An analytic and comparative study on the level of concentration on heavy metals in silt of Han- River was described. The Paldang lake supplies tap water resources for the 20 million residents in the metropolitan zone. It is composed that three steps for water works by the water volume in all 35,072 thousand tons : the first section is 7,251 thousand tons, the second is 15,980 thousand tons and the third is 11,841 thousand tons. However, recently it has becoming a serious social issue for water contamination on Paldang by heavy metals due to gathering of silt. It has concentrated on analysis and comparison study on the level of heavy metals between contamination- estimated zone and the other zones. After all, Concentration on heavy metals of expected none pollute's zone and expected pollute's zone indicate almost similar results. In the end, heavy metals within silt of Han- River consider not to effect on pollution but quantity of natural condition.

This study aims to find out the teacher's role in each procedure necessary for math gifted students' independent study so as to help them grow to become more creative experts. The case study targeted 14 gifted students. The result shows that the necessary steps for math gifted students' independent study are as fellowing; introducing the independent study, selecting a topic, asking a question, literature review, choosing a study method, gathering information, analysing information, developing a product, sharing information, evaluating the study, Teachers should teach students necessary skills with plans and take the roles of advisors and facilitators. Especially, for effective independent study, this should be planned and done in a regular program for gifted students; teachers' and parents' interest and encouragement facilitate the students' study process.

This paper is intended as a basic study in which the purpose is to provide understanding of the workings of man in relation to his information resources. Such understanding would prove of value in formulating the policies of an inoformation center serving the fields of science and technology. The information problem of the scientific community was assessed in the lights of the characteristics of the information (cumulativeness, currency versus obsolescence, volume versus redundancy, interrelationships, and foreign literature)and the flow of information and communication patterns covering the use of the variety of media and the information gathering habits of scientists. What can be done to ease the problem was sought in the improvements and innovations which call the attentions of the scientists and the technologists as producers and users of the information, of the professional organizations of various disciplines and of government.

Because vocal technique is the basis of singing a song beautifully, so this study was undertaken to use the scientific and correct technique in order to get much better musical expressions. Shimadzu X - ray remote control TV system was used for checking the supporting state of diaphragmatic respiration after 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 sec during phonation in the state of full inhalation between professional singer and non - professional singer. Shimadzu Magnet $nex-{\alpha}$(SMT -50CX/H) was used for examining the scattering state from the resonance of nasal cavity to that of cranial cavity on the basis of diaphragmatic respiration. The results obtained were summerized as follows : 1. The resonance of cranial cavity must be scattered by the energy of diaphragmatic respiration after gathering the foci of the fundamental 5 vowels. 2. while raising the epiglottis, the resonance of nasal cavity must be clearly in order to maintain the resonance of cranial cavity beautifully. 3. We can get musical expressions by maintaining the elasticity of diaphragmatic respiration.

From reverse-engineering's point of view, the main step is the digitizing or gathering three-dimensional points on the target physical model. As well known, the touch or scanning probe gives higher accuracy, while the non-contact digitizing apparatus by use of laser or structured light can rapidly obtain digitized points of great bulk without contacting onto the part surface of the physical model. We propose a digitizing methodology by use of the LK-031 laser displacement sensor, which was tested with a physical model.

Reasonably accurate estimation of the exposed population to the distinct levels of noise is essential to the efficient management of urban environmental noise. This study proposes a method of calculating the number of exposed people to industrial noise by using GIS tool and noise mapping. The exposed population of noise based on estimation of the number of people that lived in each building in urban area is compared with the one based on density of population. This study suggests the six step method that consists of gathering the fundamental data, extracting the property from the digital map, noise mapping based on the three dimensional topography, estimating population that lives in each building, merging the various results with GIS tool, and estimating exposed population to industrial noise through analyzing the noise map with GIS tools

In the evaluation of rural amenity, it is hard to estimate the worth of rural amenity as numerical values. To evaluate the worth of an abstract idea, information measure technique(IMT) can be used. In this research, rural amenity priority assessment model(RAPAM) was developed adapting IMT. To apply the developed model for assessment of rural amenity, an encyclopedia was used as information gathering and utilizing system(IGUS). The application result of the developed model which was compared with the result of survey have similar trend. $R^{2}$ is 0.8539, RMSE is 0.382 and the applicability of RAPAM was proved.

The folding chairs are one of the most necessary furniture for satisfying the moderns' wants which is utilized for limited space rationally. These folding chairs are variously used in interior spaces such as offices, dining areas, and resting areas. They are very easy to move around, so that quiet useful in out door areas, too. Moreover, they play an important role in public spaces as supplementary furniture. The folding chairs have one or several axes, and they are classified according to type of axes like below. 1. Method of divide seating board into 2 and fold, 2. Method of folds seating board and lay on bottom of backboard, 3. Method of fold back board and lay on top of seating board, 4. Method of fold into contact with left and right, 5. Method of gathering legs into one and fold. The folding chairs have to be easy to operate, firm and safe, light for moving around easily, designed for able to change units whenever they have damaged. Change of residential spaces according to the trend towards the nuclear family maximized necessity of limited spaces' use. Therefore, this study provides insights for development of new methods' of folding chairs.

The kitchen utensils, a part of dietary life, are tableware and everything needed for cooking, storing foods, arranging and housekeeping. This study has been made on the classification in comparison with utility regarding both the shape and the quality of material. The classifications by the quality of material were ceramicware, woodenware, metalware and stoneware. he classifications by the utility were utensils for cooking, utensils for storing and keeping, utensils for arranging, utensils for grinding and utensils for special use. At the stage of migrating and gathering provisions they needed only simple utensils, but by cultivating, fixing their residence and producing crops they prepared and developed all sorts of kitchen utensils to serve various purposes, social rank, poverty and wealth, season and ceremony.

Vessel PMS (Planned Maintenance System) is a paper and/or software based system to monitor vessel engine equipment including main propulsion, steering, auxiliary machinery and cargo handling information. This is one of mandatory survey for vessel introduced by IMO (International Maritime Organization). The planned maintenance as well as documentation must be performed according to a system to be approved by classification agencies. Recently, vessel owners have preferred software based systems to collect and preserve accurate data. However, not ship specific and not taking into account the user are said by end users as operational difficulties. To relieve these concerns, this research analyzes vessel PMS data, suggests a middleware to support automatic collection and design consideration of user interface.
