The purpose of this study is to investigate various mathematics education improvement or reform movements of Western Europe countries (United Kingdom, Germany, etc.) and the United States of America, to see the effects of those movements on Korean mathematics education circle, and to find a direction of Korean mathematics curriculum design. The third Korean mathematics curriculum was most affected by the new mathematics movement of the United States of America. This movement was emphasizing abstract structure, logical rigorousness and discovery learning of mathematics, which was fired from late fifties. Korean mathematics education circle imported the new mathematics early seventies from USA, but serious problems had been found at that time in USA. This study has pointed out that new math oriented Korean mathematics curriculum was not proper and the new mathematics itself was disastrous for most Korean students' learning. The study also points out that they hurried too much introducing the new mathematics and publishing new mathematics oriented textbooks but they had not sufficient teacher training programs. In our future mathematics curriculum reform, we have to remember such a historical lesson.

In order to succeed in today's changing business environment, the enterprise should adapt their process flexible. To increase their business process flexibility they need to establish and end-to-end integration internally as well as among partners. Now that SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) is accepted as an upcoming IT standard to support flexible business processes and integration. In this paper, SOA is introduced And the Web services and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) are also introduced as a foundation technology to implement SOA-enabled solutions. The pilot project, which introduced in this paper, will be a good reference for future SOA study.

Korea goes on speedily an information-oriented world in the whole filed of society by diffusing the information-oriented education for the whole nation and the utilization of information. Consequently foodservice enterprise which is establishing their homepage in the web site for marketing purpose and direct application of restaurant management had been increased at recently for the restaurant's publicity, raising their image. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibilities of internet application in the foodservice industry. Now the generation who most use the internet went into gear the generation of main consumers out of foodservice industry. Also teenagers who occupied the most portions of using internet are able to be the most important potential customer at present or in the near future. Therefore if marketing activity is recognized for this potential customer, it will be more effective than any other way to promotion.

The paper draws the scales of supply and shortages of port logistics area's human resources based upon the future prospect of its supply and demand. Due to the problems that we face today with human resources training and inequality between the levels of demand and supply, introduction of a new training system by local universities and their overall improvement are brought up as the needs of the times. In order for these to happen, the local universities need to assure originality by specializing Port Logistics area. They need to develop demand-oriented port logistics education programs through establishment of cooperation among the universities, as well as expand qualitative and quantitative improvement their educational programs. In addition the local universities have to act as the central of nurturing local talents by developing an educational-governmental cooperation, leading port & logistics' educational policy as think-tank and producting ready-to-work talent.

The Purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions and pattern types for the perception of Korean traditional food and to find the determinants of the pattern types, taking food cultural background into account. Data were factor and cluster analyzed, and the results revealed two different dimensions and pattern types. Descriptive statistics showed that perceptional pattern types, i.e., traditional-modern pattern and tradition-oriented pattern, are likely to vary depending on socio-demographic and cultural background of Korean traditional food in Korea. Similarities and differences in perceptional pattern types are discussed, and future implications for food and nutrition specialists and food marketers are provided.

The most fundamental method in IT innovation up to today is the SOA which has been accepted as the standard for the system integration and makes the business more flexible. Although it is important to classify the workflow of enterprise into the unit of services, there is no systematical research on this topic yet. This paper proposes a SOA deployment methodology, which composed of 6 steps. By utilizing this methodology, an enterprise can build up the SOA applied environment easily to achieve its business objectives and to make a linkage between services and business processes more effectively and efficiently, which is proved through Analytic Hierarchy Process. It is considered that Service Oriented Architecture can be the future standard for the IT integration beyond the individual application.

Upon entering the 21st Century, One of the new paradigm of Housing industry in Korea is to accomplish the foundation of Sustainable Building & Environment. It is easy to understand that Building environment in Korea is appearing the phenomenon of rapid conversion from supply-oriented market to demand-oriented market. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to suggest the direction of a new housing development with "Open Housing"as New Housing System which takes into account durability of housing based on the changeability among Housing-Components, the flexibility of interior space, the remodeling & repairing of housing and the user′s needs with variable life-style. This paper also shows the example of Infill-Systems for the Open housing in Korea on the basis of housing situation, experiences for the Open Housing including assembly technique of Infill-Systems.

In this research, we create a network infrastructure based on a service-oriented infrastructure (SOI) for the virtualization technology and integrate it with a cloud technology that applies the cloud integration management platform (CIMP) concept. In CIMP, the server and storage will be separated. The server will be adopted for virtualization while the storage will be used by students and teachers to store data. As long they save their data in the storage module, every time, everywhere, and on every device, they can access their data. This research will implement the design of the network infrastructure and be applied to the remote practical learning system in the laboratory. Students and teachers will ultimately adopt this network infrastructure for remote practice using their respective devices without physically meeting in the laboratory. In the future, if the implementation phase is successful, then in addition to laboratory environments, it can be implemented in all learning activities at our campus.

Knowledge has been considered one of the important elements that determine our future. Competitive power of an enterprise has also been transformed from labor, capital, and technology-oriented to knowledge-oriented. Current construction environment is experiencing overall decrease of number of construction contracts due to opening of domestic construction market and economic slump, problems on methods of receiving orders/bidding, and change of costumers' attitude, which intensify competition, therefore many companies consider adopting knowledge management to secure their competitive power. However, there are difficulties in adopting knowledge management and increasing the use by establishing management plan, Performance Measurement, and knowledge maintenance system in reality. Therefore, this study is to provide assistance to successful realization of knowledge management by suggesting development plan of knowledge management that enables knowledge management more efficient with certain goals.

Professional self-determination of the individual is a complex and lengthy process of finding and realizing yourself in the profession. The main goal of professional self-determination is clarified. The basic concepts of readiness for professional self-determination of future specialists in the modern information society are revealed. The following approaches to the consideration of the concept of readiness are defined: functional-psychological, personal, activity-based. Based on the components of readiness identified by the researchers, it can be assumed that the structure of professional self-determination of the future specialist contains motivational, cognitive and activity components. Self-determination is defined as a multidimensional process that can be considered from different points of view: as a series of tasks, that society sets for the emerging individual, and which the individual must solve in a certain period. As a process of step-by-step decision-making, with the help of which the individual forms a balance between his desires and inclinations, on the one hand, and the needs of society, on the other; as a process of forming an individual lifestyle, part of which is professional activity. A number of tasks of professional self-determination of a future specialist in the information society are formulated. Diagnostic practices for determining the degree of readiness of future specialists for future professional success are characterized. Practices are developed as a basis for creating an individually oriented correctional and development program to promote the formation of future specialists' focus on future professional success. Their task is to ensure control over the dynamics of this process, assess the effectiveness of this career guidance work. Practices are aimed at identifying the degree of thorough knowledge of the conditions for achieving professional success in the chosen field of activity among future specialists.
