성주류화 실행의 거버넌스 구축 방안 (Constructing Governance to Implement the Gender Mainstreaming System)

  • 우리나라는 성평등 실현을 목적으로 성주류화 제도를 도입했다. 성주류화 실행이 체계적이고 지속적으로 작동되기 위해 가장 중요한 것은 모든 사회구성원과 조직, 다양한 집단의 적극적인 참여라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 실효성 있는 성주류화 실행을 위해 여성, 소외계층, 교육기관, 직능단체, NGO, 전문가, 연구기관, 기업, 언론, 정부, 의회, 성별영향분석평가 센터 등이 참여하는 거버넌스 모형과 구축 방안을 제안한다.

임상간호사의 성별, 성역할정체감에 따른 병원폭력 경험과 병원폭력에 대한 태도 (Experience of Violence and Hospital Violence Attitude according to Gender and Gender-Role Identity of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aims to examine differences in experiences of violence and hospital violence attitude according to gender and gender-role identity of clinical nurses. Methods: The quota sampling method, was used to select the research subjects. They were divided into two groups male and female nurses who worked for three general hospitals or higher level-hospitals in Incheon and Gyeongbuk. The data of 219 subjects was used for final analysis. The IBM SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data t-test and ANOVA. Results: According to gender, the hospital violence experience of female nurses was oserved frequently when the verbal violence came from guardians, and when the physical threats came from others. For male nurses, the experiences of hospital violence was obserbed. According to gender, the hospital violence attitude revealed significant differences in female nurses that the negative attitude was higher (t=-4.69, p<.001). According to gender-role identity, the undifferentiated and femininity showed significant differences (F=4.86 p=.003). Conclusion: The differentiated strategies of coping measures and violence preventive education considering the gender and gender-role identity of clinical nurses would help formulate measures for the effective management of hospital violence.

청소년 성역할 고정관념에 관한 연구 - 성 차이를 중심으로 - (A Study on Gender Differences of Gender-Role Stereotype among Youth)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 성역할 고정관념의 성 차이를 알아보고 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 가족특성과 청소년 개인특성을 중심으로 규명하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원이 2005년 조사한 초등 2차 패널 자료와 중등 3차 패널 자료를 사용하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성역할 고정관념은 여학생보다 남학생이 더 유효하게 높았다. 둘째, 남성성 성역할 고정관념은 남학생 뿐 아니라 여학생에게도 여성성 성역할 고정관념보다 높은 수준으로 유지되고 있었다. 셋째, 남학생의 자존감은 성역할 고정관념에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 여학생의 자존감은 성역할 고정관념과 무관하였다. 넷째, 여학생 집단에서 아버지와 어머니의 교육수준, 가족형태는 성역할 고정관념의 유의한 감소를 가져오는 것으로 나타났지만, 남학생 집단의 경우 어머니의 교육수준만 남성성 성역할 고정관념의 유의한 증가를 가져오는 것으로 나타나 여학생은 가족의 영향을 남학생보다 더 많이 받고 있었으며, 효과에 있어서도 성역할 고정관념의 완화를 경험하고 있었으나 남학생은 그 반대인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년의 균형 있는 성역할 태도 형성을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

  • This paper is concerned with the effective and efficient identification of the gender and motion of humans. Tracking this nonverbal behavior is useful for providing clues about the interaction of different types of people and their exact motion. This system can also be useful for security in different places or for monitoring patients in hospital and many more applications. Here we describe a novel method of determining identity using machine learning with Microsoft Kinect. This method minimizes the fitting or overlapping error between an ellipsoid based skeleton.

  • The purpose of this paper is to deeply understand the transitional concept of gender expressed in the later 20th century fashion through analyzing of various literature. Gender is constructed in the context of social and culture different than sex which is inherent difference between man and women. Thus the concept of gender can be changed according to change of social and culture. There are imposing changes in gender since 60's owing to various factors; namely, feminism, subculture, deconstruction, development of technology, market economy, changing sex roles, etc. Especially in the 60's to 70's, as radical changes were took place, gender became vague more and more. Finally these days there is no fixed gender. In terms of meaning, there may be a number of genders-since there are as many meanings of sex as there are people who have thought about it. That is, sex is, gender means. Sex exists in itself, and is sublimely indifferent to what humans think of it, However gender is all the meanings we assign to sex. In accordance with this phenomena, people don't mind their sexes with appearance. There is only different disposition and taste.

