성공적인 EIP(Enterprise Information Portal) 구축을 위한 연구: S(사) 구축사례 분석 (A Study for successful EIP(Enterprise Information Portal) construction: An analysis on the case of S company' EIP construction)

  • IT기술이 발달하고 기업 내 직원들의 업무 수행으로 발생되는 정보의 양과 종류가 다양하고 복잡해짐에 따라, 많은 기업들이 EIP의 도입을 고려하고 있다. 그러나, 성공적인 EIP 구축을 위해서는 EIP의 구축 및 사용과정에서의 주요요인들을 파악하고 이러한 요인들을 EIP 시스템에 구현하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 S사의 EIP 시스템 구축 사례를 통하여 주요요인들을 찾아내고, 주요요인들이 S사에서 EIP 시스템을 개선하는 과정에서 어떻게 반영되었는지를 살펴보았다. 설문조사를 통한 조사 결과, EIP의 구축 및 도입, EIP의 일반저인 기능, 효과적 활용요인, 사용자 요구사항의 네 분류에서 각각의 항목들에 대한 우선순위를 얻을 수 있었으며, 이 중에서 상위항목들은 과거시스템에서는 거치 반영되지 않았으나 개선된 시스템에서는 대부분 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 현재 EIP 시스템의 도입을 준비하고 있는 기업이라면 본 논문을 통해 EIP 도입과정에서 고려하여야 할 사항들을 파악하고 구체적인 시스템 구축에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 최근의 건설사업에서는 전체 건설공사 수행과정 중 특히 Pre-con 단계의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있으며 Project 성패에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라 건설사업은 Pre-con 단계에 대한 정확한 개념 및 체계화가 이루어지지 않고 있으며 대부분 현장소장의 경험에 의존하고 있기 때문에 체계적인 공사수행에 차질을 빚는 등 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 전체 Pre-con 단계 중 종합건설회사내에서 시공계획서작성이전 Pre-con 단계의 업무흐름을 분석하고 업무부서간의 도식화된 업무체계를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 불필요한 업무론 배제하고 더 나아가 향상된 업무 흐름을 통해 체계적인 공사계획을 수립하여 본 공사에서의 효율성 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 건설 관련 기술 및 시장은 최근 시간과 장소를 떠나 글로벌 시장이라는 하나의 울타리 내에서 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 대기업 중심이었던 해외건설시장에서 중소기업의 비중이 확대되고 있는 시점에서 이들 건설기업의 이윤확대를 위해서는 더욱 효율적이고 생산적인 사업구조 전략이 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 기업의 전략을 위해 건설기업들은 일반적으로 타 기업과의 비교분석을 통해 부족한 점을 인식하고 발전시키기 위한 벤치마킹을 실시하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 세계 건설업체의 다양한 사업구조전략 및 변화모습을 분석하여 선진 건설업체를 선정하는 한편 이들 기업의 전략 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 또, 벤치마킹을 위한 선진기업의 선정 방법을 소개하는 또다른 목적을 가질 수 있겠다. 선진 건설업체를 선정하기 위해 시장점유율(매출)변화 분석, 건설 상품별 전문성 분석, 그리고 사업 포트폴리오전략 분석을 방법론으로 이용하였으며 자료는 ENR지에서 발표되는 세계 건설기업의 매출과 상품별 비중을 참고하였다.

Hazard Recognition and Construction Safety Training Efficacy using Interactive Virtual Reality (VR)

  • The majority of construction site incidents occur due to a lack of hazard awareness among workers on job sites. This lack of awareness is despite mandatory construction safety training, typically in the form of written content (safety manuals) or of images depicting hazards. To reduce job-site injuries and fatalities, general contractors have started adopting Virtual Reality (VR) to impart safety training to job site personnel. VR safety training can take the form of an immersive simulation comprising potential safety hazards intentionally embedded into a virtual job site; users are required to identify these hazards within a specified time frame with the expectation that they will be more adept at recognizing hazards on an actual job-site, resulting in fewer accidents. This research study seeks to identify the actual impacts of VR on construction safety awareness among participants. The research addresses the following question: Does VR improve hazard recognition awareness? The primary objective is to evaluate participants' performance of past construction safety awareness against present construction safety awareness after receiving VR training. Participants were asked to complete a multiple-choice Qualtrics™ questionnaire. The results of the study showed a statistically significant knowledge gain advantage with respect to hazard recognition and construction safety awareness with the use of interactive, immersive VR over a more conventional and passive safety training method.

e-비즈니스 구현 모델에 관한 연구 : 가구산업 중심으로 (A Study on e-Business Establishment Model : Furniture Industry)

  • This study aims to explore the ways of reinforcing the competitive edge and substance of company through e-business in furniture industry by presenting the e-business model of furniture industry which faces the opportunity of challenge in the course of industrial restructuring. e-business model can take various types depending on the environment, feature and competitive edge that each company faces. For example, it is general in the fields of manufacturing company to study the model by dividing into Sell Side for sales to the customers, and Buy Side for purchase of raw materials, Integrating both sides. In furniture industry, Sell Side has the feature of giving a priority in the quality and price rather than brand image in the purchase type of consumer. Especially, it shall not be overlooked that majority of furniture is delivered to the consumer indirectly through the construction company. As such, e-business should be promoted in a way to expand the point of contact for consumers, rather than to construct its own point of contact for consumers. The percentage of importation of raw lumber is high and the standardization was insufficient in Buy Side.

