퍼지논리 제어에 의한 CNC 서보기구의 마찰보정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Friction Compensation in CNC Servomechanisms by Fuzzy Logic Control)

  • This paper introduces a friction compensation fuzzy logic controller, which utilizes a rule-based approach. The paper explains the algorithm of the proposed controller and compares it with a conventional PID controller in simulations and experiments. For the experiments, the two control algorithms were implemented on a 3-axis milling machine in contour milling. These simulation and experimental analyses show that the proposed fuzzy logic controller has superior performance over conventional PID controllers In terms of part contour accuracy.

  • In this thesis, the algorithm of Fuzzy Logic Control(FLC) is applied to the Nonlinear system to implement a system response. Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID) controller is also used to control the various systems. Look-up table is applied to decide the control input, and the other look-up table is added for saving memories and inference time. Generally, FLC input variables are error(E) and error derivative($\Delta$E). In this algorithm. another Input variable error's second derivative($\Delta^2$E) is added for Robust Fine control.

  • This paper presents a new approach to the dynamic control technique for track vehicle system using neural network-fuzzy control method. The proposed control scheme uses a Gaussian function as a unit function in the neural network-fuzzy, and back propagation algorithm to train the fuzzy-neural network controller in the framework of the specialized learning architecture. It is propored a learning controller consisting of two neural network-fuzzy based on independent resoning and a connection net with fixed weights to simply the neural network-fuzzy. The performance of the proposed controller is shown by simulation for trajectory tracking of the speed and azimuth of a track vehicle

  • In this paper, to increase the utilization of uranium resources contained in the spent fuel, the spent fuel is reused. for this, the spent fuel is dismantled or spent fuel rod is extracted from the spent fuel assembly. Therefore, to achieve the performance of compacting the spent fuel assembly, we proposed the controller consisting of adaptive and fuzzy with teaming algorithm. In order to show the performance of proposed algorithm compares, we compared the controller with conventional controller in plant.

  • In this paper, we propose a ADALINE controller using fuzzy-backpropagation algorithm to adjust weight. In the proposed ADALINE controller, using fuzzy algorithm for traning neural network, controller make use of ADALINE due to simple and computing efficiency. This controller includes adaptive learning rate to accelerate teaming. It applies to servo-motor as an controlled process. And then it take a simulation for the position control, so the verify the usefulness of the proposed ADALINE controller.

  • In this paper, an algorithm for tuning gains of a PID controller is proposed. The proposed algorithm is composed of two stages. The first is a stage for Lyapunov function-based initial stabilization of an overall system and rough tuning gains of the PID controller. The other is that for fine tuning gains of the PID controller. All tunings are performed by using the well-known fuzzy logic-based tuner. The computer simulations are performed to show the validity of the proposed algorithm and results are presented.

  • This study describes the jump error smoothing scheme with fuzzy logic based on the scalar adaptive filter. The scalar adaptive filter is an useful algorithm for smoothing abrupt jump errors. However, the performances of scalar adaptive algorithm depend on the variance of real signal. So to design an effective algorithm, many informations of real and jump signal are required. In this paper, the fuzzy rules are designed by the analysis of scalar adaptive filter, and then the improved and simplified scheme is developed for smoothing the jump error. Simulations to INS/GPS integrated system show that the proposed method is effective.

  • A new speed controller based on the fuzzy algorithm with hierarchical structure is presented. The input variables of the controller are speed error and its derivative(change of error), where the output variable is the change of torque current command. Several comparisons were performed with conventional PI (proportional plus integral) controller and proposed controller. These controllers are applied to the laboratory model drive system with 2.2kW induction motor. Some simulation and experimental results show that the speed controller using fuzzy algorithm is more robust than the conventional PI controller.

  • 광디스크에 저장된 데이터를 읽기 위한 광디스크 드라이브는 광학헤드 구동기의 포커싱 서보계와 트랙킹 서보계로 구성된다. 기존에 사용하는 지상-진상-진상 보상기는 시스템의 배속이 증가하면서 광학헤드의 구동기 제어가 점점 어려워지는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 광학헤드 구동기 서보계 구현을 위하여 유전알고리즘 기반 퍼지 PID 제어 광학헤드 구동기 설계 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 광학헤드 구동기는 두개의 퍼지 PI, PD 제어 블록으로 구성되며 두 제어기의 퍼지 규칙은 유전알고리즘을 사용하여 최적화된다. 구동기의 포커싱, 트랙킹 서보계의 플랜트 모델은 유사하므로 트랙킹 서보계의 모의 실험만을 통하여 제안된 기법의 우수성을 보인다.
