This article deals with one of the pansori master's life and activities. Bak Songhui(1927~2017), who was the holder of National Intangible Cultural Asset No. 5 for pansori Heungboga. She had played a significant role through the modern history of pansori genre including Yeoseong Gukkeuk(Korean classical opera by women) and Changgeuk(Korean traditional opera in pansori style) as well as original pansori itself. In the article, the early stage of her learnings and the way she got involved to pansori from Gwonbeon period are offered, and the activities by group, solo recitals, and educational activity lists are also provided. Bak Songhui began to learn pansori, Geommu(dance), Seungmu(dance), Gayageum, Yanggeum, and Gagok genres at her age of 13 in Gwangju. She fulfilled 5 years of study in Gwangju Gwonbeon, and entered to a Hyeomnyulsa-travelling theater company, led by Gim Yeonsu at her age around 19. Later, Bak used to be an actress in Yeoseong Gugak Donghohoe(Female Korean music fans' club) led by Gim sohui as well as in Haennim Gukkeukdan, and Saehan Gukkeukdan at around her age of 30. She took the main actress' role in several performances. And thanks to her effort, the Yeoseong Gukkeuk can be one of the representative genre in history. As she entered to the National Changgeuk company, her brilliant talents worked well by leading the company's big hit with her talents of taking many different characters, devotions, and know-hows from her experience. After her 70s, she kept the pansori go on its right way to pass down. She unfolded pansori performances as well as her own students' public presentations, recordings, TV and radio broadcasting activities as the holder of National Intangible Cultural Asset. The activities that Bak Songhui showed us can become another chance to make her a great master of pansori, especially in Dongpyeonje style.

This study utilized an analysis of teachers' use of smart devices in the class, which highlighted the impact factors, and elucidated the relationship between in fluencing factors. The Unified theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is based on the study of extension and modification of the model proposed. For the study, a survey of 1,016 elementary school teachers in the Gangwon and Metropolitan(Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) area was conducted. Was applied using the AMOS structural equation modeling analysis. The analysis examines the utilization of smart devices in class as factors affecting performance expectancy, effort expectancy of the main variables showed, Instant connectivity and Openness that has a direct impact on the performance expectations and effort expectancy.

This paper deals with an economic evaluation of hydrogen production by fermentation. We evaluate the economic feasibility of domestic hydrogen production by fermentation utilizing glucose and waste water sludge in terms of hydrogen production prices. In addition, we make some sensitivity analysis of hydrogen prices by changing the values of input factors such as the price of glucose, the capital cost of the hydrogen production system, and the hydrogen production yields. The estimated hydrogen prices of the two-step dark-light hydrogen production by fermentation utilizing glucose was $5,347won/kgH_2$, and the single-step hydrogen production by anaerobic fermentation utilizing waste water sludge was $4,255won/kgH_2$, respectively. It is expected that the hydrogen production price by anaerobic fermentation can be reduced if we produce methane or hydrogen utilizing by-products such as alcohols and organic acids, or the government imposes some legal regulations on the treatment of waste water sludge.

In this paper, we describe DSSS transceiver development robust to jamming signals as an investigation of ECCM transceiver for UAV uplink. The jamming margin is 15dB or greater with the development target of transceiver because the jamming margin is more important than the transmission rate of data and the spreading code can be changeable. The rake receiver is applied to combine multipath components and turbo code which the coding gain is 7.2dB as a FEC. In this paper, the whole structure, design method and functional test result about the designed modem are described and a conclusion is made.

The purpose of this study was to integrate the general education activities in the preschool developmental delay regarding the effect on the social skills of infant and young children. The participants of this research were young children with a developmental delay, who were enrolled in a school for the physically challenged in Gim-Hae City, South Kyongsangnamdo in Korea. An experimental qualitative module was selected to observe the social consequences after taking the extensive educational programs on young children with a developmental delay. The data was based on the observations of a researcher regarding the child's behavior and videotaped material was analyzed qualitatively in terms of the occasions and their social behaviors while extensive education was performed. The qualitative analysis explains the lower arena of the learning social skill including the quantitative changes in the communicational skill, and self-control skills.