CEO의 이미지가 브랜드 가치에 미치는 영향 (The Study on Identify components of CEO image Influence in Brand's value)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify components of CEO image and to examine predictors to affect company's market value. To explore the social construction of the CEO Image depicted in the popular business newspaper, the Wall Street Journal and daily newspaper of Korea, was analyzed. Then, the reconstructed image of the CEO was compared with the firm's stock price change to see their relationship, if any. This paper focused on the case of Carly Fiorina as previous chief of Hewlett-Packard, who was the Fortune's ranking of the 50 most powerful women in business is presented. The period for the analysis was five years and eight months from her inauguration(July, 1999) to the release(February, 2005). The results, four predictors such as nature, management ability, leadership style, appearance character had statistically significant relationship with both company's market value and the image of CEO. In addition to revealed that media coverage of Carly Filoina was commensurate with the financial performance, particularly stock price change of the Hewlett-Packard. In general, the best image of the CEO is highly transcends to the image of the company as well. Therefore it is need to manage effectively components of CEO image to enhance brand image and its brand value, which are further expected to enhance company's market value.

기계설비 전문건설업에서의 기능인력 운영상의 문제점 분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Problem Analysis and Improvement for Technicians Operation in Specialized Construction Firms by machinery&equipment services)

  • 본 연구는 기계설비 전문건설업체를 대상으로 기능인력운영의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 18개 기계설비 전문건설업체의 경영자/작업반장 및 일반건설업체 현장관리자를 사례대상으로 선정한후 직 하도급별 문제점을 설문 조사하였으며, 조사된 문제점을 바탕으로 기능인력운영 실태를 분석한 후 개선방안을 도출하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 수행한 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장에서의 작인반장의 역할은 도급제 근로자를 관리운영 하는 책임자이지만 원도급자와의 종속적인 관계로 인한 인력관리 권한축소로 인해 기능인력관리에 어려움이 있다고 분석되었다. 둘째, 효율적인 기능인력운영을 위해 작업반장의 현장대리인화 또는 연봉제로 고용된 작업반장을 통한 인력관리가 기능인력운영상의 개선방안으로 도출되었다.

건설공사 철근정보관리 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Integrated Management System for Rebar Information in Building Construction)

  • With labor shortage and high-wage, the construction cost is rising and the construction-business is dull, demanding the construction environment of Korea to raise profitability through major cost savings and rationalization of construction management. Therefore, in this study, to improve many problems found in calculating rebar quantity for capital expenditure programming which is considered the beginning stage of rebar work. and to improve problems such as no grasping of rebar loss due to lack of systematic management in order/purchase stage and construction management stage, a rebar information-management-system was found and preyed. The relation database was designed for the rebar information management system by analyzing work process of a rebar manufacturing plant, as the rebar information that is necessary in a rebar manufacturing plant if similar to that of a purchasing department of general construction company. The Proposed rebar information management system was implemented in two large rebar production plants. The implementation of the proposed system showed that the system increased work efficiency, reduced the management manpower, and improved the project-integrated management

건설업 산업재해발생률 산정·평가기준 개선방안 연구 (The study on improving the regulation for industrial accident rate level assessment of construction companies)

  • The regulation for industrial accident rate level assessment of construction companies was introduced to the construction industry in the Republic of Korea since 1993 and has brought positive outcome on industrial accidents reduction at construction work sites. There were considerable decrease of industrial accident ratio and enforcing of contrators' safety organizations from the beginning of the regulation for industrial accident rate level assessment. In spite of these positive outcomes, there were some negative effects such as contractors' shrinking accident reports to keep good accident ratios since these figures had a great impact on pre-qualification stage of bidding when general contractors were competing for new construction projects. In addition, Comprehensive evaluation bid system, which replaces the lowest price bid system is applied to government-ordered construction projects since 2016. Comprehensive evaluation bid system includes construction company's accident rate as one of the evaluation items and carries out with the industrial accident rate level assessment of construction companies at the same time. The regulations of two systems have been called for improvement to unify these different procedures and standards which have led business stakeholders to confusion for several years. This study aims to devote on lessening shrinking accident reports and to reduce the waste of business stakeholders through changing the regulation for industrial accident rate level assessment.

연약지반에 축조하는 강제치환 호안사석의 시공관리방법에 관한 연구

  • In order to construct extremely large scale of sea dike like Saemanguem dike, extremely large amount of mass of rock are needed. In this case, it is general methods to estimate required amount of rock mass based on characteristics of consolidation settlement and bearing capacity of seabed, because it is impossible to estimate exact amount of rock material based on varied seabed condition.. Even in this general methods, it is very few case to manage rock mass amount by estimation of actual input rock mass but the main point is focused on the final section formation considering of designed section and reserve embankment, so excessive or underestimating result of rock mass would be occurred surely. This general methods is not resonable in the points of economic and stable. In this study, optimum construction management method of rubble mound in the 3rd section construction of Saemanguem sea dike is suggested based on comparing required rock mass estimating from consolidation settlement theory with actual input rock mass. It is found out that the optimum input quantity of rock mass is about $1,900{\sim}2,000m^3$/day.
