퍼지 논리는 1965년 Zadeh[13]에 의하여 소개된 이후 꾸준히 확장, 발전하였다. 퍼지 논리와 관련된 수학사 및 수학교육 논문[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7]들이 많이 발표 되었지만 정작 퍼지 논리의 창시자인 Zadeh에 대한 연구 논문은 아직까지 나오지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 Zadeh의 생애와 업적을 알아보고 이를 통해 우리가 배워야 할 점들에 대해 논의한다. 또한 이가 논리, 다가 논리, 퍼지 논리, 직관주의 논리 및 직관적 퍼지 집합을 비교, 분석해보고 직관적 퍼지 집합에서 '직관적(intuitionistic)'이라는 용어의 부적절성에 대해 논의한다.

For any bipolar multi Q-fuzzy set δ of an universe set G, we redefined a normal, conjugate concepts, union and product operations of a bipolar M - N-multi Q-fuzzy subgroups and we discuss some of its properties. On the other hand, we introduce and define the level subsets positive β-cut and negative α-cut of bipolar M - N- multi Q- fuzzy subgroup and discuss some of its related properties.

Quality measures play an important role in the field of image processing. Such measures are commonly used to assess the performance of different algorithms that are designed to perform a specific image processing task. In this paper we propose two novel measures for image quality assessment based on the notion of correlation between fuzzy sets. Two different definitions fur the correlation between fuzzy sets have been used. In order to calculate the proposed quality measures two approaches were evaluated, one with direct application of the measures to the image′s pixels and the other using the fuzzy set corresponding to the normalized histogram of the image. A comparative study of the proposed measures is performed by investigating their behavior using images with different types of distortions, such as impulsive "salt at pepper" noise, additive white Gaussian noise, multiplicative speckle noise, blurring, gamma distortion, and JPEG compression.

지금까지 제안된 유사도 척도는 첫째, 기하학적 유사도 척도, 둘째, 집합론적 유사도 척도, 그리고 마지막으로 일치 함수를 이용한 유사도 척도와 같이 세 종류로 분류될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 유사도 척도가 갖는 여러 가지 성질에 근거하여 퍼지 집합에 관한 새로운 유사도 척도를 제안하고 이의 성질을 알아본다. 마지막으로, 예제를 통하여 제안된 유사도 척도와 기존의 유사도 척도의 특성을 비교한다.

This paper describes a model of the subjective reliability analysis, which uses a fuzzy set, natural language expressions and parameterized operations of fuzzy sets, and reflects analysts' subjectivity. The model has the problem of many different analysis results being obtained since the results depend on their subjectivity. As one of the solutions two kinds of mutual agreements based on the analysis results are considered. One is the intersection and the union of the fuzzy sets obtained by the analysis. The other is the weighted average of the fuzzy sets. This paper gives these interpretations from the viewpoint of system reliability analysis. This paper also shows examples of these considerations.

Intrinsic product of intuitionistic fuzzy sets are considered. Using this, characterizations of intuitionistic fuzzy subrings/ideals are discussed. The notions of intuitionistic fuzzy quasi ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals are introduced. Characterizations of regular rings are provided.

In this paper, we introduce the concepts of interval-valued intuitionistic gradation of openness of fuzzy sets which is a generalization of intuitionistic gradation of openness of fuzzy sets and interval-valued intuitionistic gradation preserving mapping and then investigate their properties.
