The seriousness of greenhouse gas exhaustions and energy use of the building has increased, the world is making an effort with many requests and the consultation for sustainable development. For this reason, Green Building Certification Criteria has been implemented to reduce environmental load, high-performance and environmentally friendly in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. In response to the global trend like this, the Korean Government has induced the eco-friendly construction and sustainable development to implement the G-SEED (Green Building Certification Criteria of Korea) in 2002. However, in spite of the many authentication result, G-SEED has been pointed out that it needs for improve in the evaluation system of Apartment sector which accounts for more than 40% of the authentication. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest improvements in the evaluation system. To achieve this, this study have selected for LEED, BREEAM, DGNB of comparison target, drawn improvements through comparing transition process in G-SEED.

Objectives : This paper is written to identify the origin of the nature of medicinals in Rhymes(藥性歌) in Korean medical books and to analyze their creativity. Methods : We analysed the nature of medicinals in Rhymes contained Chinese and Korean medical books. Results : The Korean medical book New Edition on Universal Relife(濟衆新編), published by Chosun government, recorded the nature of medicinals in Rhymes Recovery from All Ailments(萬病回春) mostly untouched. It can be evaluated the early model of Chosun's nature of medicinals in Rhymes. New Edition on Universal Relife, Gains and Losses of Medical Orthodoxy(醫宗損益) added new rhymes using familiar herbs and vegetables got easily, most new rhymes founded medicinal part of Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine (東醫寶鑑). Conclusions : The nature of medicinals in Rhymes is an approach to simplify and improve access on herbal medicine, and is quoted in various forms throughout medical books of Chosun. The entitling it as 'scientific research of herbal medicine based on the nature of medicinals in Rhymes' can clearly be seen as description about superficial result, to persist the decadence of Chosun medicine.

The concept of municipal police is in contrast to the national police, which is in charge of the overall people. With increased localization, the need for a municipal police system is emphasized in each region. This study is intended to analyze the role of municipal police uniform considering the change in security from the national to the local level based on the introduction of municipal police system. The study investigators developed the concept of centralized national police system and decentralized self-governing municipal police system based on a literature review and Internet research. The investigators analyzed the design of municipal police uniform by reviewing the systems in several other countries. The results revealed specific formative features of municipal police uniform such as representative ambivalence, expression of visual language, manifest visibility, and reflection of regional characteristics. The municipal police uniform is adapted to changes in local government requiring a shift of awareness on to municipal police compared with the existing national police. The creation of a municipal police uniform enhances the efficiency of work by projecting a resident-friendly image, social support and cooperation, which play a huge role in illustrating the exemplary service to promote a stable and peaceful society locally.

The comparison of demand and supply is needed for efficient ecosystem services planning. However, the gap between them cannot be analyzed as existing studies mainly dealt with only the supply of ecosystem services. This study compares the demand and supply of ecosystem services in Shiheung using environmental complaints and urban planning by semantic network analysis. As a result, 'air' and 'water' quality are magnified in demand, 'energy' and 'water' are crucial in supply. This result presents that citizen ask for the improvement of air quality in regulation services, although local government has plans for energy support in provisioning services. Periodic ecosystem services demand and supply monitoring will be the base of effective ecosystem services planning, which reduce insufficiency and surplus.

The Korean government developed an organizational maturity model for public data quality management based on international standards to evaluate the data quality management level of public organizations, However, as the model has too many indicators to apply on the site, a new model with reduced number of indicators is proposed in this paper. First, the number of processes is reduced by integrating and modifying the processes of the previous model. Second, a new maturity evaluation method is proposed based on capability levels focused on the activity, not on the process. Third, the maturity level of public data quality management is represented by five discrete levels or real values of 1 through 5. Finally, characteristics of the proposed model are compared with those of the previous model.