Added value of music industry in Korea is not distributed and calculated properly, and this obstacle brings various problems in a creative environment. Meanwhile, a new business model such as Open Collaboration, Crowdsourcing and platform that makes decisions and innovation from external resources has been appeared in commercial area. This new model like a composer delivers to consumers directly through Youtube.com, and multi collaboration is applied to the music industry, and it enables a new type of mechanism for creation, distribution, division, and calculation of music. However there are not enough empirical study of the music market because existing relative researches has been centered around fundamental concepts and application methodologies. This research defines Open Collaboration Platform in the music industry, and studies affecting factors of Participation Intention for example Justice, Information System Quality and Perceived Value. For a survey we apply PLS(Partial Least Square) to analyse Equity, Information System Quality and structural equation between Perceived Value and Participation Intention. Analysis results show Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice affects Platform Trust, and Service Quality, Economical Value and Emotional Value affects Platform Usefulness. Also Platform Trust and Platform Usefulness affects Platform Participation Intention. We discussed academic and practical implication based on research results.

To help improve the current government practice of direct damage-compensation policies, resulting from the loss of profit, sustained by Hanwoo farmers, as a result of the recent Korea-U. S. Free Trade Agreement (FTA), this research aims to examine any problems or issues caused by said policies. To accomplish this task, we have established Hanwoo-SIMO model and estimated the damage of Hanwoo farmers, one without the implementation of the FTA and another with the FTA, to compare and contrast the two. We then analyzed the efficacy of the current government policies. According to our analysis, the current direct compensation policies for the loss of profit on the part of Hanwoo farmers are insufficient. To address this problem, we recommend the government enact a new direct damagecompensation law to address the following issues. First, as the base formula of damage-compensation, the government should use current price of the beef rather than the annually changing flexible price. Second, the flexible control index should remain fixed at 1.0 rate while the government prepares the adequate amount of the damage compensating direct payment resulting from the FTA. Third, the direct government compensation policy should extend beyond the current 15 years (2013-2026) as the profit loss is expected to increase after the midpoint of the FTA.

Structures floating in the ocean experience various kinds of external loads, among which wave load is considered as determining factor in structural design. Its relative size compared with wavelength may be used to classify whether the structure is relatively small or large. Traditionally, the small structures are assumed to have little diffraction and the wave loads on large structure are usually calculated by only considering inertia force according to diffraction. In this paper, rectangular floating structures usually used in the ocean, river, and lake are used to find the relationship between hydrodynamic forces and its structural response.

This study is to explore effective implementation strategies of elective-based curriculum in high schools, and to infer some implications for the improvement of school facilities. For the purpose, this study did three things. First, it tried to find the degree to which students are provided with the courses they want to take for the elective-based curriculum. Second, it explored effective implementation strategies of elective-based curriculum in high schools with the introduction of students' 'pre-application and lottery-allotted system' of high school admission. Third, it tried to infer the changed policy's implications for the improvement of school facilities. As a result of the study, three points are to be emphasized for the future plan and design of high school facilities. First, different school facilities are needed for each school because each school would implement different types of school curricula. Second, schools should be provided with different sized classrooms and different number of classrooms because three different types of students are assigned for each school as a result of new students' allocation policy. Third, new measures should be taken to provide students who are assigned to unwanted schools with opportunities to take courses outside their schools because students assigned by lottery system cannot have so much opportunity as students who are allocated to chosen schools.

This study aims to examine the consumer preference for packaged bean curd that takes a growing public interest. Specifically, this study tried to examine which is more important - the place of origin of the raw bean or the environmental-friendliness of the raw bean. Surveys were conducted to obtain information, such as the consumer evaluation for food safety on imported food products from China and the consumer perception of Chinese organic food products, Using the binary probit model, the relationship between consumer's choice of packaged bean curd and potentially important factors that can affect the consumer's choice was analyzed. A summary of this research and some policy implications follow. The results of this study can be used as the basic guideline as to how to extend the safety of imported food products, in general, and how to further develop the packaged bean curd industry in Korea, in particular.
