문항반응이론을 적용한 융합적 사고 및 문제해결 역량진단 도구의 병렬 단축형 개발 : H 대학교를 중심으로 (Development of Parallel Short Forms of the Convergent Thinking and Problem Solving Inventory Utilizing Item Response Theory : A Case Study of Students in H University)

  • The study was conducted to develop two parallel short forms for the Convergent thinking and Problem solving questionnaires which are part of H University's core competency diagnostic tools, based on Multi-Item Response Theory. Item responses of 2,580 students were analyzed using Graded Response Model(GRM) to determine item difficulty and discrimination of each item. The research results are as follows. Two parrallel short tests were developed for the Convergent thinking questionnaire consisting of 12 items which were originally 17 items. Likewise, the Problem solving questionnaire, which originally consisted of 15 questions, was divided into two parallel short forms, each consisting of 9 items. The reliability of the shortened parallel tests was confirmed through internal consistency analysis, and their similarity to the original tests was established through correlation analysis. This study contributed to quality management of competency-based education and programs at H University by developing shortened tests. Based on the results, implications were presented as well as limitations and discussions.

  • 이 글에서는 사회문제 해결과 과학기술혁신에 대한 국내 연구들을 리뷰한다. 사회문제 해결형 혁신은 산업혁신과 비교할 때 혁신의 목표, 추진 방식, 생태계가 다른 새로운 접근이다. 이 연구에서는 사회문제 해결과 과학기술혁신을 논의한 기존 연구를 검토하고 향후 연구의 발전 방향을 다룬다. 이 글은 사회문제 해결을 지향하는 혁신을 특정 분야에 한정된 논의가 아니라 혁신이론과 정책을 파악하는 새로운 프레임으로 바라보는 관점을 취한다. 이를 바탕으로 사회문제 해결형 혁신의 특성, 혁신 거버넌스, 혁신주체들의 역할과 생태계, 사회문제 해결형 정책과 다른 정책들간의 관계에 대한 주요 연구 이슈를 제시한다.

초등예비교사의 수학 문장제 해결 도구로서 다이어그램에 대한 초기 관념과 수행 (Prospective elementary teachers' preconceptions and experiences of diagrams in solving math word problems)

  • 다이어그램은 수학 문장제의 구조를 표현하고 추론을 하여 문제를 해결하는 데 유용하다. 다이어그램에 관한 교사의 관념과 실행은 학생들에게 큰 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 예비교사교육 프로그램에서 예비교사들이 다이어그램 관련 역량을 기를 기회를 제공해야 한다. 관련하여, 예비교사들이 다이어그램에 대한 어떤 사전 경험과 관념을 가지고 교사교육 프로그램에 입문하는지, 프로그램을 거치면서 어떤 변화가 일어나는지, 프로그램에 어떤 개선이 필요한지 연구할 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 그 출발점 작업으로, 교육대학교의 수학교육 프로그램에 입문하는 초등예비교사들의 다이어그램에 대한 관념과 수행을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 초등예비교사들은 다이어그램 유용성 인식과 다이어그램 교육 의지 영역에서 긍정적인 응답을 보였으나, 수학 문장제 해결에 다이어그램을 자발적으로 사용하고 있지 않았고 학교에서의 다이어그램 학습 경험에서도 부정적인 응답을 보였다. 또, 초등예비교사들이 그린 다이어그램을 분석한 결과, 해를 구하는 추론 (풀이) 과정을 나타내는 다이어그램을 그린 초등예비교사는 소수였다. 이러한 결과는 다이어그램에 관한 경험과 지식이 부족한 상태로 수학교육 프로그램에 입문하는 초등예비교사가 많음을 시사한다.

