This aim of the present study was to determine the prevalence of suicide-related behavior(suicide ideation, plans and attemps) and its relationship in college students. 384 college students in Daejeon, Chungbuk provice were selected for this study from April 2 to April 21, 2012. Collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS 19.0 pragram. The prevalence of lifetime suicide ideation, plans and attemps were 32.3%, 4.7% and 3.0%. Respondents with mild ~ severe depressive symptoms were 42.2%. Depressive symptom was the consistent and crucial risk factor associated with suicide-related behavior indicates(suicide ideation, plans and attempts) commonly. We consider the suicide ideation and depressive symptom when develop the suicide prevention program. To prevent suicide, institutionalization of suicide screening program for who experience suicide ideation, depression, follow management of pre-suicide attemptor, surrounders of suicide victims, development of manual about strategy toward suicide, operating mental health program, delicate media representation.

In many fish species, including Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), gonadal development occurs at the expense of stored energy and nutrients. Therefore, reproductive systems are inhibited by limited food supply. It has been well established that reproductive function is highly sensitive to both metabolic status and energy balance. Nothing is known about the possible mediated connection between energy balance and reproduction. Kisspeptin, a neuropeptide product of the Kiss gene has emerged as an essential gatekeeper of reproduction and may be possibly be linked to energy balance and reproduction in non-mammalians. Thus, in this study, the effect of fasting (10 days) on the expression of kisspeptin and the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) gene were assessed in Nile tilapia (male and female) using qRT-PCR. In addition, plasma levels of estradiol-$17{\beta}$ ($E_2$) and 11-ketotestosterone (11-KT) in adult tilapia were measured by ELISA. In male tilapia, fasting reduced Kiss2 and GnRH I mRNA expression in the brain and 11-KT level in comparison with the fed tilapia (p < 0.05). In females, however, there were no significant differences in GnRH I mRNA expression and $E_2$ between fish subjected to fasting and those fed (p > 0.05). These data indicate the impact of nutritional states on kisspeptin as a potential regulatory mechanism for the control of reproduction in male Nile tilapia.

The purpose of this study was to explore what chiefs of tong/ri' experiences in suicide prevention activities are and what their changes are. The study participants are three chiefs of tong/ri who have participated in suicide prevention activities for more than two years in the community. In order to gain a deeper understanding of their respective experiences, used a qualitative method of narrative study. Chiefs of tong/ri' experiences experience in participating in suicide prevention activities consisted of start, experience, change and growth. The meaning is as follows. They did a "light start" with the idea that they could do it easily in their original activities. "Escape from the burden" of learning and maintaining each of own ways in the difficult problem of suicide prevention, "Responsibility as a chief" was the driving force behind suicide prevention activities. They were able to find "change of their own" because of the activity naturally.

NF-κB signaling through both canonical and non-canonical pathways plays a central role in immune responses and inflammation. NF-κB-inducing kinase (NIK) stabilization is a key step in activation of the non-canonical pathway and its dysregulation implicated in various hematologic malignancies. The tumor suppressor, p53, is an established cellular gatekeeper of proliferation. Abnormalities of the TP53 gene have been detected in more than half of all human cancers. While the non-canonical NF-κB and p53 pathways have been explored for several decades, no studies to date have documented potential cross-talk between these two cancer-related mechanisms. Here, we demonstrate that p53 negatively regulates NIK in an miRNA-dependent manner. Overexpression of p53 decreased the levels of NIK, leading to inhibition of the non-canonical NF-κB pathway. Conversely, its knockdown led to increased levels of NIK, IKKα phosphorylation, and p100 processing. Additionally, miR-34b induced by nutlin-3 directly targeted the coding sequences (CDS) of NIK. Treatment with anti-miR-34b-5p augmented NIK levels and subsequent non-canonical NF-κB signaling. Our collective findings support a novel cross-talk mechanism between non-canonical NF-κB and p53.

Objective: This study aimed to examine the effects of maternal monitoring, shared activities with children, maternal education-oriented behavior, and allowing children to own smart-phones on smart media usage patterns based on smart-phone usage time and purposes among elementary school children. Methods: The participants were 1,315 second-grade elementary school children from the 9th wave of PSKC. Latent profile analysis and the three-step estimation approach were used to examine the determinants of the latent profile and the effects of maternal parenting on the profile. Results: Four latent profiles were identified: 'High-level usage & Entertaining oriented,' 'Moderate-level usage & Social/entertaining oriented,' 'Moderate-level usage & Learning oriented,' and 'Low-level usage.' Additionally, results showed that each profile can be predicted by maternal monitoring, education-oriented behavior, and permitting children to own smart-phones. Conclusion/Implications: Our outcomes suggested that it would be necessary to understand the smart media usage patterns of elementary school children, considering both the amount of time spent with smart media and purposes of uses. Further, it is helpful for mothers to monitor children's daily activities, support their educational activities, and take the role of gatekeeper for smart media as a way of appropriate guidance for their children's use of smart media.

Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a receptor tyrosine kinase widely expressed in many cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and head and neck cancer. Mutations such as L858R in exon 21, exon 19 truncation (Del19), exon 20 insertions, and others are responsible for aberrant activation of EGFR in NSCLC. First-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) such as gefitinib and erlotinib have clinical benefits for EGFR-sensitive (L858R and Del19) NSCLC patients. However, after 10-12 months of treatment with these inhibitors, a secondary T790M mutation at the gatekeeper position in the kinase domain of EGFR was identified, which limited the clinical benefits. Second-generation EGFR irreversible inhibitors (afatinib and dacomitinib) were developed to overcome this T790M mutation. However, their lack of selectivity toward wild-type EGFR compromised their clinical benefits due to serious adverse events. Recently developed third-generation irreversible EGFR TKIs (osimertinib and lazertinib) are selective toward driving mutations and the T790M mutation, while sparing wild-type EGFR activity. The latest studies have concluded that their efficacy was also compromised by additional acquired mutations, including C797S, the key residue cysteine that forms covalent bonds with irreversible inhibitors. Because second- and third-generation EGFR TKIs are irreversible inhibitors, they are not effective against C797S containing EGFR triple mutations (Del19/T790M/C797S and L858R/T790M/C797S). Therefore, there is an urgent unmet medical need to develop next-generation EGFR TKIs that selectively inhibit EGFR triple mutations via a non-irreversible mechanism.

Coronary CT angiography (CCTA) is recognized for its role as a gatekeeper for invasive coronary angiography in patients suspected of coronary artery disease because it can detect significant coronary stenosis with high accuracy. However, heavy plaque in the coronary artery makes it difficult to visualize the lumen, which can lead to errors in the interpretation of the CCTA results. This is primarily due to the limited spatial resolution of CT scanners, resulting in blooming artifacts caused by calcium. However, coronary stenosis with high calcium scores often requires evaluation using CCTA. Technological methods to overcome these limitations include the introduction of high-resolution CT scanners, the development of reconstruction techniques, and the subtraction technique. Methods to improve reading ability, such as the setting of appropriate window width and height, and evaluation of the position of calcified plaque and residual visibility of the lumen in cross-sectional images, are also recommended.

This study aims to analyze and compare centrality and brokerage measures of journal citation network focusing on textmining research. The analytic sample was 193 academic articles collected from 136 KCI journals published in 2018. The journal citation network was constructed based on citation relations. The characteristics, centralities, and brokerages of network was analyzed. The journal citation network consisted 136 nodes and 413 links with directed and weight. According to the five types of centrality(out-degree, in-degree, out-closeness, in-closeness, betweenness), journals of social sciences, engineering, and interdisciplinary research showed higher centrality. Social sciences, engineering and interdisciplinary research journals also showed higher brokerages as a result of brokerage analysis which identify five types of brokerage roles(coordinator, gatekeeper, representative, consultant, liaison). The centralities and brokerages of journals are positively correlated. This study suggested how to construct journal citation network from the articles focusing on certain topics. This was meaningful study in terms of conducting brokerage analysis and comparing it with centrality in the journal citation network.

Internet is absolutely contributed to information technology revolution nowadays. Internet services such as voice and data, etc. are provided home or small office via home gateway. The development of communication equipment via home gateway is implemented rapidly, and its product various. This paper presents the design and implementation of the VoIP equipment including the telephone function based on the embedded environment and being connected to the home gateway and the PC because of taking 2-ethernet LAN ports. As developing environment, the STLC1502 developed at ST Microelectronics as single chip solution, VxWorks as RTOS, and C language as coding mechanism are used. The verification of the developed systems for the voice test is carried out for the gatekeeper via Internet. The performance parameter is considered as the call processing capacity measuring the time of the call setup and clearing, and the data processing capacity for the file transfer. As a call setup and clearing is about 95ms, the call processing capacity is about 10 calls per second. The data processing capacity is 5.7Mbps in case of file transfer of server and client environment. Therefore the performance result is satisfied in the aspect of the call processing time and the data transfer time in Internet.

This study inquires at behavior and attitude of gatekeepers at major Korean media in the process of selecting and covering newsmakers, with focusing on factors, paths and practices in making news on the people. The study assumes that gatekeepers' social networking process with social elites, based on birth places, alma mater and kinship, plays great role in making people in the news. The study applies methods of in-depth interviews with people-page gatekeepers and content analysis of news on newsmakers. The in-depth interviews and content analysis unveil that people-page gatekeepers tend to support high society and social elite group. Furthermore, through the process of news-making, the gatekeeper group shares social capital such as economic exchanges and socio-political influences with social elite group. The result of interviews and analysis confirm that social networking based on personal affiliation plays as an important factor in selecting and covering newsmakers. With in-depth analysis of news contents, the study finds out that social elite groups of top government officials, corporate CEOs, medical doctors, lawyers, judges, prosecutors, college professors, cultural celebrities and journalists, who are predominantly male, appear on people pages much frequently out of proportion. The content analysis also reveal that 'personal news,' which cover personal and private life or unilaterally promote newsmakers predominate in terms of frequency and amount over socially-important or pubic-interested 'public news.' In terms of news values, fragmentary news composed of sensational, personal and gossiping elements appear more frequently than socially-meaningful news with strong social issues and public messages.
