Aviation industry is known as the knowledge-based one and as an advanced nations' exclusive property having a large capacity for creating job and added value. Considering the current status of the aviation industry as aforesaid, it is natural for all countries to turn their attention to such promising aviation industry. At the time of rapid growth in aviation market, the importance of securing managerial experts and technicians is being under the spotlight as the aviation profession is increasingly in demand. To meet such dire needs that have already become an ever-greater part of the industry, collaboration among governmental, educational and industrial parties has formed in preparation for putting us into so-called an era of globalization. Having recognized the significance of the program, carried forward by The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, fostering human resources in civil aviation, the objective of this study lies on deloping indicators for the programofficially designed to produce men of expertise in international air transport, the market of which forms nowadays a large part of national economy, and the technology of which develops so quickly. In this paper, an effort is made to develop the appraisal indicators and to set up standards thereof in order for the program to be systematically and expertly assessed on the basis of Quinn and Rohrbaugh's the competing values model. Firstly, this paper designs appraisal indicators, taking into account the peculiarity and environment of air transport industry, for developing human resources in civil aviation by utilizing advanced research on educational assessment in general due to the absence of applicable preceding studies regarding the development of human resources in civil aviation. Secondly, investigations into the necessity and validity of the appraisal are committed by analyzing answers from 100 respondents to questionaires and oral surveys in order to verify appraisal indicators designed in accordance with the competing values model. Lastly, the paper analyzes in a demographical way discrepancy in the recognitions among institutions for which the respondents work, on the basis of the outcome of the survey. As a result, the discrepancy is found not significant, which indicate that the aviation experts favour the indicators as appraisal standards. Prospective studies on the same issue may need an in-depth analysis, empowered by sufficient sampling in balance, of correlation between independent variables, then hopefully serve as a momentum for advancement of study in civil aviation.

Now that there is no more barrier in terms of the global countries, every country begins to show its interest in the regional industry in order to boost local growth and economy revitalization preparing for the globalization, the age of limitless competition and the age of knowledge economy. The reason of the interesting in the regional industry is that it fosters the profitable environment that promotes technical innovation and knowledge creation. The local government should have continual concern and roles to fulfil the political subjects and keep analysing about the possibility that there could be the sustainable development by Task Ahead of the local industry. for this reason, this paper conducted a survey by targeting supported corporations's experience of supporting projects in the regional industry and the relationship impact of supporting projects in the regional industry. the elements are analyzed by PLS structural equation. To sum up, first, the improving of 'infrastructure Usage', 'Technical development', 'Marketing support', 'Attraction of investment', 'Manpower training' is impacted on Industrial development. Second, the improving of 'Joint research', 'Technology transfer', 'Attraction of investment', 'Manpower training', 'Networking ' is impacted on Regional development. Third, improving of Industrial development is impacted on Regional development.
This study conducted the empirical analysis of the influence that are quality attributes, and strengths, weaknesses, low ranking and excess of Korean restaurants menu on revisit intention based on differences between importance and satisfaction by surveying Korean students in Paris, and also conducting IPA analysis based on survey result. The result of IPA analysis showed weaknesses that are the visual elements of foods; in contrast it showed strengths that are the price, temperature, taste, quantity, cleanliness, freshness, and flavor of dishes. Also it showed low ranking that are seasonal items, authenticity, originality, sizes, colors, texture, explanations, ingredients, recipes of menu, classification of healthy food, suitability of bowls, creativity of existing food. Therefore, it is found that the higher recognition of attributes, organic functions, properties, and explanations of menu, the higher revisit intention. It showed that explanations, sensibility, characters, quality of menu influenced on revisit intention according priority by analysis of quality attributes of menu on revisit intention. This study is significant in that it provides useful data services for marketing strategies and operational suggestions to globalization of Korean food by analysis local menu of Korean food service industry.

