In this paper, a sample design is studied for 2000 forestry management survey of five types forestry , tree felling, gathering of pine mushroom, growing of nut trees, growing of wild flowers, and lumbering industry. We introduce population stratification and a modified stratified cut-off sampling which deal with determination of sample size, sample allocation, and estimation of total and variance of estimator. Substitution of sample units and imputation of nonresponse units are discussed for reducing the nonsampling errors.

Knowledge management is an essential part for gaining competitive advantage. The knowledge management system deals with information gathering, process, and implementation for the organizational performance advantage. The study integrates knowledge management in view of an internal organizational information processing structure and external strategic issue management system. This means that the coordination between internal systematic process and external scanning mechanism is essential for organizational success.

In this paper, we propose the integrated security management framework supporting the trust for the ubiquitous environments. The proposed framework provides the gathering and analysis of the security related information including the location of mobile device and then dynamically configures the security policy and adopts them. More specially, it supports the authentication and delegation service to support the trusted security management for the ubiquitous networks. This system also provides the visible management tools to give the convenient view for network administrator.

현재 센서 너트워크와 홈네트워크 분야에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 아직까지 센서 네트워크 분야는 기존의 네트워크 시스템에 연결된 형태의 연구가 많았고 홈 네트워크는 가전기기를 중심의 연구가 대부분이었다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 센서네트워크를 관리할 수 있는 OSGi 기반의 서비스 미들웨어를 설계하였다. 서비스 미들웨어는 OSGi 프레임워크상에서 동작하며 센서 네트워크 시스템과 연동하기 위한 번들과 OSGi 프레임워크 사의 번들을 제어하는 관리 번들로 구성하였다.

모바일 WiFi 핫스팟은 비인가 WiFi 서비스 제한구역에서 내부자료 유출 및 수집과 같은 보안상 문제점을 일으킨다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 무선랜 드라이버를 수정하여 주기적으로 무선 채널을 탐색하는 탐지기를 구현한다.

In WDM/SCM-PON system more than thousand signals must be gathered to monitor for operation. We have implemented IEEE STD 1149.1 JTAG serial interface bus to gather and monitor analog signals. Required area is just $5{\times}5mm^2$. Gathering time per one signal is $1.75{\mu}$ second. Performance to gather is better than that defined in SFF-8472.

Network management is responsible for gathering information on the usage of the network media by the network devices, ensuring the correct operation of the network, and providing reports. MAP network management must provide the high reliability of the media and signaling method, even in very harsh environments, providing a very low bit error rate and minimum number of retransmission. In this paper, we analysed the framework of OSI management and MAP network management and discussed the implementation method of fault management and remote management mechanism in the Mini-MAP controller developed for IBM-PC.

To improve dimension accuracy and make very small parts are one of the major purpose on the electrochemical micromachining. This paper introduce a small machine tool by using the point electrode. That has a data acquisition system for gathering applied electric condition between the gap. Point electrode on this system was made by this method as well. It was found that variable phenomena occurred through the acquired V-I curve on the process.

Knowledge management is a current management concept dealing with information gathering and implementation processes for the organizational performance advantage. The study investigates knowledge management in two perspectives: internally, Organizational information processing structure and externally, strategic issue management system. The study proposes the existence of filtering processes in the organizations. Based on this argument, the authors propose that organizations need to employ strategic issue management system for the successful implementation of knowledge management.