여대생의 성역할 태도에 따른 의복관여와 의복소비행동에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Clothing Involvement and Clothing Consumption Behavior of Female University Students according to Gender Role Attitude)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how gender role attitudes affect clothing involvement and clothing consumption behaviors in young female generation by changing the traditional sex role stereotype. For the research, the survey was conducted for a month from June 15 to July 15, 2009. Data was collected a total of 368 questionnaires from 20's female university students and analyzed 301 questionnaires with SPSS 12.0. The results were as follows. First, the results of factor analysis on gender role attitudes confirmed the multifactorial theory of gender schema: modern masculinity, conservative gender roles, modern feminity based on emotion, gender role openness, and traditional feminity. Second, gender role attitude of female university students was a little conservative but flexible to accommodate masculinity and active in the emotion expression. Third, gender role attitudes had important effects on clothing involvement which was identified into 4 different factors; fashion involvement, clothing interest, performance risk, and social psychological risk. Fourth, gender role attitudes were related with clothing consumption behaviors as like shopping orientation, on-going information search behavior and brand loyalty because of needs for innovation, exhibition and differentiation. Therefore, it was concluded that not only 'androgynous' from modern feminity based on emotion but also 'masculinity' was applied to important fashion marketing strategic tools by statically affecting female consumer's clothing involvement and clothing behaviors.

대학생의 성별과 인지적 조절초점에 따른 지연행동과 불안의 차이 (The differences in procrastination and anxiety according to the gender and cognitive regulatory focus of university students)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the difference in procrastination and anxiety as a personality trait according to gender and the cognitive regulatory focus of university students. In this study, we would like to answer the following questions: First, is there any difference in procrastination according to gender and regulatory focus? Second, is there any difference in anxiety according to gender and regulatory focus? The participants of this study comprised of 434 university students(171 male, 263 female), studying at 4 universities in South Korea. To examine whether the relative strength of promotion and prevention focus would differ across gender groups and regulatory focus type(promotion or prevention), we conducted a $2{\times}2$ factorial analysis of variance(ANOVA). The results of this study are as follows. First, there were significant difference in procrastination according to gender and regulatory focus, but there were no interaction effect between gender and regulatory focus. Second, there were significant difference in trait anxiety according to gender and regulatory focus, but there were no interaction effect between gender and regulatory focus. This study found that procrastination and anxiety as personality traits are differ depending on gender and regulatory focus(promotion focus and prevention focus). Suggestions and discussions based on these findings are provided.

초등학교 고학년의 성역할정체성에 따른 교우관계 분석 (An Analysis of Friendship by Gender-Role Identity in Higher Grade Elementary School Students)

  • This study researched differences in friendship among children of the same and/or opposite sex and their gender-role identities. Friendship and gender-role identities among 423 children in the 5th and 6th grades were examined. Data was analyzed by MANOVA and ANOVA. Findings were : (1) there were some differences between boys and girls in rank order of the distribution of gender-role identity types : androgynous type was most common in girls; undifferentiated was most common among boys. (2) Results of friendship based on sex and gender-role identity showed that boys and girls with androgynous gender-roles were friendly with both boys and girls. Among boys, masculine types were particularly friendly with boys; among girls, masculine types were particularly friendly with girls.

  • We examined the minimization effects of a subjective sense of poverty by social networks for urban workers and the mediating effects. The purposes of this study are to draw up measures and provide implications in community health care by gender. The findings are as follows: First, differences in understanding a subjective sense of poverty have been generated by demographic socio-economic characteristics according to gender. Second, differences in perception of the subjective sense of poverty have been generated by types of social networks according to the gender. Third, differences in types of social networks have been generated by gender. Fourth, differences in mediating effects of the types of social networks influencing a subjective sense of poverty have been generated by gender. We provide effective methods in community health care by analyzing these examinations.

  • This study attempts to identify the process in which how the Myth of family and gender image are reproduced and taken in by the recipients through semiotics analysis of three versions consisting of children, husband and housewife series of SK corporate's TV advertisements from the last half of year 2009 to the first half of year 2010. The analysis of the corporate advertisements shows that each advertisement binds and stereotypes concept of family and gender to Myth of family, especially case of female, and consequently, the result through text analysis is that corporate advertisements reproduce and restructure traditional Myth of family and role of gender. Going forward, Family study requires to realize importance of effect of mass media, especially of TV advertisement, to research diverse case studies and searching about it.