Objective: This study aimed to examine the status of South Korean unification education for young children by reviewing Nuri curriculum developed by the Korean government. Method: Literature review was adopted in order to analyze the contents of the Nuri curriculum teachers'manuals under the areas and elements of unification education. Results: Unification education has been designed to accelerate unification, to promote the values and attitudes toward the unification of the two Koreas, and to prepare for the post-unification period. This education can be categorized into specific areas: democratic community, democratic citizenship, peacekeeping and multiculturalism. These areas account for 24.24% of the total contents in the Teachers'Manual of the Nuri curriculum. The percentage of the contents helpful to understand North Korea and unification, however, is merely 0.25% of the total contents, and the elements are not fairly balanced. Such content coverage of the teacher's manuals for kindergartens is 2.83% higher than that for preschools. Conclusion/Implications: The implications of this analysis include that the elements of unification education should take a more balanced approach with more integrated and broader coverage. The elements also need to be revised so that both kindergarteners and preschoolers can get access to unification education of the same quality.

This study investigated the Infant Institutional Household (IIH) for the care of infants. The purpose was to provide basic information needed to raise Korea's birth rate and to design higher level nursing facilities which can satisfy working mothers who are presently offered few facilities. To achieve this purpose. IIM was divided into 7 sub-functional stations : planning-management, marketing, materials-management, business-management, man power-management, financial-management and control etc. The results are as follows : 1. Kind of facilities : Infants'(full responsibility) Institutional Household. 2. Number of infants : total 19 babies. 3. Ratio of infants to teachers : one to one (Contained assistance teachers) 4. Installing region : convenient traffic place - in Seoul. 5. Building site and kind : the first floor space of 60pyung (198㎡) in the Apartment complex which . contained many apartments of small size. 6. Nursing time : 24-hour day care in weekdays Age of object : age from 1month to 24months old babies(after his/her birth). 7. Kind of services and Cost : mother-like care, cost includes nursing-fee, a deposit and admission-fee. 8. Economic Condition and managing direction : pursuit limited profits with nursing-fee, admission-fee, a loan and national (or self -government of direct) supplementary funds.

Recent, Secure the small and medium-sized enterprises from advanced and intelligence cyber threat, 24 hours of prevention, detection and analysis is essential. Small and Medium Business monitoring center is operated by government financial support to protect and prevent these threats. Currently it provides security to about 900 small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper studies abnormal and attack packets from small and medium-sized businesses[enterprises] which is monitored by Small and Medium Business monitoring center and provides improvement of security control for small and medium-sized enterprises.

At this present, the world is in the era of digital and culture.Tourist resources through cultural infrastructure have been a crucial factor of a country's competitiveness. A Museum is tourism resource facility like one of core cultural infrastructures which provides experiential culture, history and tradition. The field of a planning and a design for a museum should be recognized like professional design industry.n Korea, the government has various laws and systems to support the design promotion policy but it is not sufficient. If you plan to extend the scope of the maintenance of law and institutions As today 'Exhibition Industry Development Act, which is responsible for maintenance, including a permanent exhibition area in the exhibition industry facilities will be efficient alternative. And also, it would like to analyze states of the orders in the exhibition design industry for past five years (2010 ~ 2014) and show the problems and alternatives. Exhibition business-related orders investigation into the recent five years to analyze and suggest improvements. In the delivery method it was found three types of goods, the services, the delivery method through the analysis of the enforcement order to the Corporation and that are mixed.If these alternatives has been reviewed and used for basic data to promote professional companies and designers for museums, it must be expected to be well worth a careful study.

Since the cyber defense has been dependent on commercial products and protection systems, in aspect of the recent trends, our cyber defence ecosystem can be more vulnerable. In case of general defense weapon companies, they have to be observed by the government such as certain proprietary technologies and products for the protection from the enemy. On the contrary, most cyber weapon companies have not been managed like that. For this reason, cyber attack can reach to the inside of our military through the security hole of commercial products. In this paper, we enhanced a military cyber protection ecosystems out of enemy attacks and analyze the hypothetical scenarios to evaluate and verify the vulnerability, and finally more securable ecosystem of military protection system is presented politically and technically.
