Dissecting aortic aneurysm is relatively rare in those under 40 years of age without high risk factors. After dessecting aortic aneurysm is occured, the coronary artery is rarely perfused by false lumen. We present a thirty two-year-old man who showed Debakey type 1 dissecting aortic aneurysm with right coronary artery perfused by false lumen of ascending aorta and with congestive heart failure due to aortic insufficiency without discernible risk factor. Medical and surgical treament(Modified Bentall's operation) were successfully performed. The pathologic report showed combined cystic medial necrosis. Now he is well tolerated and stable only with anticoagulation during follow up 18 months.

From design to serial production, aircraft should go thorough complicated certification procedure from airworthiness authority such as Type Certificate, Production Certificate and Certificate of Airworthiness. On the other hand, aircraft components are mandated to receive Technical Standard Order Approval and Production Manufacture Approval before commercial use. As domestic aircraft and LRUs are currently under development, Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement is promoted for the purpose of increasing aviation safety as well as foreign export. This paper describes the basic aircraft certification procedure and compares the difference in the certification system of US and Korea. Thorough this, it is attempted to suggest a requirements for establishing international certification system.

Objective : To investigate the therapeutic effects of HangAm-Plus (HAP) on advanced gastric cancer patient. Methods : A 53 year old male patient diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer (T3N3M1) was admitted to EWCC (East-West Cancer Center) on Nov. 20008. He had refused to go through the standard cancer regimen after having total gastrectomy on Jul 2008. The patient was treated with HAP (3,000 mg/day) for the period of 11 months from Nov 27th, 2008 to Oct 10th, 2009. Computed tomography (CT) and endoscopy were used to evaluate the disease progression of the patient. Results : HAP treatment was well tolerated by the patient. Patient has shown 25 months of stable disease condition up until now. Conclusion : This case study supports HAP's potential efficacy in treating advanced gastric cancer patients.

Results and Conclusions Most of Herbs for the Soeumin were processed for filling up BoMyungGiJu(保命之主).

The importance of business problem-solving creativity (BPSC) becomes crucial much more as competitive situations go on in the market. However, how to assess the BPSC remains an unsolved research issue yet in the literature. In this sense, this study proposes an exploratory analysis of the BPSC from the view of neuro-science experiments called fNIRS. The fNIRS represents a functional near-infrared spectroscopy, a new type of neuro-science research paradigm. This study proposes an exploratory level of how to conduct the fNIRS-based experiments to analyze the BPSC.

Maek Kyoung(Mai Jing, 脈經) is the first chinese specialized book of diagnostics written by Wang Hee(Wang xi, 王熙) from Seo Jin(xi jin, 西晉). He assorted the contents with pulse and medical examination from Nae Kyoung(nei jing, 內經), Nan Kyoung(nan jing, 難經), Sang Han Ron(shang han lun, 傷寒論) and Jung Jang Kyoung(zhong cang jing, 中藏經). And united with his own research, he explains medical examination and the way of talking the pulse by classifying into entrance and class. Maek Kyoung(Mai Jing, 脈經) was imported Korea by Ji Chong(zhi cong, 知聰) AD 561, and he passed through Ko Ku Ryeo(gao gou li, 高句麗) with Nae Wei Jeon(nei wai dian, 內外典), Yak Seo(yao shu, 藥書), Myung Dang Do(ming tang tu, 明堂圖) and Maek Kyoung(Mai Jing, 脈經) to be naturalized in Japan. This treatise make a special study of the second volume of the Maek Kyoung. It consists of the four chapters: Pyoung Sam Kwan Eum Yang E Sip Sa Ki Maek Je II(平三關陰陽二十四氣脈第一), Pyoung In Young Sin Mun Ki Ku Jeon Hu Maek Je E(平人迎神門氣口前後脈第二), Pyoung Sam Kwan Byoung Hu Byoung Chi Eui Je Sam(平三關病侯幷治宜第三), and Pyoung Gi Kyoung Pal Maek Byoung Je Sa(平寄經八脈病第四). Bi Geup Choun Geum Yo Bang(備急千金要方) and Eui Hak Ip Mun(醫學入門) quoted from the contents in the second volume of Maek Kyoung, and Bin Ho Maek Hak(瀕湖脈學), Gi Kyoung Pal Maek Go(奇經八脈攷) and Maek Eo(脈語) extracted from contents in the second volume of the Maek Kyoung and requoted from this contents. Contents in the second volume of the Maek Kyoung have very valuable data like that, but the literature on this subject in the form of a treatise has not been yet in Korea. So I hope this study will be useful to develope Diagnostics by correcting translation and interpretation and fixing wrong translation.

We measured the antioxidant activities of Oak mushroom (Lentinula edodes) in browned sawdust medium under conditions of varying LED sources and amounts of light. Consequently, exposure to 200Lx blue LED resulted in highly efficient browning; the most efficient browning was shown at 200Lx, regardless of the type of luminous source. We identified that quantities obtained with the blue luminous source increased compared to those in other treatment plots. The DPPH radical scavenging test conducted to examine antioxidant activity revealed that the red luminous source caused high radical scavenging compared to efficient browning. The fruiting body for Nongjin-go, as a treatment plot with the highest scavenging, under a 400Lx red luminous source was $34.3{\pm}1.80%$ and that for 'Sanjo 701' at a 300lx red luminous source was $32.99{\pm}1.58%$. The polyphenol content, reported to be correlated with DPPH radial scavenging, showed no similar correlation in the 'Nongjin-go' variety. By contrast, 'Sanjo 701' showed a similar association.

To define the molecular mechanism of initiation and termination of diapause during the embryogenesis of silkworm, Bombyx mori, mRNA transcripts from diapausing eggs and diapause activated eggs were compared with differential expression using cDNA array. Among those clones, mRNA transcript from hsp20.8A, which was expressed at a high level in diapausing eggs that had been incubated at $25^{\circ}C$ for 30 days after oviposition, whereas, in the eggs exposed to $15^{\circ}C$ for 30 days, $5^{\circ}C$ for 60 days, the expression of mRNA decreased. On the other hand, the expression of mRNA during embryogenesis observed abundantly at 4 to 6 days after heat-HCl treatment and later at 9 to 10 days after just before hatching. This result was suggested for us that hsp20.8A was expressed in response to embryogenesis as well as physical stress.

The increased occurrence of flooding due to typhoons and local rainfall has necessitated damage prevention through the systematic construction of damage history and quantitative analysis of flood prediction data. In this study, we constructed a disaster information map for practical use by combining digital images and continuous cadastral maps of damaged areas using a geographic information system to provide basic data and attribute information. In addition, we predicted the areas at risk of flash floods by calculating the flood capacity of the study area for different rainfall frequencies through flood inundation simulation, which was used to obtain comprehensive disaster information. Further, we calculated the extent of the flooded area and the damage rate for different rainfall frequencies using cadastral information. Flood inundation simulation in the case of heavy rainfall was found to help improve the ability to react to a flood and enhance the efficiency of rescue work by supporting decision-making for disaster management.
