 관계 맺기가 공공예술 실천을 어떻게 가능하게 하는지 분석하고, 나아가 새로운 장르의 공공예술 실천의 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다.

지방공무원의 직무스트레스가 구강건강 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The effects of occupational stress on oral health impact profile (OHIP) in local government workers)

  • Objectives : This study looked at the relationship between occupational stress and the Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP), to evaluate the effect of occupational stress-related factors. Methods : Data was obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 260 local officials in Gangwondo. The research comprised three questions relating to subjective oral symptoms, an occupational stress measurement tool and an oral health impact factor which was composed of questions. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and path analysis in Amos. Results : Occupational stress had a positive correlation to drinking frequency, Oral symptoms had a negative correlation. And drinking frequency, smoking amount and occupational stress had a positive correlation to oral symptoms. It denoted that drinking frequency, occupational stress and oral symptoms had a negative correlation to OHIP. The path model had an excellent goodness of fit (p=0.07, namely p>0.05). Five 'goodness-of-fit indices' of the model were all above 0.9: GFI=0.987, AGFI=0.952, NFI=0.902, IFI=0.939, CFI=0.934), and its RMSEA was 0.045. Occupational stress and oral symptoms had a firsthand impact on OHIP. In addition, it affected OHIP through the parameters of oral symptoms. Occupational stress exercised a firsthand influence on drinking frequency, drinking frequency exercised a firsthand influence on smoking amount. Smoking amount had a firsthand impact on oral symptoms. Conclusions: Oral health education programs for the development of an improved oral hygiene environment through reduction in drinking and smoking also need to focus on relieving stress by improving workplace culture. In addition, due to good communication is required to reduce occupational stress caused by interpersonal conflict.

국내 공공데이터 관련 뉴스 의미망 분석을 통한 공공정책 연구 (A Study on Public Policy through Semantic Network Analysis of Public Data related News in Korea)

  • 공공데이터는 정부 3.0을 기점으로 공급자 위주의 정보 개방에서 국민 개개인 중심의 맞춤형 정보 공유의 형태로 변모했다. 이에 따라 정부는 공공데이터의 가치를 극대화하고 재사용을 높이고자 관련 정책 및 사업을 펼치고 있다. 본 연구는 뉴스에 드러난 공공데이터 관련 이슈를 분석하여 이슈별 정부 기관 및 정부 사업 현황을 알아보고자 한다. 공공데이터를 포함하는 국내 온라인 뉴스와 공공기관 입찰정보를 대상으로 의미망 분석을 실시했으며 도출된 주요 주제어를 공공데이터에 내재된 사회적, 경제적 가치와 연결시키는 작업을 수행했다. 분석 결과 공공데이터 관련 주요 이슈는 공공데이터 접근성 확대, 신기술의 성장, 이해관계자들 간 협력과 갈등, 민간부문의 활용으로 나뉘었으며 이는 각각 투명성, 효율성, 참여성, 혁신 메커니즘과 밀접한 연관성을 보였다. 이슈별 주요 기관으로는 투명성이 기획재정부와 서울특별시, 효율성이 문화체육관광부와 경기도, 참여성이 산업통상자원부와 인천광역시, 혁신이 국토교통부와 경상북도가 해당되었으며 대부분의 이슈들이 정부주도로 형성되고 있었다.

코로나19 백신 관련 트위터 상의 이슈 확산 양상 분석: 이슈 현저성을 중심으로 (Analysis of the Spread of Issues Related to COVID-19 Vaccine on Twitter: Focusing on Issue Salience)

  • 이 연구는 코로나19 백신 접종 도입 단계에서 트위터 상에서 코로나19 백신과 관련된 이슈가 어떻게 확산되었는지 이슈 현저성을 중심으로 규명하기 위해 네트워크 분석을 했다. 1기(백신 도입 초기: 2021년 3월 7일~4월 3일), 2기(접종률 정체기: 2021년 4월 4일~4월 22일), 3기(접종률 증가기: 2021년 4월 23일~5월 5일)로 시기를 구분하고 시기에 따른 이슈 확산 경향을 분석했다. 자료의 수집과 분석에는 노드엑셀(NodeXL) 프로그램을 사용하였다. 코로나19 백신과 연관성이 높은 검색어를 입력하여 일별 트위터 네트워크 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 분석 기간 전체에서 부작용 관련 의견이 반복적으로 형성되어 부작용 관련 이슈의 현저성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 접종률이 증가하고 접종 후 사망사례가 보도된 후 사망 관련 이슈도 트위터에서 부각되었다. 반면 트위터에서 백신 안전성 관련 이슈는 크게 주목받지 못했다. 본 연구 결과는 국가의 재난재해 위기가 발생했을 때 이슈 확산 채널로서 소셜미디어의 역할을 제고하고, 정부가 소셜미디어 상의 공중의 의견을 상시 모니터링하여 향후 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략 방안에 반영해야 할 필요성을 강조한다.

