In order to understand correctly about Shanhanlun, the intension of the author from the preface must be definitely understood. Compared the preface of Shanghanzubinlun with the prefaces of other commentaries, figuring out the contents. The preface of Shanghanlun describes the time period and the production background of Shanghanlun. The publish of Shanhanlun is related to outbreak of epidemic, which is related to the war, rebellions, and the secure of trade route from west to east. The episode of Pianque in the preface is the example of the diagnosis in general, and it has connection with the four ways of diagnosis (inspection, listening & smelling, inquiring and palpation) in the last part of the preface. Shanghanzubinglun is influenced by Taoism, which is the ideology behind Huangdineijing and Shennongbencaojing. Zhang Zhongjing had studied deeply about fangshu.

Nowadays, Korean society is quickly transforming into an aging society. There are lots of problems resulting from old aged society. First of all, in the case of medical service, it is an urgent task to find out what is the most proper care for the elderly in order to reduce medical expenses. It can be said that the geriatric hospital has to be designed to give adequate medical service to the elderly. However, it is hard to find out what the differences is between the general hospital and the geriatric hospital. Especially, the plan of the patient room has to reflect thoughtful consideration relating to characteristics of the elderly due to the fact that there is a close connection between the patient room and residence. Therefore this study aims to suggest the guideline and the plan of the patient room for the elderly.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of exhibition circulation through the movement pattern. It looks into the factoers under the influence with the visitor's movement. The method of analysis of investigation by following after visitors. The viewing behavioral of exhibition based on the time, speed, proportion of appreciation is classfied into three types of the profound, the general, the passing viewers. The characteristics of the viewing form of these patterns largely depend on the space elements which are the structure form. And particularly the position of exit, the width of exhibition space and the connection of exhibition space stand out the disparity of the factor of the spatial structure These three patterns bring about a lot of encounter in the exhibition space according to the difference of these routes consequently. So appropriate to the each pattern can offer visitors to more effective environment of exhibition.

Nowadays the automotive circuit design becomes more complicated a practical modern car circuit usually contains thousands of wires. So the error connection between connector and pins becomes more difficult to be located. This paper proposes a general way to locate all error wires in an automotive circuit design. Firstly, we give an exact definition of error wire to guide our job. This definition also composes the core part of our algorithm. Then we limit the area of the error wires by several steps. During these steps, we apply breadth-first search method to step over all wires under consideration of reducing time cost. In addition, we apply bidirectional stack technique to organize the data structure for algorithm optimization. This algorithm can get a result with all error wires and doubtful wires in a very efficient way. The analysis of this algorithm shows that the complexity is linear. We also discuss some possible improvement of this algorithm.

A direct connection between certain lifestyle factors and an increased risk of cancer has already been established. Despite well-documented associations, controversial messages on causes of cancer often appear without taking into consideration their impact on the general population. While mainstream coverage of cancer research is clearly welcome, consideration must be given to the risk of transmitting provocative messages with serious negative consequences for cancer research and public health. We must avoid becoming a breeding ground for the misinterpretation of scientific information. Polemical results can stimulate scientific research and progress, but controversial messages encourage confusion and impotence in an increasingly disoriented population. The correct communication of health messages is at least as important as research on risk factors.

A new PC cluster was designed and constructed based on Windows XP Operating system. Primary target of the present design was the high node density per rack by using the general PC parts those are cost-effective and readily available in the market. Other major design points were system cooling and the convenient maintenance using standard PC parts. Presently 24 nodes per rack seems to be optimum considering the specification of the network switching device, system cooling and power supply, but 40 nodes can be accommodated within a single rack at maximum. Windows XP was selected as a high-performance computing environment considering the cost and the convenience in acquisition, maintenance and education. Both fast-Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet network connection were tested and compared with previous data, especially for Linux doter using Myrinet. The result shows that there is no significant difference between the operating systems and the Fast-Ethernet and/or Gigabit Ethernet are good solution for the high-performance PC cluster considering the cost and performance.

In this article, we show that a pseudo-Hermitian magnetic curve in a normal almost contact metric 3-manifold equipped with the canonical affine connection ${\hat{\nabla}}^t$ is a slant helix with pseudo-Hermitian curvature ${\hat{\kappa}}={\mid}q{\mid}\;sin\;{\theta}$ and pseudo-Hermitian torsion ${\hat{\tau}}=q\;cos\;{\theta}$. Moreover, we prove that every pseudo-Hermitian magnetic curve in normal almost contact metric 3-manifolds except quasi-Sasakian 3-manifolds is a slant helix as a Riemannian geometric sense. On the other hand we will show that a pseudo-Hermitian magnetic curve γ in a quasi-Sasakian 3-manifold M is a slant curve with curvature κ = |(t - α) cos θ + q| sin θ and torsion τ = α + {(t - α) cos θ + q} cos θ. These curves are not helices, in general. Note that if the ambient space M is an α-Sasakian 3-manifold, then γ is a slant helix.

After the Iraq war, the Korean government established an Iraq Peace and Reconstruction Division, 'Zaytun'. Zaytun division has been dispatched in northern Iraq, since August 3, 2004. As one of our missions, 'Zaytun Hospital' was built to support the demand for the insufficient medical facilities and supplies in Iraq, which was opened on November 27, 2004. Zaytun Hospital, equipped with modern operation room and general ward, has been composed of 12 clinical departments. Although we had many problems, such as difficulty of communication with Iraqis, connection with medical facilities of Iraq and risk of terrorism, we overcame these difficulties and were able to achieve our missions successfully. I wish that our special experience in Iraq are will be the guideline to other oral and maxillofacial surgeons, who want to help those individual in unfortunate areas such as Iraq.

A general procedure for the design sensitivity analysis of structural dynamic problems has been presented in frame of the FRF-based substructuring formulation. In the procedure, the direct differentiation method is used for the sensitivity formula. For a system response function, the proposed method gives a parametric design sensitivity formula in terms of the partial derivatives of the connection element properties and the transfer matrix of the subsystems. The derived design sensitivity formula is applied to a numerical example. The comparison of sensitivities derived by the proposed method and the finite difference method shows that the proposed method is efficient and accurate.

Vehicle movement detection by high order correlation analysis of optical sensor array signals is introduced. The optical sensors observe the road which is assumed to be a non-uniform speckle-like texture. The measurement system is applicable to general robotic movement detection because : 1) It employs a non-contact measurement method, 2) The system can be made very compact, and 3) It enables approximation of the movement trace with a sequence of arcs instead of the conventional connection of simple line segments. In this work, we have looked into estimation of running trace of an autonomous vehicle by observing the ground pattern.