미래문제해결 프로그램이 창의성과 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Future Problem Solving Program on Creativity and Scientific Attitude)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Future Problem Solving Program on creativity and scientific attitude. For this study the 4 grade, 2 class was divided into a research group and a comparative group. The class was pre-tested in order to ensure the same standard. The research group had the science class with FPSP, and the comparative group had the class with teacher centered lectures for 9 classes in 10 weeks. The FPSP was focused on finding problems, finding key problems, creating solutions, selecting the standard of judgement, making alternative solutions, and learning creative steps of solutions consisting of development of action planning. To prove the effects of this study, creativity was split up according to fluency, originality, abstractness, accuracy, and openness. Also, scientific attitude consisted of honesty, patience, curiosity, preparedness, autonomy, criticism, and openness. The results of this study are as follows. First, the science class with FPSP with finding problems, finding key problems, and creating solutions had the effect of developing the scientific creativity; fluency, originality, abstractness of the title, accuracy, and openness. Second, the FPSP had the effect of developing the scientific attitude. Students made ideas and solved the problems through divergent thinking and convergent thinking. During the class it had the effect of developing the scientific attitude; honesty, patience, curiosity, preparedness, autonomy, criticism, and openness. As a result, the elementary science class with FPSP had the effects of developing scientific creativity and scientific attitude. It means the science class with FPSP has potential possibilities and value to develop scientific creativity and scientific attitude.

문제해결력 향상을 위한 비전공자 소프트웨어 기초교육 내용 분석 - 국내 SW중심대학 중심으로 - (Contents Analysis of Basic Software Education of Non-majors Students for Problem Solving Ability Improvement - Focus on SW-oriented University in Korea -)

  • 정부는 2015년부터 소프트웨어 중심대학 지원 사업을 통하여 미래 인재에 요구되는 소프트웨어 역량 강화에 힘쓰고 있다. 소프트웨어 중심대학으로 선정된 대학에서는 각기 다른 전공지식과 소프트웨어 소양을 겸비한 융합형 인재 양성을 위하여 대학 내 인문, 사회, 공학, 자연과학, 예체능 등 모든 계열에 소프트웨어 기초교육을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 20개 소프트웨어 중심대학에서 실시하고 있는 비전공자 대상의 소프트웨어 기초교육의 내용을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 비전공자 학생들에게 실시하고 있는 소프트웨어 기초교육의 대부분은 미래사회에 필요한 컴퓨팅 사고력 중심의 문제해결력 향상과 컴퓨터과학에 기반을 둔 융합 능력 향상 목적으로 실시하고 있었다. 전공별 특성을 반영한 교육 내용과 프로그래밍의 난이도 조정을 위해 블록 기반 교육용 프로그래밍 언어와 텍스트 기반 고급 프로그래밍 언어를 활용하고 있다. 문제해결을 위한 교수 학습 방법으로는 문제 중심 학습(Problem based Learning), 프로젝트 중심 학습(Project Based Learning)과 토의 토론법을 많이 사용하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 향 후 이 논문이 비전공자 소프트웨어 기초교육의 체계적 방향 설정에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

채찍효과에 대한 트리즈 분석과 연구현황 고찰 (TRIZ Analysis to Bullwhip Effect and a Survey on Studies)

  • Recently, corporate environment is faced with uncertainty that did not suffer in the past. In addition, as the supply chain was expanded and lengthened, the flow of information and material was complicated. Increase in complexity which amplifies the variability of the individual steps in supply chains further adds to the uncertainty. The bullwhip effect that refers the phenomenon where order variability increases as the orders move upstream in the supply chain became serious. The bullwhip effect is more and more important especially for the enterprise in the supply chain. So, there are many studies now since it was observed about 100 years ago. The aim of this paper is to analyze how to solve the bullwhip effect by using TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadach). TRIZ is one of the most famous tools for creative solving that applied in many fields ranging from management as well as engineering. Among problems, the dilemma needs creative solutions that require handling the contradictions inherent in that. Among various kinds of problem solving techniques, TRIZ provides the concept of physical contradiction as a common problem solving principle. This study provides a simple process of solving problem explains a case of solving problem in the management field and shows the availability of theory in the inventory control. In accordance with the proposed solving process, the paper analyzes the bullwhip effect by applying the TRIZ tools and then identifies the solution directions. Next, the current studies are classified by the above analysis and important managerial concepts are proposed. Lastly, directions for future research on this area are suggested.