A. 베스투줴프-마를린스키의 『아말라트-벡』에 나타난 러시아 제국주의 (Russian Imperialist Ambition in A. Bestuzhev-Marlinsky's Allamat-Bek)

  • The theme of Caucasus in Russian literature stemmed from A. Pushkin's The Prisoner of the Caucasus (1820) became expended when it reached to writer Bestuzhev-Marlinsky. The writer's magnum opus, Allamat-Bek (1832), was based on a real historical event. Being proponent to the side of Russian ideology, this work strongly presents that the primary task the Russian Imperialist government paused in this region at the time was civilization of the Caucasus through diplomatic and humanistic ways. There are three main protagonists in this work, but Berkhovsky and Sultan Akhmet-Khan are the characters who stand for the contradictory views toward the "war between Russia- Caucasus." While the former, Berkhovsky, thinks that the conflict between the two parties might be solved by means of communication and cooperation, the latter, on the other hand, is opposed to any of peaceful completion of this war. Allamat-Bek, the main hero of this work, however, passes away, going back and forth between loyalty and renegation. The author goes on to describe that Berkhovsky considers the Caucasus as Eden, the land of fruits, unlike Russia which appears as the land of labor. Yet, for Berkhovsky the Caucasus is presented as the land which needs enlightenment. This is the transformation of the so-called typical Western Orientalism. Bestuzhev-Marlinsky does not take side of either evil or good between the Russian Orthodoxy and the Islam, that is the conflict between the two opponent parties. The writer, instead, argues that this is just difference between the familiar and the strange, that is, the svoi and the chuzhoi. What is the very picture the writer wants to show the reader, then, is that it is petty and sad to see the unavoidable violent progress which happened and experienced by the indigenous people during the civilization of the Caucasus by the Russian Imperialist government.

도심지 상업지역의 정부 지원사업 효과 분석 (Government-funded Projects' Effects in Revitalizing the Urban Commercial District for Small and Medium Retail Merchants)

  • Purpose - This study reviews the achievements of a pilot project for the revitalization of a commercial district performed for three years after its establishment in 2011. The project for the revitalization of the commercial district was performed to create a new local community space in connection with the traditional market and nearby districts. Although it was a pilot project, the project for the revitalization of the commercial district has been performed for almost three years. Therefore, this seems a proper time to conduct an interim evaluation of the project. This study aims to review and evaluate how the government support policy is influential for the revitalization of the commercial district. In other words, this research aims to identify what projects positively affected consumers' intention to revisit the downtown commercial area among the commercial district revitalization projects-promotion events, promotion activities, education, merchants cooperation system, IT projects, cultural events, and residents' communication. Research design, data, and methodology - This study designated seven management improvement projects affecting commercial district revitalization based on preceding studies. The survey of the degree of satisfaction on seven management improvement projects was executed targeting consumers who visited the commercial areas. Additionally, visitors' revisit intentions regarding currently visited commercial areas were also investigated. Therefore, revisit intention was set as a dependent variable and the satisfaction degrees of the respective management improvement projects were set as the independent variables. A total of 1,209 consumers were examined in six districts in the country. Result - Multiple regression analysis results showed that cultural events, education, the merchants' cooperation system, and IT projects brought statistically significant effects to the revisit intentions of consumers. In contrast, promotion events, resident communication projects, and promotion activities did not affect the revisit intentions of consumers. Particularly, the residents' communication project did not show significant influence because of consumers' recognition that it is similar to a cultural event. Conclusion - The following implications for the revitalization of business districts in the urban central area are drawn. From a general perspective, the businesses of culture, education, and cooperative system among seven businesses play positive roles regarding the intention to revisit so that the project is required to be promoted periodically through unique performances differentiated for each district, the merchant training reinforced for professionalism, and the expansion of joint events of merchants. Moreover, the sales promotion project and public relations activity are shown to be not influential to the intention to revisit. Therefore, while short-term sales promotion such as one-time gift events are required, sales promotion and public relation activities to induce revisits by mileage savings and accumulated gift presentation to attract long-term customers are required. The IT business is positively influential to the intention of revisit. Therefore, detailed information on the revitalized commercial district should be provided and additional functions such as discount coupons for continuous utilization should be included in the mobile app and the website.

국방시설 이전사업 적지 선정시 갈등방지에 관한 연구 (A Study on Conflict Prevention in the Site Selection of National Defense Facility Relocation Projects)

  • 본 연구는 전주항공대 이전 사업을 중심으로 국방시설 이전 과정에서 발생하는 갈등의 원인과 특성을 분석하고, 효과적인 갈등 관리 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 도시화로 인해 군사시설이 도심 속으로 편입되면서 이전의 필요성이 증가하였고, 이 과정에서 정부, 군, 지역 주민 간의 이해관계 충돌로 인한 갈등이 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 문헌 연구와 설문조사를 통해 갈등의 원인과 해결 방안에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 정보 제공과 의견 수렴의 부족, 소음과 재산가치 하락, 일방적인 의사결정 과정 등이 주요 갈등 요인으로 도출되었다. 참여적 의사결정 방식이 갈등 해결에 효과적임을 확인하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 제도적 개선 방안, 정보 공개 및 소통 강화, 종합적 보상 체계 마련, 갈등 관리 전문성 강화 등의 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국방시설 이전 사업에서 참여적 의사결정의 중요성을 실증적으로 확인하고, 갈등 관리를 위한 구체적인 정책 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
