개인특성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -글로벌역량의 매개변수를 중심으로- (Study on the Influence of Personal Traits to the Entrepreneurial Intention - Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Globalization Capability -)

  • 본 연구는 창업에서 글로벌역량과 개인특성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향이 있는지에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 전국 성인 남 녀 21세이상 257명을 대상으로 설문 서베이를 실시했다. 연구결과 개인특성으로 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기효능감이 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 글로벌역량을 매개변수로 한 창업의지는 유의적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 각각의 개인특성이 통제된 상황에서 글로벌역량은 창업의지에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구에서 중점적으로 다루고자 한 글로벌역량의 매개적 역할은 개인특성과 창업의지를 매개해주며 높은 설명력을 보여 글로벌역량이 창업의지와 상당한 관련이 있음을 밝혀내었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 창업을 하고자하는 개인과 기존의 창업자뿐만 아니라 창업교육 담당자들에게 기초자료로서 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

  • This study discusses the worldwide railroad related market survey and its analysis. World market of railroad is expected to grow by $4\%$ annually in 2006 and 42 billion euros in total. Europe takes $39\%$ of market and Asia/Australia do $30\%$. It is about $50\%$ of market those Alstom, Bombardier, and Simens take. Important current market trends are Globalization, Concentration, Standardization, Innovation and WTO. 미국경비협회(ASIS)의 전문화와 세계화 전략에 관한 방문연구 (Learning from the ASIS International strategy for specialization and globalization)

  • 미국경비협회(ASIS)는 이미 그들의 표준(Standard)을 세계에 배급하고 이들 전문가들을 조직화하는데 성공하고 있다. 그 저변에는 지난 60여 년 간의 전문화 및 세계화 전략에 따른 각종 프로그램의 실행이 있었다고 판단된다. 이 연구는 산업보안 내지 민간경비의 내부 동력인 보안전문가의 역량을 강화하고 상호 간 네트워크 확산을 통해 전문지식과 기술의 전수 및 발전을 도모하고 있는 해외 사례를 ASIS의 방문조사를 통하여 살펴보았다. 우리도 존립 및 지속가능한 성장 전략, 전문화 및 세계화 전략 등 지난 60년 동안 ASIS가 시행한 각종 활동들을 모델로 삼아 우리나라의 민간경비활동의 효율성을 높이고 통일성을 증진시키고, 지속적으로 민간경비조직의 발전전략을 구사할 수 있는 새로운 출발점으로 삼아야 할 것이다.

한식에 대한 인식이 한식에 대한 이미지, 태도, 세계화와의 영향 관계 - 영어권.일본.중화권을 중심으로 - (The Impact of Understanding Korean Food on Image, Attitude, and Globalization Regarding Korean Food)

  • 본 연구에서 한식에 대한 인식, 이미지, 태도, 세계화에 대한 구성요인들과 영향 관계를 규명하고자 이론적 모델을 제시하고 설문조사를 통해 그 분석결과를 바탕으로 이들 요인간의 영향 관계에 대하여 실증분석을 하였다. 연구방법은 SPSS 13.0을 이용하여 빈도분석 탐색적 요인분석과 Cronbach $\alpha$값을 분석하고, 영향 관계를 분석하기 위해 다중회귀 및 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한식에 대한 인식은 한식의 이미지와 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한식에 대한 이미지는 한식의 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한식에 대한 이미지와 태도는 한식의 세계화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 학문 및 한식 문화 발전에 기여할 수 있는 것을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 한식에 대한 인식, 이미지, 태도, 세계화에 적합한 한식에 대한 관심을 불러 일으켜 한식의 이미지 제고 및 한식의 세계화에 기여할 것이다. 둘째, 한식을 통해 한국 제품과 문화를 세계화할 수 있는 세부적인 마케팅 전략 수립을 할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 전문화된 한식에 대한 음식 관광을 유도하여 한식의 이미지를 향상시키고 경제적 이익과 더불어 한국 국민의 삶에 대한 희망과 자긍심을 부여할 수 있다. 넷째, 로하스와 웰빙 음식에 대한 인식으로 나타난 한식과 우리 문화관광지를 연계하여 음식 관광 자원의 활성화를 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 다섯째, 자연 친화적이고 건강적인 한국 고유 음식 문화의 발굴로 우리나라에 대한 올바른 인식과 태도를 가질 수 있는 계기를 마련 할 수 있을 것이다. 여섯째, 한식의 세계화 및 상품화에 지속적인 관심과 연구자들의 참여를 촉진하여 보다 활발한 연구에 기폭제가 될 것이다.

글로벌 시대의 물류전문인력 육성 과제 (Korea's Logistics Education and Certification System to Support Globalization)

  • Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.

독일 페그니쯔시 조리전공 학생들의 한식 패스트푸드에 대한 인식과 기호도 조사 (Study on Perception and Preference Regarding Korean Fast Food among Students with Food-related Majors City of Pegnitz in Germany)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and preferences relating to Korean fast food among students of the College of Hotel management in Germany and utilize the analyzed data as baseline data for globalization of Korean food. A total of 74 students with food-related majors were asked to complete a survey after cooking and tasting seven different kinds of Korean dishes themselves. Exactly 97.3% of students reported that even though they never tried Korean food before, that Korean food is uncomplicated and interesting to cook, very healthy with abundant vegetables and rice, and suits their palate. Regarding the seven dishes of Korean food, the students stated that Gimbab is most suitable for fast food and sorted Japchebab, Gunmandu, Bulgogidubbab, Makjeok, Bibibguksu, and Musaengche, in descending order, regarding globalization of Korean food. Gimbab and Gunmandu both received the highest scores for being the most preferred Korean food. As students indicated Korean food as a dish they would like to cook again, recommend to friends and familyies, and buy if sold in Germany, this survey suggests that Korean food can be a competitive fast food in Germany.

