The exploratory purpose of this study was to investigate the Honsu trend and to examine the relationships between the Honsu, marriage exchange resources and marital satisfaction from general group and also explore the differences in Honsu expenditure between the general group and the aimed group. the explanatory purpose of this study was to prove the social meaning of the Honsu as a 'productive exchange resources' using Emerson's exchange network theory. The data was collected from 800 men and women of general group and 72 men and women of aimed group within 5 years of marital duration through the questionnaire method. Major findings of the study from the general group were as follows : in general group 1. The bridegroom group expended more Honsu than bride group. Bridegroom's primary expenditure item was house expenditure, and bride's primary one was newlywed life goods. 2. The bridegroom's Honsu were influenced positively by parents'SES, bridegroom & bride's education level and bride's parents'SES. Bride's Honsu were influenced positively by parents' SES and bridegroom & bride's education level. 3. Bridegroom's marital satisfaction were influenced positively by bride's marriage need, bridegroom's marriage need, bride's physical attraction and bridegroom & bride's education level. Bride's marital satisfaction were influenced positively by bride's marriage need, bridegroom's physical attraction, bridegroom & bride's education level, bridegroom's marriage need, bridegroom's future possibilities and bridegroom's Honsu. 4. The social meaning of the Honsu was a 'productive exchange resource'. 1. The bridegrooms of aimed group expended more housing expenditure and also Honsu than the brides but there's no statistically significant differences in Honsu expenditure between the bridegrooms and the brides of aimed group. 2. The bridegrooms of aimed group expended about 3 times more money for wedding present for spouse and abut 1.2 times more for Honsu than the bridegrooms of general group. The bride of aimed group expended about 4.6 times more money for general group. the bride of aimed group expended abut 4.6 times more money about 4 times more for housing expenditure and about 3 times more for total Honsu than the brides of general group.
This study aims to explore the relationship between housewives' health KAP level and the physical health of families. The data used in this study are obtained from the Last Evaluation Program of the National Note for Health surveyed in July, 1989. The respondents for this study are 770 housewives residing in Chunan and Buan. The reason why this study focus on KAP level of housewives is to find out whether a housewife as a emotional supporter contributes to the physical health of her families. A housewife gives her families emotional satisfaction insteade of economic satisfaction. So she has the most interest in family health among the members of her family. Therefore, housewife's KAP level will influence her family health. The independent variables chosen for the analysis are the general characteristic variables and KAP level. And the dependent variable is the physical health of families which excluded psychosocial one. This level of family health includes weight for family health and seriouseness of disease. The result of this study was summarized as follows. (1) KAP level was significantly correlated with variables which have mainly the socioeconomic characteristics. The variables were: area of residence, education level occupation, self assessment on wealth, and exposure to mass communication. (2) In the analysis of relationship between the general characteristic variables and family health, family health was significantly correlated with almost all variables. The variables were: Presence of the aged, Health status, Experience in disease, Self assessment on health, No. of families, Occupation, Education level, Self assessment on wealth, Concern on health, and Exposure to mass communication. (3) In the analysis of relationship between family health and KAP level, family health was not significantly correlated with KAP level but. (4) Also in the stepwise regression analysis, the general variables account for about 32.1 percent of the variance in the dependent variable, family health. The variable with the greatest explanatory power was presence of the aged. On the contrary, KAP level explain about 0.4 percent of the variance in the dependent variable. In sum, the study shows that housewives' health KAP level has relatively weak relationship with the physical health of families

Purpose : The primary objective of this study was to examine the status of continuing education, and to identify the current state and employment status of these physical therapists. Moreover, the study also aimed to provide basic data for establishing improvement measures in various continuing education programs to enhance the quality of physical therapists, thereby providing high quality service to patients and contributing to the increasing productivity of hospitals. Method : The present study analyzed the basic data obtained from KPTA regarding the 671 physical therapists throughout Korea. Questionnaires were sent by mail to from direct visits were used in the final data analysis. The questionnaire consisted of 45 questions in 3 categories: general characteristics, continuing education. Collected data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations. Result : Subjects 88 (87.1%) indicated that they continuing education, showing that most had taken continuing education courses. The importance and necessity of continuing education was much higher for those with doctoral degrees than for those who graduated from college, or who possessed bachelors or master's degrees. Conclusion : A necessary follow-up study using these findings would contribute to providing a high quality medical service and to enhancing the quality of physical therapists. Moreover, systematic management of continuing education is necessary to devise comprehensive and effective measures for the development and acquisition of updated skills by health care professionals.

