양성자 치료 시 Intensity 기반의 영상 정합을 이용한 환자 자동화 Set up 적용 방법 (Automated patient set-up using intensity based image registration in proton therapy)

  • 목 적 : Proton Therapy는 Bragg-peak를 이용해 종양에는 최대의 선량, 정상조직에는 최소의 선량을 줄 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있기 때문에 환자의 위치변화나 치료부위의 위치 변화를 정량화 할 수 있는 의료영상 분석 시스템은 양성자 치료에 있어서 무엇보다도 중요하다. 본 연구 목적은 Matlab 기반의 In-house Registration code를 제작하여 기존 DIPS program을 통한 Set-up과 In-house code를 통한 영상정합을 비교하여 Algorithm의 유용성을 평가하고 DIPS와 DRR간의 오차 값을 확인하여 기존 치료의 정확성을 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 본원에서 양성자 치료를 받은 13명의 뇌종양, 두경부암 환자를 대상으로 하였으며 영상비교에 필요한 DIPS Program System(Version 2.4.3, IBA, Belgium)와 환자의 치료계획을 위해 Eclipse Proton Planning System(Version 13.7, Varian, USA)을 사용하였다. Registration 방법에 대한 Validation을 위해 Test image를 인위적으로 회전 및 이동하여 기존 Image와 영상정합 하였고, 기존 Set up 방식의 DIPS program의 환자 일별 초기 Set up image를 plan DRR과 영상정합 하여 각각 오차 값을 얻어 Algorithm의 유용성을 평가하였다. 그리고 기존 Set up 방식의 정확성을 평가하기 위해 환자 일별 최종 Set up image와 DRR image를 영상정합하여 오차 값을 확인하였다. 결 과 : Test image를 left와 right 방향으로 각각 0.5, 1, 10 cm를 이동시켰을 때 평균 0.018 cm의 오차 값을 보였으며 시계와 반시계방향으로 각각 1, $10^{\circ}$씩 회전시켰을 경우에는 평균 $0.0011^{\circ}$의 오차를 나타냈다. 4명의 환자 일별 초기 image를 영상정합 하였을 때는 x, y, z 방향 순으로 평균 0.056, 0.044, 0.053 cm의 오차 값을 나타냈으며 Rotation, Pitch 순으로 0.190, $0.206^{\circ}$의 차이를 나타냈다. 13명의 환자 일별 최종 image를 영상 정합 하였을 때는 x, y, z 방향 순으로 평균 차이는 0.062, 0.085, 0.074 cm이였고 Vector 값으로는 평균 0.120 cm의 차이를 보였다. Rotation, Pitch 순으로는 평균 0.171, $0.174^{\circ}$의 차이 값을 나타냈다. 결 론 : 본 연구를 통해 제작된 Matlab 기반의 In-house Registration code는 단순한 Image 뿐만 아니라 해부학적 구조에서도 Intensity 기반의 정확한 영상정합을 나타냈다. 또한 기존 치료방식의 DIPS program을 통한 Set-up 오차는 매우 미미한 차이를 보임으로써 이는 양성자치료의 정확성을 확인할 수 있었다. 앞으로 임상적용을 위해 추가적인 프로그램 개발과 향후 Intensity 기반의 Matlab In-house code 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

사업성분석을 반영한 공동주택 맞춤형 리모델링의 공시가격 산정방법 개선 (Improvement of Calculating Method of the Officially Assessed Individual House Price of Aged Apartment Remodeling Reflecting Feasibility Analysis)