문제 해결력 향상을 위한 반성적 사고 촉진 교수 학습 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of the Learning Program for Improving Problem Solving Ability through Stimulation of Reflective Thinking)

  • We examined the strategies to stimulate the reflective thinking using science notebook for the improvement of problem solving ability which is one of the core skills for the future. The strategies we derived have four steps which are input, output, solving mission and reflection as my own mirror. We applied the strategies to the 6th grade class for autumn semester in order to examine the students learning process and the result. We could observe that students looked into their own learning and had a time to look back their activities in the class. We could also confirmed that science notebook would be effective to improve the problem solving as stimulating the reflective thinking. In addition, we could specify the strategy of using science notebook in the class. At a 'input' stage, students should be able to choose their own learning style as their preference and teacher need to give them proper feedback. Interaction with peers should be emphasized during the activities as 'question attack' and 'question defense' in 'output' stage and 'solving mission' stage. You should suggest the students various method to record their thought from looking back their classroom activities instead of mere writing. We also examine the students achievement from the students' notebook and Meta Cognitive Awareness test. As a result, students who had studied using science notebook showed statistically meaningful higher achievement than controlled students.

초등수학에서 동화의 활용 방안 탐색 (A Study on the Practical Use of Fairy-tales in Elementary Mathematics Education)

  • Fairy-tales give students opportunities to build connections between a problem-solving situation and mathematics as well as to communicate solutions through writing, symbols, and diagrams. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to introduce how to use fairy-tales in elementary mathematics classroom in order to develope student's mathematical concepts and process in terms of the following areas: ⑴ reconstructing literature ⑵ understanding concepts ⑶ problem posing activity. To be useful, mathematics should be taught in contexts that are meaningful and relevant to learners. Therefore using fairy-tales as a vehicle to teach mathematics gives students a chance to develope mathematics understanding in a natural, meaningful way, and to enhance problem posing and problem solving ability. Further, future study will continue to foster how fairy-tales literatures will enhance children's mathematics knowledge and influence on their mathematics performance.

스크래치를 이용한 문제해결 프로그래밍에서 CT-TDPS 학습 모형의 효과성 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of CT-TDPS Learning Model in Problem Solving Programming using Scratch)

  • 21세기 미래 인재에게 필요한 핵심 역량으로 컴퓨팅 사고력이 주목받고 있다. 국내외적으로 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상을 위한 소프트웨어 교육이 한창이다. 그중에서 문제해결 프로그래밍 교육은 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상에 도움이 된다. CT-TDPS 학습 모형은 복잡한 문제들을 모듈화하는 분해, 추상화 사고 과정과 이를 구현하는 반복적·점증적 프로그래밍 방식인 애자일(Agile) 개발 방식을 따른다. 본 연구에서는 스크래치를 이용한 문제해결 프로그래밍 교육에 CT-TDPS 학습 모형을 적용하여 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, CT-TDPS 학습 모형을 적용한 문제해결 프로그래밍 교육에서 컴퓨팅 사고력의 하위 요인인 컴퓨팅 개념, 컴퓨팅 수행, 컴퓨팅 관점에서 모두 향상이 되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고, Dr.Scratch 자동 평가 결과에 대한 t 검정 결과 실험집단에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.

문제해결식 간호상담과 강화된 걷기운동이 제2형 당뇨병 대상자의 자가간호, 대처기전 및 당대사에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Problem Solving Nursing Counseling and Intensified Walking Exercise on Diabetic Self-care, Coping Strategies, and Glycemic Control among Clients with DM Type II)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of problem solving nursing counseling and intensified walking exercise on diabetic self-care, coping strategies, and glycemic control among older adults with DM type II. Method: Ninety nine DM patients who were older than 50 were recruited from DM clinics or public health centers and conveniently assigned into three groups: the Polar(n=41), counseling(n=30) and control groups (n=28). Participants in both Polar and counseling groups attended weekly problem solving nursing counseling for 12 weeks. Polar heart rate monitors were used in the Polar group to intensify walking exercise. Data was collected from November 2003 to August 2004 and analyzed by ANOVA or ANCOVA using the SPSS WIN program. Result: After a 12 week intervention, participants in both the Polar and counseling groups reported increased diabetic self care behaviors and decreased blood glucose levels, which is significantly different from those in the control group. There were no distinctively different program effects between the Polar and counseling groups. Conclusion: Based on the findings, we concluded that problem solving counseling alone could have positive effects on diabetic self care and glycemic controls for older adults with DM. Future research is needed to identify long-term effects of the program.