This study was conducted in order to promote students' interest in overseas employment and to present methods of improving education that suits globalization and internalization. From responses to individual written survey questionnaires answered by $3^{rd}$grade 200 students who are studying dental hygiene at colleges in Daegu. They had most interested in Japan (60.3%), and they want to work abroad if they are given the changes (38.1%), which indicate that the dental hygiene majors have much interest and positive attitude in overseas employment. In Japan, there are 158 schools had department of dental hygiene (51 to 2 years, 101 to 3 years, 6 to 4 years). Especially, Kanto area has 25 private schools. When compared Korea and Japan, they similar were curriculum, 39 at 3 years, 44 at 4 years, respectively. The current national board dental hygiene examination system was 200 in total score, and 19 in total subjects. The 9 basic clinical courses including oral anatomy have 100 scores, and the 8 subjects including preclinical course have 50 scores, one dental assistant course have 50 scores. In Japan, 4 years pre-dental hygiene curriculum content provide certificate of dental hygiene after graduation. They provide additionally 'social worker' in Tokyo University, 'teacher in nursing' in Hirosima University. They scheduled the various foundational knowledge and skill such as competencies to communicate effectively, to participate community health program, and to make decisions regarding dental hygiene service.
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of Korean food contents influence to the Korean wave favorability, country image, and visit intention to Korea. Korean food contents are defined as that information or contents related with Korea food. In this survey, total 4 type of Korean food contents, Korean food recipe contents, Korean food culture story contents, Korean food restaurant guide contents and Korean food media contents were explained. The respondents were 147 young Vietnamese in residing in Ho Chi Minh city. The data were analyzed by PLS-SEM to explore influence of Korean food favorability with Korean food contents usage. After using Korean food contents, Korean food favorability influence country image and visit intention to Korea, mediating with Korean wave favorability. While Korean food favorability was not shown to influence visit intention directly. This study would contribute to make strategic Korean food contents and distribution, further accord with Hansik Globalization.

This paper reports the political supporting platform, and the outcome evaluation model, which was developed for the Korean on-line game companies that have started to go abroad to publish their games. When they begin to sell their games, they have many difficulties in promoting in other countries including the USA & EU. They try to find solutions to solve these problems, but on-line games still do not have a successful business model because of their unique attributes and environmental features, even though they spent a lot of money and time to enter the international on line game market. Thus far, the local on-line game supporting policy has tried to improve the world competitiveness of local companies by doing diverse activities, such as Global Service Platform(GSP) service, international game competition, and globalization, marketing. On the other hand, there has been only a small number of fruitful results except for GSP. Therefore, in this paper, the result of GSP was verified using the Global on-line game Supporting Chain Model(GoGSCM), which is the new political supporting and evaluation model through survey targeting GSP participations. As a result, GSP was evaluated based on the compatibility, efficiency, effectiveness, and continuity.
Purpose - Owing to economic development and rapid globalization, the number of people traveling abroad has increased dramatically in recent years. For instance, according to data from World Tourism Organization, approximately 1,724 million tourists traveled abroad in 2016. This phenomenon has resulted in a change for domestic markets, as they no longer serve only domestic customers but also serve foreign customers as well. Therefore, intercultural service encounters between services providers and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds are becoming more frequent. Especially in the field of retailing, salesperson's customer oriented selling behavior is particularly important for the successful interactions. However, it is hard to find some factors that can improve salesperson's customer oriented selling behavior in intercultural sales encounters. Research design, data, and methodology - A quantitative survey methodology was utilized to collect data on 312 salespeople at duty-free shops located on Jeju Island, Korea. As a tourism-based region, Jeju Island has attracted a large number of foreign tourists since being designated as an international free city in 2002. Owing to this phenomenon, intercultural sales encounters between salespersons and customers from different cultures have become commonplace. Compared to other salespeople, salespeople working in duty-free shops have more frequent intercultural interactions, as over 90% of their total customers are from foreign countries. Additionally, regular professional training programs for salespeople help cultivate cultural intelligence. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 20. Results - This paper explores the role of empathy and cultural intelligence in intercultural sales encounters using a theoretical model incorporating the causal relationships between empathy(cognitive empathy and emotional empathy) and customer oriented selling behavior, as well as the moderating effects of cultural intelligence in these relationships. Conclusions - This study is almost the first to explore the influence of empathy and cultural intelligence in intercultural sales encounters. Thus, this study provides a meaningful contribution to the application of empathy and cultural intelligence in the retailing field and will draw the attention of personal distribution practicers and researchers to the importance of empathy and cultural intelligence. Additionally, this study has useful managerial implications for employee selection, training, and development in retailing firms engaged in intercultural sales encounters.