  • 경제발전에 따라 사람들의 생활수준이 향상되면서 새로운 주거공간을 원하고 있다. 시간이 지날수록 노후 공동주택은 늘어날 것으로 전망 되므로 공동주택 리모델링 사업에 활용 가능한 사업성 평가방법을 통해 향후 확대되는 리모델링 시장의 준비가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공동주택 맞춤형 리모델링 사업성 분석모델을 위해서 건축물의 공시가격에 영향을 미치는 사회적 가격형성요인을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 수집된 표본은 127개 단지에 포함된 평형 별 350개 동을 활용하여 공시가격에 대한 다중회귀분석하였다. 중고수준, 고교수준, 총 세대수, 용적률이 추출되었고, 리모델링 사례에 적용하여 공시가격 비교 분석한 결과 기존 공시가격과 개선공시가격의 차이는 1억 4천8백만 원으로 분석되었다. 지하철역과의 접근성은 지가에 포함되었고, 맞춤형 리모델링이므로 최고층수와 향의 변화는 없다. 평가자가 공시가격요인을 일괄 적용하여 요인 추출 하는 종류에 따라 공시가격에 차이가 발생하였다. 본 연구는 향후 맞춤형 리모델링 사업성 분석 모델로 활용가능하다.

부산지역 실버서비스 및 관련 인력수요에 대한 요구도 (Silver Services Demand and Manpower Supply of the Aging Society in Busan)

  • Purpose: The objectives of this study were to define basic data for developing silver services related to goods, medical care, finance, leisure and residence. Method: In this cross-sectional study, the subjects were 792 pre-elderly and 382 elderly. The data were collected 2005 by using a structured questionnaire from Aug. 19 to Sep. 5. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics on the SPSS version 12.0 for windows. Result: The pre-elderly had the intention to use massage chair(36.6%), homecare service(29.8%), national pension(35.9%), sports(48.5%) and personal house(59.5%) in the ares of silver goods, medical care, finance, leisure and residence, respectively. The elderly wanted sphygmomanometer(38.7%), homecare service(27.7%), pocket money from their offspring (40.5%), sports(33.5%), and personal house(74.8%). They wanted manpower in the area of reforming of living place, leisure time and education, counseling of silver goods, and management of finance. Conclusion: Based on this study findings, the pre-elderly are thoroughly established for their future than the elderly. It is important to upgrade the silver services and to prepare the manpower for the pre-elderly and the elderly in the future of the aging society.

독거노인 공동생활시설의 리모델링에 관한 평가 연구 - 경기도 지역 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Remodeling of the Co-housing for Seniors Living Alone - Focused on the 'Carnation House' in Gyeounggi-do Area -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the remodeling of Carnation House, examine the current state of the spatial remodeling, and propose the future direction of the spatial remodeling of communal life facilities for the elderly living alone. To this end, experimental investigation, photograph shooting, and interviews with managers were performed, and a remodeling analysis was conducted by comparing the data before and after the remodeling. The study results can be summarized as below. First, as there is no standard for the remodeling of communal life facilities for the elderly living alone, related guidelines should be provided in the near future. Second, more fundamental approach to the remodeling should be made considering medical services for the elderly's safety, universal design plans, lifestyles of the elderly, and their use behaviors. Third, as communal life facilities for the elderly living alone normally have small spaces due to the remodeling by change of use, variable spatial planning should be performed for the elderly to utilize communal life facilities as multi-purpose and multi-functional spaces. Fourth, as the terrace space is an essential remodeling space needed for the elderly's rest, communication, and creation of profits, its remodeling should be realized in such a way that various programs can be utilized. Fifth, it turned out that the exterior remodeling could change the overall image of the facilities through new materials and colors.

공동주택의 세대 구성유형과 면적에 따른 MSW 발생량 추정모델 개발 (A New Estimation Model of MSW Generation Based on Household Composition-types and Floor Area in Apartment House)

  • As improving our standard of living, demographic change or industrial development, MSW that is closely linked to human behavior has been occurred much change. Notably, we usually have incinerated the combustible waste. In the process, they also emit a large amount of greenhouse gas that has directly affected the global warming and environmental pollution. Therefore, we need to make control system to manage future production and reduce generation of MSW. Thus this study analyzed the generation of MSW according to household members and floor area in apartment housing occupies the highest share. Then, we used both a correlation analysis and a regression analysis to make new estimation model of MSW generation. Based on this study, the results were used to suggest a method to efficiently handle MSW in the case of planning urban environment. Also, build a database to set up the integrated management system of MSW in the future.

