다목적 유전자알고리즘을 이용한 첨단기술산업 시설물의 스마트 미진동제어 (Smart Microvibration Control of High-Tech Industry Facilities using Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm)

  • Reduction of microvibration is regarded as important in high-technology facilities with high precision equipments. In this paper, smart control technology is used to improve the microvibration control performance. Mr damper is used to make a smart base isolation system amd fuzzy logic control algorithm is employed to appropriately control the MR damper. In order to develop optimal fuzzy control algorithm, a multi-objective genetic algorithm is used in this study. As an excitation, a train-induced ground acceleration is used for time history analysis and three-story example building structure is employed. Microvibration control performance of passive and smart base isolation systems have been investigated in this study. Numerical simulation results show that the multi-objective genetic algorithm can provide optimal fuzzy logic controllers for smart base isolation system and the smart control system can effectively reduce microvibration of a high-technology facility subjected to train-induced excitation.

  • In this paper, a control strategy of position and force is proposed based on a switching algorithm. The main focus is the control of position and force in the same direction. The switching algorithm based on a fuzzy algorithm determines the weighting value of force control. First, the force control is dominant. If the position gets closer to the desire position, the weighting value of force control is closer to zero. The proposed algorithm is shown to be satisfactory to position and force control and the weighting factor is quite successful by simulation examples.

  • A new stroke output control algorithm with a fuzzy logic for an electrohydraulic left ventricular assist device(EH-LVAD) was developed. The EH-LVAD pumps out blood from left atrium actively. Excessive suction of blood may cause fatal damage in left atrium. The LVAD has to provide a maximal stroke output without collapse of left atrium. In this study a new fuzzy algorithm for predicting and detecting suction and doing proper action on LVAD without using an extra pressure sensor but with bellows pressure signal and motor current signal is developed. The performance of the fuzzy control algorithm is demonstrated by the results from mock circulatory experiments.

  • In this paper, we have proposed a new adaptive fuzzy control algorithm based on Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. The regulation problem for the uncertain SISO nonlinear system is solved by the proposed algorithm. Using the advanced stability theory, the stability of the state, the control gain and the parameter approximation error is proved. Unlike the existing feedback linearization based methods, the proposed algorithm can guarantee the global stability in the presence of the singularity in the inverse dynamics of the plant. The performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated through the problem of balancing and swing-up of an inverted pendulum on a cart.

  • A pressure tracking of hydroforming process is considered in this paper. To account for nonlinearities and uncertainty of the process. A fuzzy SOC based iterative learning control algorithm is proposed. A series of experimentals were performed for the pressure tracking control of the process. The experimental results show that regardless of inherent nonlinearties and uncertainties associated with hydraulic system. A good pressure tracking control performance is obtained using the proposed fuzzy learning control algorithm.

  • The success of a fuzzy logic control system solving any given problem critically depends on the architecture of th network. Various attempts have been made in optimizing its structure its structure using genetic algorithm automated designs. In a regular genetic algorithm , a difficulty exists which lies in the encoding of the problem by highly fit gene combinations of a fixed-length. This paper presents a new approach to structurally optimized designs of a fuzzy model. We use a messy genetic algorithm, whose main characteristics is the variable length of chromosomes. A messy genetic algorithms used to obtain structurally optimized fuzzy models. Structural optimization is regarded important before neural network based learning is switched into. We have applied the method to the exampled of a cart-pole balancing.

  • In this paper, we develop a control system of an Educational Robot and implement a fuzzy algorithm for the position control. The MA2000 robot manufactured by TecQuipment Co. is the controlled system and 3 axes(waist, shoulder, elbow) of total 6 axes are controlled by the fuzzy logic-based algorithm. The control system consists of an IBM PC, an interface board capable of A/D conversion and PWM generation, and a drive board for dc motors in joints of the robot. The experiments show that the modified fuzzy algorithm yields a better performance in steady-stale than that of the conventional fuzzy algorithm.

  • The paper proposes a novel control algorithm for tracking maximum power of PV generation system. The maximum power of PV array is determinated by a insolation and temperature. Prior considered the term in PV generation system is how maximum power point is accurately tracked. The paper proposes a Fuzzy-Neuro control algorithm so as to accurately track those maximum power points. The proposed control algorithm comprises the antecedence part of fuzzy rule and clustering method, multi-layer neural network in the consequent part. Fuzzy-Neuro has the advantages which are depicted both high performance and robustness in Fuzzy control and high adaptive control in Neural Network. Specially, it can show the outstanding control performance for parameter variations appling to non-linear character of PV array. In paper, the tracking speed and the accuracy prove the validity through comparing a proposed algorithm with a conventional one.

  • 본 논문에서는 퍼지이론을 기반으로하여 ATM망에서 ABR 서비스를 하는데 있어서 효과적으로 링크를 이용하기 위한 트래픽 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 스위치의 버퍼 사이즈에 따라서 소스 전송률을 제어하고 퍼지율을 이용하여 입력 셀 율을 제어하는 알고리즘이다. 우리는 위의 방법들로 퍼지트래픽 제어 알고리즘과 VS/VD의 ER값을 기본으로 한 퍼지 트래픽 제어기를 개발하였다. 또한 퍼지 제어규칙, max-min inferencing 방법으로 하나의 집합적인 기능을 설계하였다.

  • In this paper, the fuzzy approximator and nonlinear inversion control scheme are considered. An adaptive nonlinear control is proposed based on the speed gradient algorithms proposed by Fradkov. This proposed control scheme is that three types of adaptive law is utilized to approximate the unknown function f by fuzzy logic system in designing the nonlinear inversion controller for the nonlinear system. In order to reduce the approximation errors, the differences of nonlinear function and fuzzy approximator, another three types of adaptive law is also introduced and the stability of proposed control scheme are proven with SG algorithm.