의약품 해외 수출을 위한 한국 제약산업의 해결과제 (Barriers Impeding Domestic Pharmaceutical Industry's Exportation to Developed Countries)

  • Background: For Korean pharmaceutical industry to continue to grow, it is requisite to enter the global markets of developed countries. However, the export volume has fallen short of 10% of the gross sales and the industry has only recently warming up to prepare the globalization along with suchlike the Columbus Project. Purpose: This research was conducted to identify the difficulties Korean pharmaceutical companies perceived and to discover the gap in the needs for the government aid the companies have been seeking in the purpose of entering the developed pharmaceutical markets. Method: A survey method was used for this research. Six experts were surveyed and provided comments for the pre-questionnaire. Then, a final questionnaire was developed consisting of 10 items on regulatory-related and another 10 items on non-regulatory-related factors in drug exportation using the Likert scale (1 to 5). The survey sample was 30 Korean companies which have participated in the Columbus Project since 2010. Results: Nineteen (63%) companies responded to the survey. Most companies perceived difficulty (mean = 4.19) over the entire pathway of the regulatory process of global markets. Clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance were remarked as the most difficult barrier to follow the regulatory globalization. Among non-regulatory related factors, marketing, arranging a distribution network, obtaining experts, and projecting a timeline in exportation were brought up as the most difficulty. Conclusion: Especially, cost and language barrier were considered as the main cause producing these difficulties across regulatory and non-regulatory processes and accordingly, securing both long term budget and experts at governmental level was suggested by the domestic pharmaceutical companies.

브라질 상파울루시의 한식당 현황 및 만족도 조사 (A Study of the Current State of Korean Restaurants in São Paulo in Brazil)

  • To find an efficient solution for the globalization of Korean food in Brazil, we conducted a survey about the satisfaction of Brazilian natives who had visited a Korean restaurant, and possible suggestions for improvement. We also conducted indepth interviews with 13 owners of Korean restaurants in Seo Paulo, Brazil, about their plans to improve Korean food to be more appealing to the Brazilian palate. Our research shows that Korean restaurants had a below average reputation for employee kindness, menu taste and variety, interior, mood, and accessibility. As a result of the survey, we found that Korean restaurants were considered in general to be below average. The survey also showed that the higher the level of a person's economic standing, the less satisfaction they had with Korean food restaurants. We also found that the most common pieces of advice that Brazilian women had regarding Korean restaurants were to offer more variety in the menu, maintain a cleaner restaurant, and to actively engage in public relations. The general concerns of everyone surveyed focused on cleanliness and public relations of the restaurant. However, food-related people focused more on the taste and quality of the food. Sao Paulo is currently the most well-developed economic center in South America, so the world's food service industry is pushed to the front of its ongoing development. For Korean food to make inroads into Brazil, Korean restaurants need to change the niche that they occupy. First-generation family businesses and second-generation specialized family businesses coexist in that city. So first of all, to localize the Korean food for Brazilian tastes, a menu system that will easily allow natives to access Korean food must be established. And second of all, it must support the total food culture by improving distribution, sanitation management, and marketing methods that can get the natives to like Korean food ingredients.

기업간 네트워크와 산업집적지의 성장특성 -한국 컴퓨터산업을 사례로- (Spatial Chracteristics of the Inter-firm Networks in the Industrial Clusters in Seoul : Focus on Computer Industry)

  • This paper investigates the spatial characteristics of networks, which arise as a firm's strategy to enhance its competitiveness to cope with the changing economic environments characterized by technological changes and increasing competitiveness. The theoretical framework in this study proposes that networks emerge as a firm's strategies to promote its competitiveness through the vertical/horizontal disintegration of the production system. Futhermore, regional industries of networks. The study examines the types of cooperation and the spatial boundary of the computer industry networks in Korea. Questionnaire survey was conducted on 1, 128 computer companies which had more than 10 employees, with 126 questionnaires being used for analysis. In addition, newpaper articles were used to supplement the foregoing work on network characteristics. The review of these articles covers the period from Jan. 1994 to June 1996. Major findings of this study are as follows: The spatial range of cooperative networks varies according to the specific characters of cooperation(R & D, production, and seles). Intralocal networks are being developed in Kangnam and Youido area, the computer industry agglomeration clusres of Seoul. There are the regional differnces in the agents and contents of cooperation. In intra-national R & D and production networks, regional differnces in agglomeratins and non-agglomerations are not detercted. Most networks of this type are found between large firms and small firms. In contrast, foregn R & D and production networks, which are operated mostly by large firms, are found in Kangnam, Youido, and CBD. Intra-national and foreign productino networks are also focused in Kangnam, Youido, and CBD. Small firms are playing an active role in making this type of cooperation possible. In the perspective of localization-globalization, Korean computer industry can be analyzed in two respects: industrial and regional. The localization of small firms and the localization-globalization of large firms' networks are being developed in industrial contexts, while the localization-globalization of agglomerations and the localization of non-agglomerations networks are being developed in regional contexts. As networks for the localization-globalization of industry are growing in agglomerations, interfirm networks could be related to trends in the formation or intensification of industrial agglomerations. industrial agglomeration areas function as a facilitator of localization through subcontracts, intraregional network and interregional network. They also facilitate globalization via foregn networks. In non-agglomeratin areas, localization networks, which are connected with agglomeration areas via subcontracting, interregional R & D. or production cooperation.