Purpose : This study is to understand the reactive oxygen which is expected to be a causative factor of aging condition including dementia, atherosclerosis, even cancer. Methods : The reactive oxygen is generated usually when people do very hard exercise or is under severe stressful situation or in unhealthy environment and as a protective reaction to reactive oxygen, human body releases antioxidant enzyme systems like superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase (GPX), glutathion-S-transferase (GST) and non-enzymetic antioxidant systems like glutathione, ascorbate, $\beta$-carotene, vitimin E. Results : Nowadays, we are getting more interested in the generation of reactive oxygen especially in the area of physical education, food and nutrition, alternative medicine etc. Conclusion : The study of reactive oxygen in patients with musculoskeletal disease is also required and among various physical therapeutic approaches, the method of general coordinative manipulation is considered more necessary.
To observe the anatomical structures which cause a cervicogenic headache it reports, from viewpoint of physical therapist in treatment multiple to observe method which approaches, the reporter it does. With the manipulation the vertebral manipulation effected an affirmative effect to cervicogenic headache(Niels Nilsson et al,1997). The manipulation, soft the tissue massage, postural education/advice, muscular elongation, the traction, and postural exercises initially came to be used with that technique which the upper cervical vertebra(0-C3) passive accessory intervertebral movement comes to be used with a cervicogenic headache treatment technique(Grant T & Niere K., 2000). Also, it relates with the diagnosis standard about a cervicogenic headache when the body function over of the cervical vertebra is discovered, the Muscle energy technique was proposed in the treatment which is safety and effect(Bogduk N,2001). The TENS and the Mange gave a reduction effect of pain often.
This study aimed at examining undergraduate students' writing about experiments related to the photoelectric effect and giving some implications for experiment education. Thus, this study analyzed 26 students' reports about three kinds of experiments: measuring Planck's constant, comparing the photocurrent and the photovoltage across the intensity of light, and comparing the photocurrent and the photovoltage across the frequency of light. In the measurements, less than 25% of the students expressed the data to the correct number of significant figures even though two-thirds of the students successfully obtained the data given in the manual. In terms of interpretation, the students were not aware of the physical meanings of the detailed parts in the graphs. Even though over 50% of the students drew a line relating photocurrent to voltage, no students compared the theoretical to the empirical data or made a judgment as to whether of not the background theory really fit the experiment. The research findings showed that insufficient knowledge and skills for physics inquiry may be an obstacle in performing the experiments well.

The aim of this study is to verify the difference in the level of happiness and preparation for old age according to the general characteristics of senior welfare center attendees. The subjects of the study were 148 attendees of OO senior welfare center in Seoul and a survey was conducted from July 4 to October 7, 2016. The method of analysis was by using the SPSSWIN 18.0 program, a 5% level of significance was verified in a frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that first, from investigating the difference in the level of preparation for old age according to general characteristics, there was a significant difference according to age, occupation, monthly income, and physical condition but there was no significant difference according to gender and level of education. Second, as a result of observing the difference in the level of happiness according to general characteristics, although there was a significant difference according to occupation and monthly income, the difference level according to gender, age, level of education, health condition was less than a 5% level of significance. Third, from observing the correlation between the level of happiness and preparation of old age, it was found that happiness was positively correlated to preparation for old age in the following order: physical preparation for old age ((r=.576, p<.001), economic preparation for old age (r=.570, p<.001), psychological preparation for old age (r=.526, p<.001), social preparation for old age (r=.525, p<.001). It is forecasted that this study will be used as base line data for improvement of happiness and preparation for old age for the elderly according to general characteristics.
The purpose of the study is (i) to investigate the operating situation of physical therapy department in public health centers, (ii) to analyze the difference of elderly satisfaction from non-elderly satisfaction of physical therapy services among the public health center visitors, and finally (iii) to suggest facilitating improvement on programs that can supply the elderly health service through public health centers. A questionnaire survey was carried out 212 patients of 25 public health center in Seoul, Korea from 15 July to 10 August 1996. Major results of the study are as follows : 1. Among the respondents. the largest group was the elderly who are over 65 years old (72.6%). 2. The averge of general patients' satisfaction for physical therapy services was 3.98, especially fee of treatment(4.76), attitude of physical therapist(4.33), and reliance of physical therapist(4.20) were higher by 5-score Likert scale. 3. The correlation factors with general patients' satisfaction were process of treatment (r =.6301). results of treatment(r=. 6186), and guide facilities(r=.5999). 4. The results of multiple-regression analysis between general patients' satisfaction and affecting factors identify following variables as the statically significant determinants : general stisfaction comparing with other physical therapy services, physical therapy services using forwardly, fee of treatment. 5. There was no significant defference between elderly and non-elderly patients' satisfaction of physical therapy service, except attitude of physical therapist(t=-2.07), explanation of treatment for disease(t=-2.19), fee of treatment(t=6.29).
In this research, looking into the educational situation concered with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy, tried to get materials which will be educated for the physical therapists who have right conception of ethics. This study examined 12 junior colleges and 2 colleges, The contents are as follows. 1. The course of the vocational ethics. 2. Charging professor and lesson hours. 3. The education of the ethical general principles for the physical therapist. 4. The necessity of the education of vocational ethics. 5. Teaching method in vocational ethics training. 6. Extra opinions. 7. Curriculum. The results of this research In spite of admitting the necessity of theeducation of the vocational ethics, we found, there wasn't systamatical and concrete The education of the vocational ethics which would be based upon our fudamental philosophical, ethical thought should be required for the next physical thera-pist as a medical specialist, suitable for the medical ethics in this age. Now, the field of research development for educational contents, matericals for concerning with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy have not been suficient yet, and theis research should be developed continuosly.
