Improved National Datum Transformation Parameters of South Korea (국가좌표계 변환요소의 개선)

  • In this paper, the historical coordinates data of origin SUWON are reviewed and determination procedures are explained with the three dimensional geocentric coordinates of ITRF94 that is determined using VLBI observations. Also three translation parameters are calculated on the origin point. The national transformation parameters between the Korean geodetic system and Korean Terrestrial Reference Frame 1994(KTRF94) system, are determined using least square methods with weigted parameter constraints. The results of transformation show that one set of parameters are applicable to fixing of a position for GPS relative positioning processing and to adjusting of a network for three dimensional geocentric coordinates(KTRF94) computing.

  • Recently various thematic maps and image maps using aerial photograph and satellite imagery are frequently made. The geo-referencing is essential to make image map and topographic map using aerial photograph and satellite imagery. For this geo-referencing, Ground Control Points (GCPs) are needed. In this paper, we used GPS relative positioning to measure GCP ground coordinate and the accuracy of 8cm level was achieved. We made GCP image chips for the efficiency of geo-referencing and carried out the bundle adjustment of aerial photographs using GCP image chips to acquire the GCP photo coordinate with image matching technique. Finally we analyzed the accuracy of bundle adjustment compared to the accuracy of the case in using digital maps to acquire GCP photo coordinate.

  • 최근 들어 사진측량은 광센서 및 컴퓨터기술 발전과 같은 관련분야의 발전과 자료처리과정의 자동화 및 사용자의 편의성에 대한 요구로 수치사진측량(Digital Photogrammetry)이라는 새로운 학문분야로 발전하고 있다. 수치사진측 량은 지형지물 및 자연환경에 대한 기하(geometric), 복사(radiometric) 및 의미적(semantic) 정보를 수치영상으로부터 획득하는 기술로 정의되고 있다. 그 적용분야 역시 크게 증가하여 사회 전반에 응용되고 있으며 앞으로 GPS(Global Positioning System), GIS(Geographic Information System) 및 RS(Remote Sensing)와 연계되어 발전 및 응용의 잠재력이 클 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수치사진측량의 발전과정 및 정확한 지형자료의 해석을 중심으로 수치사진측량에 의한 영상 정보를 보다 쉽고, 정확하게 해석하여 정보 취득 관한 적용 가능성을 제시하고, 도시지역의 지상 D/B자료와 지하시설물 D/B를 하나의 3차원 시각화로 나타냄으로써 도시의 모든 시설물을 통합하여 보다 효과적인 유지ㆍ관리, 재해방지, 합리적 의사결정에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 장시간 동안 모호정수를 해석하는 것은 결과의 정확도와 전체적인 변형 모니터링 시스템의 신뢰도에 심각한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 문제이다. 그러므로 이주파수신기를 사용해 모호정수 해석의 가속화된 방식이 필요하게 되었다. 여기에서 묘사한 것은 가상의 이주파 데이터를 산출하여, 이 모호정수 해석을 빠르게 실시할 수 있도록 하는 방법 중의 하나이다. 본 논문은 현장테스트와 이론에 근거한 연구를 통해 산출하였으며, real과 virtual L$_2$ 데이터는 static과 OTF 방식에 의한 전처리과 후처리과정을 통해 비교하였다. 일ㆍ이주파 수신기를 혼용으로 사용하여 일주파 위상에 대해 더욱 빠른 모호정수를 분석하기 위해 virtual L$_2$를 생성하여 해석방법과 데이터 처리에 관한 연구를 하고자 한다. 방법을 설명하기 위한 이론을 개략적으로 기술하였으며, 몇몇 시도적인 결과를 kinematic과 static 방법에서 획득하였다. 초기의 결과는 주기의 몇 백분의 1 또는 천만분의 1일 때 아주 우수한 것으로 증명되고 있다.

  • This paper describe the optimal design of geodetic network by analytical technique based on the quality criteria of network. We described an example of geodetic network design taking into account the precision, reliability and strength that are the main criteria of network design. The main goal of this paper is to evaluate the criteria to design the geodetic network coinciding with the criteria of geometrical strength and high reliability. From this study, the result shows relatively weaker strength in marginal part than the center of network. This indicated that the precision of observation in marginal part is relatively lower than the center.

  • The demand for human security significantly promotes the development of surveillance applications using a multi-sensor integrated UAV system. For more sophisticated operations, the system should provide a sequence of images rectified in a ground coordinate system in realtime. This rectification requires accurate position and attitude of the camera at the time of exposure of each image, which can be estimated through an Aerial Triangulation process using the GPS/INS data and tie points between adjacent images. In this work, the KLT tracker is utilized to obtain the tie points. To satisfy the realtime requirements, we present an approach to speed up the tracker by supplying the initial guessed positions of tie points based on the exterior orientation. The experimental results show that, when the guessed positions are supplied, the KLT tracker consumed less computational time than the ordinary KLT which is more suitable to be incorporated into the realtime image georeferencing process.

  • In this paper, we focus on the accuracy estimation of laser scanning mobile mapping system using Lynx Mobile Mapper. For this, we surveyed checkpoints(181 points) in study areas. A method to estimate the accuracy of laser scanning mobile mapping system based on the measurement range, interval of control points and gps signal environments. As a result, to ensure reliable measurement results, we must be made a plan considering Measure range(60m or under) and operation. The estimation results showed the need for improving accuracy using control points about 150m interval according to environment error source.

  • In this paper, we carried out calibration of laser scanning MMS(Mobile Mapping System) using Lynx Mobile Mapper, a new MMS developed at Optech Incorporated. Laser scanning MMS could be defined as an integration of several subsystems. Subsystems are composed of laser scanner, gps receiver and antenna, INS(Inertial Navigation System), DMI(Distance Measurement Instrument). These are obtained 3D spatial information by direct-georeferencing technology. To obtain 3D spatial information, calibration of laser scanning MMS is required prior to operation system, it is similar to airborme lidar system. 145 checkpoints were used to accuracy estimation. The accuracy results are about 5cm(RMSE) for calibration in all directions(east, north, ellipsoidal height).

  • 우리나라는 지리적 메커니즘을 고려할 때 지각판 거동에 의한 지진발생 가능성을 가지고 있으며, 최근들어 지진 횟수가 증가됨에 따라 지진에 대한 우려와 관심이 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지진 발생 가능성이 높은 단층지역에 위치하고 있는 양산 상시관측소로부터 수신한 GPS 자료를 정밀절대측위 방법으로 처리하고, 양산지역의 지각변동량을 계산하였다. 연구결과 양산지역은 방위각 약 $131^{\circ}$의 4cm/year 속도로 이동하고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 양산단층지역에 대한 지구 물리 해석의 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The paper compares Static GIS, Mobile GIS, Dynamic GIS and Moving GIS at first, then puts forward and discusses a description means of mobile objects, a model of spatial relation based on 9-intersection model and the query and analysis operations that Moving GIS should implement. On the above theory basis, the paper designs the function of Moving GIS and implements a prototype system named PNS-I on the basis of PDA, which has integrated GPS, GIS, GSM and GPRS.
