A electric power conversion system in a pumped storage power plant is important equipment for converting electric motor kinetic energy into electric power. A electric power conversion monitoring system consists of high voltage thyristor firing equipment, fault detection module, data gathering module, real time data processing equipment and man machine interface system. This paper describes electric power conversion system overview, the developed SFC monitoring system configuration including system characteristics, and successful application result to San-Cheong pumped storage power plant.

초고속 네트웍을 기반으로 지리적으로 분산된 리소스들을 공유하며 강력한 컴퓨팅 파워를 낼 수 있는 그리드 환경에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그리드 환경을 구축하기 위한 기술중에 어카운팅 정보의 수집에 관해서 기술한다. 특히 클러스터 형태의 시스템에서 OGSA RSU-WG의 GSAX와 Usage Records Working Group(UR-WG)를 기반으로 하여 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계를 바탕으로 각 노드에서 발생하는 어카운팅 정보와 job 수행 정보를 수집하고, 통합하는 모니터링 툴의 구현에 대해 상세히 설명한다.

IHWA 는 분리개발 된 객체 컴포넌트를 통합함으로써 새로운 응용 시스템을 작성할 수 있는 CBSE(Component Based Software Engineering)기법을 바탕으로 한, 웹 기반 정보 저장/검색의 전형적 모델을 제공하는 소프트웨어 시스템이다. 현재 본 연구팀은 IHWA 시스템의 적용 사례로서 e-business 를 위한 쇼핑몰을 구축하고자 검색, 지불, 운용분야의 모듈들을 S/W 컴포넌트로 개발 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 중, IHWA 의 검색분야에서 상품정보를 보다 효율적으로 수집하고 사용자에게 양질의 정보를 제공하기 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 정보 수집 서비스의 구조에 대하여 설명하고, 특히 비 정형화 된 XML 웹 소스에서의 정보수집 방법에 있어 현재 진행중인 연구에 대하여 설명 하고자 한다.

인터넷과 정보통신기술의 급속적인 발전으로 수천 또는 수억에 달하는 방대하고 다양한 정보들이 웹상에서 존재하게 되었다. 웹상에서 획득가능한 학술정보가 증가함에 따라 다량의 정보를 효율적으로 수집하기 위하여 다양한 웹 로봇기반 수집에이전트를 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에 산재되어 있는 해외학술정보를 체계적이고 주기적으로 수집, 분류하기 위하여 학술지목차DB(QTOC)를 활용한 해외학술정보 수집에이전트 시스템을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is to renovate a closed school to a artist studio complex applying sustainable principles and methods. Through the case study, the principle and methods of sustainable renovation is investigated and following strategies are extracted as a frame of renovation. First, atrium space with thermal mass using existing wall is proposed as a public gathering space. Second, light shelves for effective lighting and shading device for protecting and allowing sun light is proposed to renovate existing classroom. Third, double skin system is proposed with reflection pool to activate heating and ventilation for passive solar as well as passive cooling. Finally, simulation programs such as energy-10 and Form-Z is used to confirm the validity of the sustainable design.

Power quality monitoring system is devoted to more concern than before, because the innovation of industrial technology needs more accurate instruments and more advanced power quality. Therefore, this paper is proposed to use digital protective relays for power quality monitoring. In addition, taking power quality events, Electrical magnetic phenomenon of IEEE std 1159, proposing that adaptive power quality event list consider limitation memory capacity and signal processing ability of protective relay. The prototype S/W of power quality analysis is also developed. Especially this prototype S/W analysis scheme is verified through many kinds of power quality events (gathering protective relay data) in EMTP simulation.

현대 사회는 노트북, 스마트폰 등 무선 통신기기의 발전, 확산 및 유무선 통합 컨텐츠의 활발한 개발로 인해 어느 때보다 무선랜의 사용이 확산되고 있다. 하지만 물리적인 침투를 해야만 공격 및 내부정보 접근이 가능한 유선 네트워크에 비해 전파 도달 범위 내의 어디서나 누구나 접속이 가능한 무선 네트워크는 상대적으로 보안 취약점을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 취약점 개선을 위한 가장 중요한 정보가 무선 네트워크에 접속 대상인 인가, 비인가 사용자 정보를 얼마나 효율적으로 수집 관리하는 가에 있다. 현재는 OA 및 보안 관리자가 수동적으로 수집,관리하는 무선기기 정보를 본 논문에서는 자동화 수집 시스템 및 무선 침입차단시스템(WIPS)와 연계한 시스템 아키텍쳐를 제시하고 구현하였으며, 실제 이동통신사 무선 네트워크에 적용하여 정보 수집율이 향상되고 외부 침입에 대한 능동적 대처 능력이 향상되었음을 확인 하였다.

본 논문에서는 웹에서 사용자의 취향에 부합하는 정보를 지속적으로 수집하여 추천해주는 지능적인 개인용 웹 정보 수집 에이전트의 구현에 대하여 기술한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 에이전트 시스템은 자바언어로 구현되었으며, 인터넷에서 페이지를 모아오는 수집 단계, HTML 문서 색인 단계, 필터링 단계, 사용자가 모니터링 단계, 학습 단계 등 다섯 단계로 구성되어 있다. 웹 페이지는 기존의 검색 엔진으로부터 수집하도록 하였으며, 사용자의 관심에 부합되는 웹 페이지들을 추천하고, 추천된 페이지들에 대한 사용자의 행동을 모니터링하여 사용자의 취향을 학습함으로써 사용자 프로파일을 재구성한다. 본 웹 에이전트 시스템은 암시적인 피드백에 의한 학습을 수행하고 백그라운드에서 동작함으로써 사용자에게 기존의 검색 작업에 따른 시간과 수고를 덜어 주었다.

This paper presents about the activities of speech database standardization in ETRI. Recently, with the support of government, ETRI and SiTEC have been gathering the large speech corpus for the domestic speech related companies. First, due to the lack of sharing the knowledge of speech database specification, the distributed speech database has a different format. Hence it seems to be needed to have the same format as soon as possible. ETRI and SiTEC are trying to find the better representation format of speech database. Second, we introduce a new description method of the annotation information of speech database. As one of the structured description method, XML based description will be applied to represent the metadata of the speech database. It will be continuously revised through the speech technology standard forum during this year.