In this study, the real state of local foods was examined targeting Gyeongju citizens to help in developing distinguishing foods and to promote cultural to excellence of local foods widely. Ultimately, this study aims to promote cultural excellence of Gyeongju's local foods widely by examining the kinds of local foods in Gyeonggju area. In addition, current study was conducted to provide basic data of local foods which inherit and develop our precious assets, in order to keep up with the Korean Wave as well as globalization. For this study, a survey was performed with the 274 sample of local food consumers, and analyzed the data using descriptive, cross tabulation analysis, and t-test. Results shown that Janchi guksu(banquet noodles) and Jeonbok juk(abalone rice porridge) obtained the highest awareness and preference when awareness and preference of Gyeongju local foods were analyzed depending on the marital status. Significant implication in the study is that there is a need to develop and promote local foods and open local food restaurants for local residents. More discussion and limitations are suggested.
The object of the study is to examine the change of social-economic structure and poverty-shape to escape poverty. In Korea, the working poor have been increased by flexibility and division of labor market since the economic crisis in 1997, and are faced with hard conditions due to the vulnerable welfare system. Especially the workers who engage in irregular jobs were increased by restructure of labor market. Besides they are in unstable employment terms such as low payment, low-skill and exclusion from welfare-benefit. Many small independent businessmen are also in danger of poverty for enterprises trend to move abroad by globalization. Poverty policy in our country was focused on the absolute poor class that has relation with old age, unemployment, disable, disease etc, so they were the object of welfare policy. The poverties, however, are increasing rapidly after the economic crisis, and they work so hard but are still poor, that is, participation in labor market doesn't become an element to escape poverty. Thus the emergence of new poverties whose core consists of the working poor becomes to need new poverty policy. The study is to survey change of their economic conditions, their welfare conditions, their experiences and responses of social dangers after the economic crisis, then to explore the policy to escape poverty. As the result of the study, it shows that the working poor experienced many kinds of social dangers like unemployment, decrease of income etc. In their welfare conditions as their responses to the social dangers, the benefit of social insurance, enterprise welfare like legal retirement pay and paid leave and private welfare such as private pension and insurance are low. The working poor are faced with social dangers, moreover, they don't have skill or education for adapting themselves to information society. The study says that it needs variable policies for the working poor to escape poverty, and suggests payment & tax policies as stable income policy, occupational discipline and skill-education for promoting the quality of employment, moreover, social insurance as expansion of social welfare policy and housing & education policies whose objects are the working poor.
This study evaluated the awareness and recognition of Tangpyeongchae by university students in Chungnam province. A total of 416 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS software program (version 21.0). The results were summarized as follows. The students compared of food and nutrition majors (59.4%) and non-food and nutrition majors (40.6%). This survey was performed from May 20 to Jun 8, 2015. More food and nutrition major students got better impression after eating Tangpyeongchae than non-food and nutrition majors. Among the students, 59.4% was not aware that Tangpyeongchae was derived from Tangpyeongchaek, and 57.7% didn't know that it was a Korean royal cuisine. Food and nutrition major students knew more of the background story for the dish than non-food and nutrition major students. The corresponding level of recognition for Tangpyeongchae as a dish representing the image of Korea with a combination of the 5 cardinal colors, known as obangsaek was high, at 4.27 and 4.17, respectively out of 5. Over 60% of the students answered Tangpyeongchae's image with the taste of Korea, followed by healthy food, harmony, nutritious food, diet food and tasty food. These results suggest that may have great potential for globalization as a traditional dish with the image and taste of Korea.
