London's BID, introduced in the early 2000s, has grown significantly to fill the gap between government services which have been decreased by the global recession and localism, and the demand for better services to strengthen competitiveness on a global level. Based on this background, this study comparatively analysed two BIDs in London with contrasting regional characteristics to find how BID works differently for the regeneration and sustainable development of regional business districts according to regional characteristics. As a result, the two BIDs ultimately had the goal of improving the local business environment and strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses and had a common point of working in close partnership with the public sector such as the local government. However, depending on the local situation and characteristics, it has been observed that there are differences in the strategies of work and the roles and relationships in the partnership with the public sector.

Recently, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) have become increasingly popular in the last few decades, and overseas' M&A are particularly increasing to sharpen corporate competitiveness on a global scale. Previous studies showed that one of the main reasons attributes to failures of mergers was the lack of attention to merging information systems. In recent years, both academy and industry have more focused on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and the integration of information systems (IS) between two companies is one of the critical success factors of corporate. This paper focused on Post-Merger IT (Information Technology) Integration Methodology of Cross-Border M&A. We followed a single-site qualitative case study method in order to investigate the type of phenomenon in M&A's natural setting. Moreover, we examined a typical energy and power company case in order-based industry, so that other industry players may have different results to determine post-merger IT integration method and scope.

The study investigated USFK's crisis communication responding to the case of two Koran girls' death. The two girls were hit by an American tank accidently. The accident has resulted in anti-American demonstrations by a large number of South Korean. The current research attempted to see what problems USFK's crisis communication with Korean publics. Through analyzing USFK news release in Korea and Army News (ARNEWS) in America regarding the case, the study answered what crisis communication strategies USFK used and How the USFK responded to the crisis. The results showed that USFK used full apology strategy and its crisis response was immediate, but prior reputation of USFK seemed making USFK's effort fruitless.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the electric lighting energy consumption carried out by Daysim program. A comparison between the measurement and simulated exterior global horizontal illuminance shows differences about 10% and it is very similar to the measurement. The interior illuminance simulated by Daysim are 18.9% lower than the measurement and simulated lighting energy consumption is 10% lower than the measurement. Corrected annual lighting energy simulation results show that the best case is the combination of occupancy switch-off and dimming system with automatic controlled blinds (E-3). In case of no blinds, it occasionally derives the minimum lighting energy consumption but it causes the glare, so we need to be careful for choosing the control strategy. For the overcast sky, the lighting energy consumption is not changed significantly by control strategy while the lighting energy in the clear sky is changed noticeably. So we must know the right strategy for each case to control the electric lights and blinds.

In this paper we study the performance of the measurement time-delay estimation of tightly-coupled GPS/INS(Global positioning system/Inertial Navigation system) system. Generally, the heading error estimation performance of loosely-coupled GPS/INS system using GPS's Navigation Solution is poor. In the case of tightly-coupled GPS/INS system using pseudo-range and pseudo-range rate, the heading error estimation performance is better. However, the time-delay error on the measurement(pseudo-range rate) make the heading error estimation performance degraded. So that, we propose the time-delay model on the measurement and compose the time-delay estimator. And we confirm that the heading error estimation performance in the case of measurement time-delay existence is similar with the case of no-delay by Monte-Carlo simulation.

이 연구는 글로벌 저널리즘 환경에서 부상한 소셜 네트워크 저널리즘의 제 가치를 검토하고, 네트워크 저널리즘 이론을 토대로 국내 소셜 뉴스 사이트인 '위키트리'의 사례를 분석하였다. 소셜 네트워크 저널리즘은 공중으로 하여금 크라우드 소싱과 상호작용을 통해 저널리즘 생산의 모든 측면에 관여할 수 있도록 허용한다. 공중과의 네트워킹 효과로 인해 저널리즘은 더욱 개방적이고, 더욱 연결되며, 더욱 즉각적인 반응을 촉발시키고 있다. '위키트리'는 누구나 페이스북과 트위터를 통해서 뉴스를 작성하고 배포할 수 있는 소셜 네트워킹 뉴스서비스이다. 위키트리는 개방형소스 프로그램으로 운영되면서 '구글번역기'를 사용해 자동적으로 모든 뉴스 콘텐츠를 전환시키고, 인터넷 접근이 가능한 글로벌 시민이라면 누구나 뉴스생산에 기여할 수 있게 하며, 자신만의 창의적인 콘텐츠나 다른 정보원으로부터 생성된 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있도록 허용한다. 초창기부터 '위키트리 글로벌' 사이트는 160개국에서 생성되는 접속 포인트들로 인해 급속하게 보도범위를 확장하고 있다. 이 연구는 위키트리 글로벌 사이트의 국제 커버리지를 국가별, 뉴스유형별로 분석함으로써 SNS를 활용해 글보벌 공중을 연결하는 것이 특정한 뉴스 아이템들뿐만 아니라 소셜뉴스 사이트의 뉴스 트래픽을 향상시킬 수 있음을 암시하고 있다. 또 다른 연구결과는 소셜 네트워크 저널리즘에서 트위터와 페이스북의 활용이 뉴스사이트에 대한 수용자들의 관심을 증대시킬 뿐만 아니라 뉴스수집의 능력을 확장시킴으로써 지역공중과 글로벌 공중 사이의 경계를 허물고 지역 온라인 저널리즘에 실현가능한 사업모델을 창출할 수 있음을 시사한다.

