In this paper, we consider generalized 𝜂-Ricci solitons associated to the general connection on Kenmotsu manifolds. We confirm the existence of such solitons by constructing a non-trivial example, and we obtain some properties of Kenmotsu manifolds that admit the generalized 𝜂-Ricci solitons associated with the general connection.

In this paper, we introduce almost α-Cosymplectic f-manifolds endowed with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection and give some general results concerning the curvature of such connection. In particular, we study some curvature properties of an almost α-cosymplectic f-manifold equipped with semi-symmetric non-metric connection.

본 연구에서는 대학정보공시제 사업을 통해 나타난 총괄관리기관과 항목별관리기관간의 자료연계의 문제점을 분석하여 총괄관리기관과 항목별관리기관의 자료연계 내실화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관련된 문제를 규명하고 내실화를 위한 방안들을 도출해 내기 위해서 본 연구에서는 관련된 이전의 연구 자료를 분석하고 항목별관리기관인 한국사학진흥재단 정보공시 항목의 연계현황을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 심층면담을 통하여 항목별연계기관의 자료연계 내실화 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 한 내실화 방안으로 학교 및 학과코드 통합방안, 자료연계 자동화 방안, 정보의 신뢰성 확보 방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 산출된 관리기관간 자료연계 내실화 방안들이 교육과학기술부, 총괄관리기관, 항목별관리기관 및 대학에서 신뢰성 있고 다양한 정보를 제공하는 정보공시사업이 되기 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The ultimate capacity of end-plate connection is investigated through nonlinear finite element analysis. The example models are divided into stiffened case and unstiffened one. The refined finite element models are analyzed by utilizing a general purpose structural analysis computer program ADINA and the moment-rotation relationships of the connection are determined. The results are compared with the regression equation deduced by Krishnamurthy. It is planned to deduce a bilinear regression equation through a parametric study on various dimensions of the connection.

Recently, with a progressive development of hardware of computer, the internet and network technology, the environment of construction varies rapidly due to increase the complex form in structure shape and system. With variations, the CAD system for design and products also varies from 2D system to 3D system. This study mainly deals with the methodology of automatic connection design of 3D CAD system, steel connection system (XSteel) using macro. First, using design program in the steel connection system, Xsteel, the joint connection macro will be made up and established the detail classes of design. The next, Database Program (Converter Program) related to the general structural analysis program (MIDAS) and the steel connection program (Xsteel) is constructed for data interface between two programs. From this study, if the merits of 3D CAD system and converter program are utilized well, it is expected that the time needed in modeling and the amounts due to material loses decrease gradually.

In a Finsler space, we introduce a special $(\alpha,\beta)$-metric L satisfying $L^2(\alpha,\beta) = c_1\alpha^2 + 2c_2\alpha\beta + c_3\beta^2$, which $c_i$ are constants. We investigate the Berwald connection in a Finsler space with this special $\alpha,\beta)$-metric.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting job stress and relationship between dental hygienists personal characteristics and them. Final purpose of this study provides the basic data of dental hygienists interventions to help dental hygienists' job stress reduction program. Data were drawn from a convenient sample of 401 dental hygienists who were working for dental clinic, general hospitals, and university hospitals in Seoul and Kyungi areas. The results were analyzed with spsswin 10.0 and the conclusion is as follow: 1. General special quality distribution of dental hygienist is 25-59 and respondent who work in the dentist's office by maiden less than was most. 2. The dental hygienists' job stress was 2.68, it indicates considerably high compare to normal another groups. 3. 'By work, feel fatigue' appeared highest by 3.60 in 5 points full marks from item of business amount connection stress. 4. Only business amount connection stress was expose that is significant in relation with job stress and individual character type. 5. Age, dependent's number, faith, character type variable appeared to keep in mind for connection factor which influence in job stress. 6. Job stress connection factor by character type was expose by variable savages significant thing 'that do work year all as dental hygienist' in A type.
