HMM-based Speech Recognition using FSVQ, Fuzzy Concept and Doubly Spectral Feature (FSVQ, 퍼지 개념 및 이중 스펙트럼 특징을 이용한 HMM에 기초를 둔 음성 인식)

  • In this paper, we propose a HMM model using FSVQ(First Section VQ), fuzzy theory and doubly spectral feature, as study on the isolated word recognition system of speaker-independent. In the proposed paper, LPC cepstrum coefficients and regression coefficients of LPC cepstrum as doubly spectral feature be used. And, training data are divided several section and first section is generated codebook of VQ, and then is obtained multi-observation sequences by order of large propabilistic values based on fuzzy nile from the codebook of the first section. Thereafter, this observation sequences of first section is trained and is recognized a word to be obtained highest probaility by same concept. Besides the speech recognition experiments of proposed method, we experiment the other methods under the equivalent environment of data and conditions. In the whole experiment, it is proved that the proposed method is superior to the others in recognition rate.

  • In this paper, we propose a fuzzy PID controller of new method. There are two problems in absolute digital PID controller. First, much calculation time need for obtain the sum of data at each period. Second, this is problem need much memory because to storage every data at the before period. We use the speed type PID digital controller to improvement such problems. In the propose controller doesn't use without adjustment the crisp output error and we doesn't use nile tables in the fuzzy inference process at the forward stage fuzzifier. We inference output member ship function by using the relation and range of two variable of PID gain parameters. We can obtained desired results through the simulation and a experiment of the hydraulic servo motor control system.

  • This paper is proposed adaptive fuzzy-neuro controller for high performance of induction motor drive. The design of this algorithm based on fuzzy-neural network controller that is implemented using fuzzy control and neural network. This controller uses fuzzy nile as training patterns of a neural network. Also, this controller uses the back-propagation method to adjust the weights between the neurons of neural network in order to minimize the error between the command output and actual output. A model reference adaptive scheme is proposed in which the adaptation mechanism is executed by fuzzy logic based on the error and change of error measured between the motor speed and output of a reference model. The control performance of the adaptive fuzzy-neuro controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. The results of experiment prove that the proposed control system has strong high performance and robustness to parameter variation, and steady-state accuracy and transient response.

  • A self-structured neural network algorithm that finds optimal fuzzy membership functions and nile base to fuzzy model is proposed and a fuzzy-neural network controller is designed to get more accurate position and velocity control of wheeled mobile robot. This procedure that is composed of three steps has its own unique process at each step. The elements of output term set are increased at first step and then the rule base Is varied according to increase of the elements. The adjusted controller is in competition with controller which doesn't include any increased elements. The adjusted controller will be removed if the control-law lost. Otherwise, the controller is replaced with the adjusted system. After finished regulation of output term set and rule base, searching for input membership functions is processed with constraints and fine tuning of output membership functions is done.
