여성 정치 리더의 특성과 패션 이미지 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics and Fashion Images of Female Political Leaders)

  • Woman leadership has been remarkably highlighted with women's accelerating entry into society. Domestic and overseas interests about political leaders began with the age of media and they are rapidly spreading worldwide with the development of internet, SNS and blog. Along with this phenomenon, exposure of images has been remarkably increasing and fashion has been also used as a political strategy. However, the research on woman political leaders has been insufficient so this study selected Geunhye Park, Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton as representative woman leaders for the research. 149 pictures of Geunhye Park, 171 pictures of Michelle Obama and 124 pictures of Hillary Clinton from the articles containing their pictures from Jan. 2002 to Dec. 2013 were analyzed, focusing on their gender. The three woman political leaders' typical images of femininity, masculinity and androgyny were categorized respectively and the period and works in which those images had been expressed were reviewed. Also, fashion styles of the images pursued by each gender were analyzed through their color, material, silhouette, design point, items and accessories. As a result, Geunhye Park had femininity image at the beginning and had masculinity image when she did election campaigns, which led to her current image of androgyny. Michelle Obama uses the image of femininity, masculinity and androgyny simultaneously. It was found that Hillary Clinton emphasized the image of masculinity and androgyny but she emphasizes femininity image these days.

Comparative Analysis of Historical National Image Advertising in Korea - Video Advertisements Produced between 1998-2017

  • Since national image video advertisements are a means of public relations with wide delivery and major repercussions at home and abroad, this study performs a comparative analysis of video advertisements aired by previous governments as reported by Daejung Kim, Moohyun Roh, Myungbak Lee, and Geunhye Park. The characteristics of the previous governments, whether or not social trends were reflected, and the importance of traditional and modern elements were examined. As we describe, there are clear differences in video advertisements by government regime, and while messages expressing traditional values of Eastern culture have gradually decreased, reflecting the trends of the times, the messages emphasizing the modern values of the West have gradually increased. Our research confirmed that traditional elements such as 'Samulnori' and 'Taekwondo' are gradually disappearing. In addition, it was confirmed that the collective values, traditional values, and humanism represented by the 'large crowd' and 'traditional elements' in the Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun administration changed in the Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye administrations to more individualistic, materialistic, Western values. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the components and characteristics of national image advertisements by governments in the past, how social trends were reflected, and the weight difference between traditional and modern elements. Based on this research, the significance of the current Moon Jae-in government's groundwork for follow-up research should not be understated.

정보보안 종사자의 조직갈등과 직무이탈 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organizational Conflict and Job Withdrawal Intention of the Information Security Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 조직갈등의 단계와 유형이 정보보안 종사자의 직무이탈 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 폰디의 조직갈등이론을 적용하여 공기업 정보보안 종사자를 대상으로 한 설문자료를 분석하였으며 구조 방정식 모형을 사용하여 정보보안 종사자가 직무 활동에서 경험하는 갈등의 단계, 유형, 결과를 분석했다. 분석 결과, 정보보안 종사자가 조직갈등의 잠재요인을 감정적으로 받아들일수록 정보보안 종사자의 직무이탈의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 인식메커니즘은 직무를 변경하여 조직을 이탈할 확률을 낮추는 조절 효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 조직 내 정보보안 종사자의 갈등에 관한 실증연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 정보보호 조직의 관리자가 조직 내 갈등을 생산적인 방향으로 이끌어 가는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

증산사상과 DMZ 세계생태평화공원 - 한반도 상등국 천지공사를 중심으로 - (Jeungsan Thoughts and DMZ World Eco-peace Park - Universal Redesign for the Foremost Leading Country centering on Korea -)

  • Jeungsan(甑山) carried out the Universal Redesign(天地公事) through which the former world full of a mutual opposition(相克) can be peacefully transferred into the latter world composed of a mutual beneficence(相生). Although the Universal Redesign consists of such three factors heaven, earth, and human, it converges towards Human Redesign in that humans are the main agents for heaven and earth. Human as Redesign object is characterized as a member of community, not an anarchistic individual. The Universal Resign of Jeungsan is eventually connected with the construction of a country comprising a mutual beneficence in that it is the most typical strain among all the human communities. His Universal Resign for foundering the foremost country does not target all the countries, but only one country upon and through which the world with a mutual beneficence can be formed. He executed the Universal Redesign based on such three principles as Haewon sangsaeng(解冤相生), Boeunsangsaeng(報恩相生), and Wonsibanbon(原始返本), Judging from such principles, Korea can be naturally selected as the target of the Universal Redesign for constructing the foremost country. It is approaching when the Universal Redesign in order to transform Korea into the foremost country comes true. The first step for Korea to be made as the foremost country is the construction of DMZ World Peace Park (DWPP) which was proposed by Bak Geunhye, the Korean President, to Obama, the President of USA, in 2013 she visited there. DWPP can be expected to be a center for corporation and interchange between South and North Korea under the interest and support of the world including UN, furthermore, the Capital area of reunified Korea, and finally the world hub of inter national political and economic relation. DWPP is planned to be built at the core of the best place in Korea which is a propitious spot all over the world, upon which a new world capitalism order armed with mutual beneficence can spread.

가치수용 모델을 활용한 스마트워치 확산 결정요인 분석 (Exploring Determinants of Smartwatch Diffusion Using a Value Adoption Model)

  • 스마트워치의 확산이 예상과는 달리 더디게 진행되고 있다. 스마트워치 공급업체들은 현재의 캐즘을 극복하기 위해 새로운 전략을 수립할 필요가 있다. 그러나 스마트워치의 어떠한 속성을 전략적으로 활용하여 시장 확산을 이루어야 하는가를 타당하게 수행한 연구는 매우 드물다. 본 연구는 스마트워치가 가져다줄 것으로 예상되는 혜택과 이를 위해 치러야 할 비용을 소비자 관점에서 분석하고, 소비자의 혁신성향이 시장 확산에 기여할 수 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 323개의 유효데이터를 확보하여 구조 방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 스마트워치의 두 가지 혜택(utilitarian and hedonic)과 세 가지 비용(usability, performance, and finance)이 가치인식을 통해 사용의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자의 혁신성향이 가치인식과 사용의도의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 드러났다. 주목할 점은, 소비자들이 스마트워치가 사회적 혜택을 가져다 줄 것으로 기대할 것이라는 가설이 기각되었다는 점이다. 즉, 스마트워치 사용이 소비자에게 이미지 향상을 가져다 줄 것이라는 전략은 스마트워치 확산에 큰 기여를 하지 않을 수 있다. 스마트워치의 시장 확산을 이루기 위해서는 혁신성향이 높은 소비자들을 대상으로 소비자들이 기대하는 혜택을 활용하는 전략을 수립해야 한다.