최근 한국사회에서는 고등교육을 받은 대학 졸업생들이 재학기간 동안 적정한 수준의 학업성취와 역량개발, 현장에 적용 가능한 능력을 갖추고 졸업하는지에 대해 비판적으로 논의되면서, 고등교육기관에서의 교육의 질 제고를 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학 신입생들의 실제 필요가 무엇이고 그 필요를 채울 수 있는 교과, 비교과과정 구성 및 대학생활의 전반적인 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하려고 한다. 지난 5년간 H대학교 신입생들의 학교생활 만족도와 학업성취도와의 관계를 다양한 분야로 나누어 파악한 결과를 기반으로 대학 신입생들의 대학생활에 대한 기대와 그 기대에 부응하는 프로그램들을 제안한다. 5년간 설문 분석한 결과 첫째, 교양과목의 수업만족도가 높을수록 학생들의 학업성취도는 높다. 둘째, 인성교육 만족도와 학업성취도는 통계적으로 유의미한 관계가 없다. 셋째, 시간관리 분포와 학업성취도는 상관관계가 있다.

National park is one of the important types of protected area management systems established by IUCN and a management model for effective conservation and sustainable use of natural and cultural heritage in countries around the world, and it assumes important roles in conservation, scientific research, education, recreation and driving community development. This study takes Liaohe National Park in China, a typical representative of global coastal wetlands, as a case study, and uses python technology to collect travelogues and reviews of visitors from Mafengwo.com, Ctrip.com, Go.com, Meituan.com and Dianping.com as a source, and the text spans from 2015 to 2022. The results show that wildlife resources, natural landscape with river and sea, wetland ecology and fishing and hunting culture of northern China are fully reflected in the perceptions of visitors to Liaohe National Park. However, there is still much room for improvement in terms of supporting services and facilities, public education and tourists' experience and participation in Liaohe National Park. In this paper, we use python data visualization technology to study the public perception of wetland wildlife as the theme, and grasp the satisfaction, spatial distribution, activity content and emotional tendency of the public in the process of wetland wildlife as the theme, so as to better promote the Liaohe National Park to better carry out the public experience while strictly adhering to ecological protection, and to provide the Liaohe National Park with a better opportunity to This will provide scientific basis for the Liaohe National Park to play a better role in ecological civilization construction and education of ecological civilization awareness.

본 연구는 국내 Born Global Firm의 기술요인들이 해외신규시장 진입시기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구모형을 제시하고, 국내 Born Global Firm을 대상으로 이에 대한 인과관계를 실증 분석하였다. 기존의 해외시장 진입시기에 관한 선행연구를 토대로 기술경쟁력, R&D 네트워크, R&D 정보력을 독립변수로 설정하고, 이러한 요인이 Born Global Firm의 해외신규시장 진입시기에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 기존 선행연구를 통하여 기술경쟁력의 대용변수로 지적재산권, R&D 투자비용, R&D 전담기구 기능을, R&D 네트워크는 부서간 협력, 국내외 공동연구, R&D 정보력은 R&D 관련 정보 수집능력(경쟁업체 R&D 동향정보, 관련 주요연구자 정보 등), R&D 관련 정보 분석능력(기술이슈 및 트렌드 분석, 기술수준 분석 등), R&D 정보 활용능력(R&D 기획, 응용 분야 확장 등) 등을 사용하고 기업 내부요인과 수출관련에 대한 가설을 설정하였다. 특히, 해외시장 진입형태 중 FDI, 계약에 의한 해외시장진입 보다는 국내에서 가장 많은 해외진입 형태인 수출에 초점을 맞추었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 107개의 Born Global Firm을 대상으로 다중회귀분석 한 결과, Born Global Firm의 직접수출에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인으로는 지적재산권과, 부서간 협력, R&D 정보 활용능력 등으로 나타났다. 특히 기술이슈 및 트렌드 분석 정보력은 해외시장 진입시기를 앞당기는 것으로 나타났다.

문화산업은 일반인에게 가장 밀접한 산업이기 때문에 대중들이 비교적 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 산업이다. 최근 인터넷의 발달로 다양한 국가의 사람들이 긴밀하게 연계되고 있으며, 생산 네트워크도 글로벌 수준에서 상호 연계될 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구는 문화 산업 관련 데이터와 사례 연구를 통해 글로벌 생산 네트워크가 문화 산업을 발전시키는 방식과 메커니즘을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 한국 영화 및 비디오 산업과 음악 산업의 발전 모델을 네 단계로 구분하여 한국 문화산업의 발전 모델을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 한국 영화 및 비디오 산업과 음악 산업이 아웃소싱 전략을 기반으로 규모가 확장되고 있으며, 대규모 글로벌 협력 기반의 생산 네트워크에 의존하여 대중성과 부가가치가 향상되고 있음을 밝혔다.
