  • A waterfall is a channel unit with steep bedrock. No strict criteria for height, water volume, gradient to define waterfalls exist in Korea. The goal of our study is to classify waterfalls based on morphological forms which are the outcomes of developmental processes. The genesis of waterfall depends upon erosional properties of waterfall. The height, gradient, bedrock strength and stream power of waterfalls are regarded as the main factors, by which waterfalls can be classified. We find out that the most important factor for the development of waterfalls is joint system. Development of joint system varies depending on bedrocks. Flow directions and erosional types are decided by the density and direction of joint system in the bedrock, which also decide the height and gradient of stream bed. Joint type decides the gradients of the bed, gradient and height of waterfalls, therefore, decides morphological forms.

  • Moon Jae-In government, which took power through the candlelight revolution, has put forward a "People First Economy". To realize this goal, the government promised to increase the growth rate of fiscal spending and the proportion of welfare spending compared to the conservative government in the past. This direction is desirable, but it does not meet the expectations of the progressive camp, which has hoped larger-scale welfare through active increased taxation. Above all, it would be hard to overcome the structural risks facing our economy through this policy. More bold fiscal policy is needed. For the time being, it is desirable to push for taxing on top-income households, corporations, and high-value assets, and to make sure that the tax levied on rental income is well established. If these tasks are well realized, it is necessary to move toward the next stage of welfare expansion and increased taxation.

  • Reappraisal is a process to examine the past appraisal decision. The reappraisal theory is based on two facts: first, appraisal decision can not be always correct, second, the archival value is changed by time. So, reappraisal policy should complement the limit of the first appraisal results, which is based on the function analysis. To achieve this goal, it is needed to use different process and methods from the first appraisal. However, existing reappraisal system does not meet the essential purpose of reappraisal. This article examined the limit of the reappraisal policy. To complement the problems, this article set a direction and suggested the subject-based reappraisal. The aim of this study is to present the methods to document the society of the generation.

  • In this paper, we implement an Android application for infant language education using marker-based augmented reality. Combining animal word markers (noun), size/color word markers (adjective), and action word markers (verb) in puzzle form to make a simple sentence, the application shows virtual contents related to the content of the sentence. For example, when an animal marker is showed up on a camera, the corresponding animal appears. Additionally, when the motion markers are combined, the animal's appearance changes into an animation in which it acts. When a user touched a marker, user can hear the sound of the word, which gives an auditory effect, and by adding the rotation function, user can see the animation in any direction. Our goal is to increase infants' interest in learning language and also increase the effectiveness of education on the meaning of words and the structure of simple sentences, by encouraging them to actively participate in language learning through visual and auditory stimuli.

  • The effects of artificial intelligence technology is social science research as research on the impact on industry and changes in daily life, etc. This means that developing 'emotion AI' will prepare 'next-generation 3D-vector-sensitive AI'. This suggests the main keywords of the tertiary AI decision-making power. Particularly important results will be achieved because of the importance of current unethical learning and the implementation of decision-making systems that reflect ethical value judgments. This is a data based simulation, and required (1)Available data, (2)the technology for the goal of simulation. This takes into account the general content of the intended simulation based research. Currently, existing researches focus on meaningful research motivation, but this study presents the direction of technology. So, empirical analysis is consistent with the decision-making power of each country vs. new technology firms for AI on ehtic responsibility. As a result, there is a need for a concrete contribution and interpretation that can be achieved for the ethic Responsibility, on the technical side of AI / ML. In AI decision making, analytic power of human empathy should be included tech own trust.