  • According to the changing environment of modern society, a resident of the symbols reflects the growing need for housing has risen. Central values of private life, which amplified the possibility of increased prices as the difficulties in living life the most "private area" Building "area of the discrepancies" and controlled through the building of the reason for the tendency of humans in the future by identifying Oriented for the formation of residential space is to provide basic information. In addition, changes in family patterns in Japan and South Korea ahead of the current family patterns by comparing the present and future of Korea is trying to think.

대학생의 주거관에 관한 연구 (A Study on the view of Housing of University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the view of housing of university students. The view of housing was investigated in four stages - housing consciousness, resident opinion, ideal housing type and housing needs - in this study. The data were collected through the self-entry questionnaire designed for this study. The statistical analysis methods used in this study are frequencies, mean, percentage, {\chi}^2-test, factor analysis and t-test using the SPSS for Window (version 7.5). The results are as follows : 1) The major findings of the housing consciousness were that the university students preferred the detached house in the future. 2) The resident opinion of university students showed that the group space was more important than the private space. 3) In the ideal housing image, they wanted psychological and physical comfort from their houses. 4) The points of consideration when they select their future housing is classified of 5 factors : Indoor-outdoor environment, neighbourhood environment, investmental value, design and size of house.

Current Status of Tree Height Estimation from Airborne LiDAR Data

  • Most nations around the world have expressed significant concern in the climate change due to a rapid increase in green-house gases and thus reach an international agreement to control total amount of these gases for the mitigation of global warming. As the most important absorber of carbon dioxide, one of major green-house gases, forest resources should be more tightly managed with a means to measure their total amount, forest biomass, efficiently and accurately. Forest biomass has close relations with forest areas and tree height. Airborne LiDAR data helps extract biophysical properties on forest resources such as tree height more efficiently by providing detailed spatial information about the wide-range ground surface. Many researchers have thus developed various methods to estimate tree height using LiDAR data, which retain different performance and characteristics depending on forest environment and data characteristics. In this study, we attempted to investigate such various techniques to estimate tree height, elaborate their advantages and limitations, and suggest future research directions. We first examined the characteristics of LiDAR data applied to forest studies and then analyzed methods on filtering, a precedent procedure for tree height estimation. Regarding the methods for tree height estimation, we classified them into two categories: individual tree-based and regression-based method and described the representative methods under each category with a summary of their analysis results. Finally, we reviewed techniques regarding data fusion between LiDAR and other remote sensing data for future work.

사물인터넷용 소용량 연결 서비스 솔루션 설계 (Design of small-scale connected service solution for Internet of Things)

  • 커넥티드 하우스는 새로운 통신서비스와 M2M, NFC, 스마트 홈, 스마트 그리드 등 기존 IT 시스템을 융합한 새로운 형태의 IT 융합 서비스로서, 언제 어디서나 어떠한 디바이스에도 연결되는 미래형 커넥티드 라이프 서비스이다. 본 논문에서는 미래형 커넥티드 라이프 서비스를 제공하는 사물인터넷용 커넥티드 오피스 솔루션인 지능형 게이트웨이를 설계하여 각종 센서와 지그비/Z-Wave/NFC 및 단말장치를 연동하며 제어할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 본 게이트웨이에 연동되는 IP/SIP/IMS 카메라, 비디오 도어폰을 개발하여 음성품질, 지터, 프레임 스피드 항목에서 국내통신사업자의 품질 기준을 만족하였다.

  • In the case of the Busan North Port, where the Busan Opera House is located, it is an environment exposed to various external deterioration factors such as frequent strong winds, seawater and salty winds, and an exterior material using UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete), a highly durable exterior material as a solution to this. Has been adopted. in this study, an economical production and construction direction was reviewed by applying UHPC to the exterior panels of atypical buildings that cannot cope with GFRC, metal, and glass, which are the main exterior finishing materials applied so far. When steel fibers are used, structural performance may be better than organic fibers, but due to environmental factors in Busan, corrosion due to exposure to steel fibers or problems with safety management after construction and completion may occur. Therefore, the site used the newly developed SACF fiber. Facade design of atypical buildings, which will increase in the future, is an important part, and the scope of use of UHPC panels is expected to increase in the future as design trends and demand for high durability increase.
